But I am skeptical of potential scams. As you can see by the 5 star review, Sirry was no scam. I booked a session for my mom as a Mother&#8217;s Day present. I know she has been into mediums in the past, and also recently needed the guidance to get over some things in the past. Sirry was able to record the session and it has been great to look back on even 24 hours later.The clarity the my mother and I got from our session was incredible and totally eye opening. After adhering to the prescribed exercise regimen for a month, I stopped feeling the numbness and tingling altogether. I still do feel shoulder irritation but it is becoming barely noticeable. She has a light in her eyes, (literally &#8211; an eyelight), that only the highly intuitive possess. My first experience with Diana was a Tarot Card reading, and she was spot on about all of the happenings in my life. What also impressed me is (prior to the reading), she emphasized the importance of free will; that regardless of what the cards foretold that day, we must not forget that we affect our fate with the choices we make. You&#8217;re so excited, right? Of course you&#8217;re not. Everyone wants to get better, feel better and have all their mobility\/ability back but it&#8217;s all so much &#8230; ugh &#8230; WORK. The reality is that at best, &#8220;physical therapy&#8221; is a place you will go a few times a week, grudgingly, because you know it&#8217;s the only way to get better.So, given that, what could a physical therapy practice do to make you a bit more willing, nay, even a little excited to come to your appointments? Is there ANYTHING they could do to make physical therapy tolerable? Enjoyable?Yes. I&#8217;ve been to physical therapy three other times previously for injuries so unfortunately, I am somewhat of a connoisseur. Here are some of the stand outs at Precision:&#8211; Appointment flexibility; they are open 8a-8p most days which fits into your work life. If something comes up, they are pretty nice about finding you another appointment time on the same day or next day&#8211; Punctuality. They start appointments on time even if you (like me) are chronically 5-10 minutes late (but don&#8217;t be late; it&#8217;s not a habit that makes me proud)&#8211; No skimping on the &#8220;services&#8221; of PT. If you need heat or ice or topical analgesics or electric stimulation or ultrasound or sports massage, you get it. Those are the parts of a PT appointment that are the most expensive, time-consuming and labor-intensive to deliver and they don&#8217;t skimp. It almost makes you OK with getting off the table to do your part in doing all of the exercises&#8211; Meeting you where you are. They don&#8217;t just say &#8220;do this exercise,&#8221; &#8220;now do this one.&#8221; They ask you about your ability and select from a variety of options for the one that will work best with your injury and ability. In some cases, they have you try out a few options and ask you which one worked best for you&#8211; Encouragement. They remember how many reps or how much weight you did last time and say things like, &#8220;hey that&#8217;s the best you&#8217;ve ever done that&#8221; which makes you want to do it even better. Because someone noticed.&#8211; Free talk therapy. Look, being injured is lousy. It&#8217;s lousy to have a harder time getting around and not be as able as you were before, to have pain or limitations. None of that is without emotional impact. Now, they&#8217;re not officially there to be your therapist or best friend but they ask you about your day, they remember what you said the day before and ask follow-up questions, they listen to you rant a bit (or a lot). Before you leave they ask, &#8220;when are we seeing you again?&#8221; Knowing that someone cares about your recovery and life as much as you do is a huge motivator in keeping that next appointment&#8211; Super billing knowledge. They know a bunch about insurance and make sure billing is going to work out OK for youAbout the only thing this place lacks is a dedicated parking lot but I&#8217;ve only once (in months of therapy) had any difficulty finding a parking spot. When I went in for my consultation, Dominic listened to my concerns and asked questions that ensured he understood the pain I was having in my knees and hip area. He was understanding and patient and already made me feel confident that I was going to be up and running again. For the next several weeks I worked with Ambar, the PTA who is amazing! She not only knows what causes the pain, what exercises to engage in to prevent future injury, and how to strengthen your target areas to ensure you heal, but she also has a great personality. I first hurt my ankle back in 2013 playing basketball and received treatment from other physical therapy clinics. However, even after the treatment, my ankle never felt completely stable or right when I would exercise. Back in Dec 2020, I suffered from a micro fracture and had undergone ankle surgery. I decided to go to Elliott Physical Therapy because they had stellar reviews on Google. I&#8217;ve been going to Elliott Physical Therapy for 5 months now, and Katie, my physical therapist, has helped me immensely in my recovery journey. What makes her a great physical therapist is the fact she is patient, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and great at explaining things. Katie also has a positive attitude, which motivated me to complete my home exercises. Her touch an ability to channel whatever it is she does, is laser like focus. I came in with a lower coccyx discomfort, and when she hovered her hands over that area, I felt intense heat and pain emanating from my source of discomfort. After the session, the pain was 80% gone. But perhaps what&#8217;s more impressive than her ability to channel this energy into the physical body, is her insight into the more spiritual and ancestral realms. She was able to accurately deduct some emotional or subconscious processes that I have long forgot, but obviously needed to bring to the surface in order to resolve some internal blockages.
