What he did for her was amazing and I cannot recommend him enough! Prior to Marcel, she had never seen a medium or any intuitive for that matter and he definitely does what he was put here to do-help people. I cannot fully speak to her experience, but I had a strange one that had to be because of him-and I wasn&#8217;t even there with them-I had dropped her off. After I dropped her off I went to the gas station to pick up a drink (probably 10-15 minutes after I dropped her off) and my phone rings. I had no idea who it was at that point so I did not answer. I shoved the phone back in my purse. Then it rings again as I exit the store. I look at the phone more thoroughly and notice the call is coming from a previous medium I had contacted for my daughter. She had never responded so I found Marcel. As I open the car door, the phone rings again. Finally I decide to call back to let her know I was no longer in need of services. When I do, someone picks up. I can hear female voices talking with each other in the distance. Then a child&#8217;s voice comes through. They start talking, babbling something in a language only another baby can understand. Okay, so a baby had gotten ahold of the phone. It&#8217;s a common thing, no big deal. I talk playfully with the baby for a minute or two and then hang up. Immediately the phone rings again-I&#8217;m hoping its the medium. Nope. Its the baby, they have more to say. I allow them to babble, I playfully speak back and then hang up. They call again-I dont pick up this time. I have a new voice message. They call again-I do not pick up-voice message. About 20 back to back phone calls later, and 4 voicemails, I ended up having to block the number just to make it stop. At first I assumed it was just a freaky accident. Then an hour later my daughter called me to come pick her up from Marcels. She gets in the car and I ask her how did it go. I could tell she had been crying.Staring out the front window she responded in a soft, drawn out way,&#8221;Good.&#8221; Then she turned to me, &#8220;He asked if you had lost a child a long time ago?&#8221;It was one of the first things he&#8217;d asked her.She knew I had, so responded accordingly. Apparently the baby had shown up in their session and Marcel said they were doing &#8220;baby things.&#8221; He didn&#8217;t go further with that because it was my daughters session and that&#8217;s not what she was there for. This little piece of information blew me away and, suddenly, the reason for the persistent calls I had received earlier became clear. It was simply the baby that I had loved, even before birth, reaching out to me. He *truly* listens to me at the beginning of every appointment so that my treatments are totally customized (we mix cupping and deep tissue often). His trap and neck technique is by far the best in Dallas. Massages with Timmy are pretty vital towards managing my stress and anxiety. Like another reviewer said &#8211; I always prefer to have a massage with him before or after a vacation since he&#8217;s so reliably great as opposed to testing out spas etc where you&#8217;re just a one off visit. I&#8217;ve also seen TJ before and his technique was also impeccable. My husband recently had microfracture surgery on his knee and is also receiving PT from Rich, he could not be happier with the results! The place was super packed when I got there but I was not in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes tops. Once I got sent back they were very fast and efficient doing their job. I had to do a urine sample in hair sample and was in and out of there within 30 minutes. I had impinged IT bands on both sides, bursitis, and runners knee. I had a hard time walking and riding long distances in the car due to pain in my hips. After 7 weeks of working with Eric twice a week with the addition of a couple of dry needling sessions (performed also by Eric), I&#8217;m back to running multiple times a week with NO pain. Not only did I get the results I wanted, but I truly enjoyed my time during therapy. Tyler does an impeccable job at the front desk and everyone there always had positive attitudes and genuinely cared about the patients. You could tell you were in good hands whether it be with Eric, Jacob or Brittany! P.s. Speaking of Brittany, I was blown away watching her work with children! I was involved in a car accident and suffered a Distal radius OIRF with a TFCC, commonly known as a broken wrist. I was unable to move my fingers and wrist for two months. I was referred for back pain and until that point I never really used the 10 point pain scale, so I didn&#8217;t give my pain the proper number. I rated 2s and 3s when I suppose I should have been rating around 6s. At any rate, after my first few appointments I was pain free and it was wonderful &#8211; but then the exercises changed and I was in pain again. I didn&#8217;t feel heard that I was in pain again. Apparently my insurance then decided they would not continue paying and I did not know this until showing up for an appointment and being told I was no longer covered. I felt unheard and dismissed. Months after my last appointment here, I received a serious health diagnosis. If I was heard or if I knew how to better advocate for myself, I can&#8217;t help but to wonder if my diagnosis would have been caught earlier. I am not trying to place blame on anyone, as PTs are limited in what they are allowed to do. That doesn&#8217;t change the fact I left still in pain and feeling dismissed. The facility was nice, PTs personable, and assistants \/ students knowledgeable. The staff are all amazing and personable, went to Katie for therapy for about 8 months. When I first arrived I could barely straighten my leg to put it on the ground (no weight on it), now I can walk, run, and do everything I could before the break!Katie takes the time to make sure everyone does the exercises correctly and is working hard enough to make progress, but too much to where it causes harm. I also just so happened to be 8 months pregnant at the time, and Kaydee was very sensitive to my situation and able to create a PT schedule and plan that would work quickly and with my already busy work schedule to expedite my recovery. By the time my baby arrived, I had full use of my arm to be able to take care of my newborn and myself as I recovered from delivery. I cannot say enough good things about Kaydee&#8217;s professionalism, expertise, and overall kind and caring demeanor. This review is based on experience:After the knee injury was recommended to get physical therapy. Went there for 3 months. 1. Office stuff- Not personable, not accommodating, hard to get an appointment.2. Physical therapy- very light and not intense as it supposed to be based on the primary care doctor&#8217;s feedback. Knee is slowly getting better but because of exercises at home. 3.
