Upon arriving, I was first met by the director, Jon McDonald, and was explained the treatment and exercise plan. .Jon and his team are very dedicated to their profession and profess a caring and compassionate nature to each individual. \u00a0Every patient is on a first name basis and made to feel special. Patients I met there were there for shoulder, hip, knee, back, etc.,therapy and rehab. I was very impressed with this facility. He genuinely wants to see his patients get better and treats them like family. He&#8217;ll give you an anatomy lesson to help you understand your problem and explain why certain exercises are helping fix that problem. I&#8217;ve seen him set up payment plans with patients to better accommodate their needs, and he also brought cake for a patient on their birthday. If you have any questions you can call\/text him and he&#8217;ll answer very quickly. Robyn Sims is a joy to work with on the scheduling and the insurance billing. The two Owners\/Physical Therapist Tammy Smith and Jennifer Karnes are the best in the business. I personally have used both of them to address my physical therapy concerns with fantastic results. Marcie Diamond and Maria Ayala Zuniga were my two Physical Therapist Assistance did a wonderful job as well. I highly recommend their office for all your physical therapy needs. I met initially with Tammy &#038; her program was followed by the others (John, Steve, Marci &#038; Jennifer).
