I not only was surprised by the readings I had but in general I didn’t take most reading from any other people with doubt as it was always different. Yet with Amy she not only told me things that would happen did with the exact outcome told but it also didn’t change each reading was all within the same path no drastic changes. As a former gymnast and very active sports woman, I have had numerous injuries through the years.I have to say that this is the best PT I have every recieved!They are through and professional.Be prepared to work hard durning their sessions, as you will see results.I have had a lower back injury that has progressively worsened over the last two years. After six sessions, it has drastically improved.I went in having severe discomfort, and finished with a 75%-85% improvement.I feel with 6 more sessions, I will be back to 100%.Matt and Kevin have a clear understand of what it takes and what needs strengthening to improve.I’m 64 years old and have recovered from every injury I’ve ever experienced.I was becoming skeptical, with time passing,that the same would be true of this back injury.After my therapy with Athletic PT, I’m sure I’ll be back to 100% again soon.Thank you!

Always drag to call and make my appointment because the lady that answers the phone is the unfriendliest , no personality whatsoever person. Why does she work there I always ask myself? I’ll make a long story short: they have no clue what they are doing here. Me and my mom both had service here and both ended up with more pain then we ever experienced in our problem areas. I was misdiagnosed by the doctor, got unnecessary treatments, my problem never got better ( how could it if it’s misdiagnosed), my poor mom’s knee, she couldn’t walk for a week after their “treatment”, it was butchered! Also, there’s no, how should I say.. bedside manner. Very unprofessional. I even heard an F word from the doctor at one instance. I have more to say, but I’m done wasting my time on them. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

This Place is Amazing I live right Next Door been coming here for about 3hrs now . Dr. Branstine Staff and his students are just amazing. . I suffer from Chronic Back pain upper lower and I occasionally need to be adjusted super fast service. Don’t have to wait weeks on end . I trust him , it’s not everywhere u go for adjustments, but I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

FIRST AND LAST TIME – PATHETIC & MEDIOCRE The waiting time, took longer than anythingBooked my appointment a week in advance and requested Dr.B – I called 3 days after to confirm my appointment with the doctor to which they did confirm – when I show up, instead of Dr.B, it’s an internAfter just 10 mins of walking in, I was immediately asked “Can you pay now, it’s kinda crazy and…. so yeah” (It was literally just me in the lobby) THEY MUST NEED THE $MONEY$ and charge before the service is providedWas told the session would be an hour long and would be evaluated and this how it wentEvolution – (5min)12 basic questions to be answer yes or noFollowed by where does it hurt and what type of pain are you on?All these same questions were asked in the waiver /forms needed to be completed before visiting, WHY ASKED ME AGAIN?” Actually worked on” – (35min)They take you to a gym type of room, they have about 4 tables, they lay you down, (expected a private room /office for peace and quiet)They put patches on your body for 15 min (warm up and ease your muscles)Then they worked on my body for about 20min or less was the timeCracked my back (2min) ……. And that was itI feel no different. That is a $150 service, thank you

All positive rave reviews here as you can see. Do you know why? It’s because no other physical therapy office In the area compares. I tried other places and they just go through a few reps on their machines with you and then hand you a sheet to do your own exercises at home. At WHPT they have HANDS ON therapists that MASSAGE and physically work on the problem areas. All therapists are well-trained and go far beyond in their knowledge. And they really heal and help you get better, which is key. Plus other offices are not a nice warm environment in a couple-run business with long-time employees who are caring and dedicated to providing the best for their clients. I have known everyone there for YEARS. They are VERY POPULAR. So they trick is to get on their call list if you are a regular. That way, in addition to your regularly scheduled appointments, if you’d like an additional time, they will call you when they get cancellations. It has always worked for me! Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for healing all my chronic issues over the years and giving me excellent recommendations for surgeons when needed.

Now, I have finished my Physical Therapy course. I feel so much better and so empowered with the exercise and information I have been given. This whole staff is fantastic! I can’t recommend Woodland Hills Physical Therapy highly enough. All three PTs here, Neal, Joe, and Rob, went above and beyond to fully understand the source of my knee pain, really listening to me, then doing deep massage and manipulation during visits to help loosen my problematic hip flexor. Unlike other physical therapists I’ve visited in the past, these guys actually *worked* on my leg, not just giving me exercises to do at home, but rather, making my leg feel better and more healed after each office visit. Karina, Maria, and Shane are all fantastic and super kind assistants as well, offering big smiles and knowing my name every time I walked in the door. I even brought my mom in for PT when she was visiting from out of town because these guys are so great! Happy to say they healed me and I’m now back to 100%! Thank you, Woodland Hills PT!

I broke my foot in January. My Orthopedist referred me to his “in house” Physical Therapy. I had never done PT before. I went a few times and wasn’t impressed. It didn’t seem like a very professional / clean operation or that it was really helping me. My friend Chris, mentioned that he goes to Woodland Hills PT and how great it was. I had my prescription transferred immediately because I figured it couldn’t be worse than the last place.I was shocked at how different Woodland Hills PT was from the last place.They are very professional, clean and really care!! I especially like Rod (owner) and Neil. They offer really good service and I feel like they are making a plan for what I need to get better.Very happy!!!!

I have been seeing Terry and the gang for 2O+ years. And with a history of multiple back surgeries (and counting) in play, I look forward to another 20+ years. There is absolutely NO reason to source another Physical Therapist. Key question from all therapists early on? What are you wanting to accomplish? They don’t simply slap a canned program on a body part…they are in the business of meeting patients needs! Front office is great and bends over backwards to accommodate appointment needs. On a scale of 1-10? Gillette & Associates is an 11!!!

Several of the therapists are kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable . The gym itself gets crowded and a little unorganized. The home exercises can go a long way when practiced regularly. It would be nice if there was more consistency with therapy visits.

Everyone at Gillette & Associates is outstanding. Every time I visit I know that the staff cares about me and my problems in a personal way. Beyond that the therapy is really helping. My personal therapist Candace is great in every way. She understands what is going on with my back and does exactly what is needed to reduce the quite serious pain I have been experiencing. I can’t say enough good things about Terry and his staff! I’ve spent a lot of time here over the years. Terry was able to pull me through a couple rough patches, and he’s always caring and thorough! After a bad experience elsewhere I can certainly attest to the quality of care and thought that Gillette and associates has for their patients. Scheduling could be tough since they’re BUSY. That speaks to their reputation in itself.

Firstly I’d like to say that I am a Home Health Physical Therapist. I’d like to address the 1-3 stars I’ve found here. The people who wrote those reviews predominantly speak of the front desk, rude business practice on the phone, and scheduling problems. I have not experienced this, but if it is true, this has nothing to do with the level of care itself. I’ve referred my patients to Gillette and continue to do so. As far as diagnostics, intervention execution, and realizing patient goals safely and effectively, they are top notch.

I had a similar experience to others where I did not receive a return phone call after trying to set up physical therapy sessions with Gillette.I will be informing my doctor of the this disappointing experience as well. I called progressive PT and received a return phone call within 24 hours, and then a follow-up phone call setting up my first appointment a day later. This isn’t that hard. It took Gillette over a week to call me back to set up an appointment after I followed up with them three times.

I absolutely love her! I originally came for a Palm and tarot card reading for my husband and I; what I didn’t expect was to encounter an emotional and spiritual journey that both brought me to tears and gave me validation. I received answers I needed for such a long time and thanks to crystal, my husband and I can begin to heal spiritually/emotionally. Crystal is the real deal! Even if you don’t necessarily have a specific reason for visiting, you should go for the experience. So this is a challenging review as the first time I had a reading it was in person and I was so very impressed. I did the crystal reading and she literally gave me initials and descriptions so I was sold. The reading was an hour long and worth every penny Now that was back in July before the covid-19. I had decided it was time to do another reading and scheduled the same reading, the crystal reading. Scheduling was difficult and confusing however we did book something, she required me to redeem the Groupon prior to using it and that left me uncomfortable. I used audacity to record the reading as I really wanted to have a recording. This reading was terrible times 100 as the reading had not one once of accuracy, and after 21 minutes she was basically done. During the whole 20 minutes I had to ask questions to find topics…never have I had to do that before. The information was very limited and nothing that was said paired up to my life, simple things like a relationship and travel. I would have had the same questions answers as if I asked the magic 8 ball. Not sure if it’s because it was on the phone but I would have preferred to save my money and time than to have tried again.

I met Crystal about 5 months ago at the Nights of Jack in Calabasas. I was at a low point in my life filled with anxiety and was not feeling like my true self. I took a chance and though what I do I have to lose. This has been the best investment I have made in my whole life. I can honestly say my life has changed for the better and can walk around at peace now with a different mind set the “it is what it is” and “whatever is meant for me will be”. Horrible service. I think it was the psychic’s assistant and that’s her number on the site…she was rude when I called her the first time like she didn’t want to help, she sounded moody. So I did what she told me to do which was call back during the week because she “couldn’t” guarantee an appointment for that week so I called numerous of times and she never picked up, not even returned my phone call after I left her a voicemail. I don’t know about the psychic but she needs to get a new assistant.

I do believe some psychics are scammers but Crystal is the real deal!!! She had a booth set up at the Nights of the Jack. I was very skeptical. I got a palm reading and I must say, SHE WAS ACCURATE! She even pointed out a specific age where something happened to me! SHE KNEW THE AGE!!!Now all I told her was my name,age,birthday,and where I was from! She knew a lot about me. She even pointed out where I wanted to live which she was accurate about! If I had to do tarot or a palm reading I’ll go to her and no one else because I know she’s legit. WOW! I honestly cannot write a review that can possibly convey my gratitude for what Paula did for me in one session. I cannot explain it either. I have always sought out alternative methods of healing knowing conventional methods usually don’t work for me. I have tried many methods over 30 years to get rid of general anxiety, depression, social anxiety, etc… EFT, NET (neuro emotional technique), EMDR, hypnosis, diet, supplements, flower essences, homeopathy, aromatherapy, etc…). All helped, but nothing I have ever done has actually eliminated the problems entirely. Until now. And… I have proof: yesterday I was at work and experienced the same trigger that caused me to go to her in the first place (my healing session took place one week ago). When triggered, I immediately felt a physiological reaction. That reaction previously caused a panic attack in years past, but remained with a similar debilitating experience that contributed to the social anxiety. As soon as this happened the negative talk started which normally starts a cascade of issues. In my head I said, “oh no, it didn’t work”. The negative self talk always exacerbates the anxiety reaction. I realized I hadn’t taken my natural anti anxiety supplement I have taken daily for the last 3 years so I was bracing for the worst. I was ready for my downward spiral and then… it stopped itself before it started. The physiological takeover shut down for the first time ever. And I mean shut down like turning off a car engine.Paula told me AFTER my session with her that one session was all I needed and that it was permanent and that she had been doing this for 29 years. She said I could return to her if I chose to but unnecessary for the issues she resolved. I have never heard this before, people I called before her wanted numerous sessions for the same issues and were looking for lifetime clients to continue the income flow.I have already recommended her to everyone I know who is open to this type of healing. I plan to return to her again to help my pets.Life changing? Without a doubt! Recommend? Without hesitation. Will I gift her service to other friends who won’t/can’t pay for this? YES. Eternally grateful for what she has done for me. A sincere THANK YOU!!! I will never forget after a lifetime of suffering. My only regret is that I did not find her 30 years earlier.

She’s heals you over the phone! I tried reiki healing for the first time after I got tired of menopausal hot flashes, irritability, chronic back and leg pain starting 5 months ago. I tried everything. Expensive physical therapists, massages, stretching, nothing worked. As a clinician I am aware we carry trauma and other stuff in our bodies so I thought I would try reiki. I called 4 practitioners and Paula was the first to call back. Long story short, via telephone she kindly and gently got into my energy field and cleared blockages I’ve been carrying with me probably all my life. My phone session with Paula was truly incredible. I have worked for years on healing from trauma that caused PTSD so strong it was sometimes impossible to function. As much self awareness as I gained from that work, I could never seem to access the root of the trauma and eradicate it. One session with Paula and I was healed. I could feel her approach, interact with, and draw that trauma out of me – and the simple truth is that it’s gone. I have had a number of interactions with my PTSD triggers since our session and I haven’t once experienced the trauma response. I booked a 2hr Energy Healing session with Paula after discovering her here on Yelp. After reading reviews and looking at her photos I instantly knew I wanted someone this beautiful inside and out to work on me for my first ever reiki session and aura cleansing. Karee’s gift is a gift to us all. After losing my dad almost 6 months ago, my mom and I were finally ready to try to connect with him on the other side. Karee had ZERO information about our family, and she IMMEDIATELY identified my dad’s spirit and knew things that NO ONE would know about him and our family.One mind-blowing example – my mom had a yellow rose left on her doorstep last week and had no idea where it came from. Once Karee said it, she admitted she didn’t recognize the reference and asked US who that was. I have used Karee’s services several times, for both spirit connections and life coaching. I cannot recommend her enough. She gave me the strength and insight that I needed to pull myself out of an extremely difficult situation to make a life-changing decision. I have seen Karee many times, including the day after my father tragically passed (she got me right in knowing it was urgent). She always validates in ways that amaze me. For example she drew my grandmothers ring with complete accuracy and I didn’t even know that ring existed until I asked my sister (who now has it in her possession since her passing). The messages she is able to bring forth are always what I need to here. In addition, she is beautiful soul. I have recommended her to family and friends. You will not leave disappointed. I have never been to a Psychic before and was a bit scared to find out answers that I wanted to find. Karee was amazing; the session was something that made me believe in her. She told me things that NO ONE would know except for my husband and myself. I kept repeating in my brain a nursery rhyme so she “couldn’t read my mind” but it didn’t matter. She is NOT a mind reader….she is a TRUE psychic with a wonderful ability that she offers to share with us. Karee was absolutely amazing from the start of meeting her. Before we even began our session and as soon as I walked in the door she knew who I was there to talk about and nailed his personality. I’ve been working with Gail for the past 3 months in her Intuition Development mentorship program. I’d like to thank Therese, Raul, and the entire staff of M3 Physical Therapy for providing excellent care during my fourteen sessions for treatment of my lower back pain. Therese was very knowledgable and empathetic, creating a set of exercises tailored to my individual needs. Therese was very patient in explaining my exercise regimen and helped inspire me to gain the muscular strength to overcome my discomfort. *Editing to reiterate that I’m not complaining on flare ups since I understand it’s part of the recovery process. My main complain is the NEW pain that I have after being on treatment by this practice. If you have SI Joint problems… STAY AWAY. I’ve had SI Joint problems on and off for about a year now. My pain is very positional meaning that when the joints and sacrum are aligned, 95% of my pain is gone. I went with pain on my left SI Joint and while the first two or three weeks of treatment were helpful and helped me stay on alignment, I started to feel pain in my right side. They were treating that side so I thought this was normal and the pain will go away. However, the pain on the good side increased and increased over the course of the following two-three weeks where it’s now unbearable.I was treated mainly by Raul who was very caring and helpful at the beginning. When I started complaining about the pain on my good side he mentioned that my head increased the pain and that I could go to a pain management clinic. Fun…! Not to mention that the last two weeks he has been treating me while texting on his iphone, laptop and/or watch… very rude.I started going to this place with high hopes on getting better and now… my life is ruined. THANK YOU.

Dr. Raul is the best. He is very knowledgeable and will treat you the right way. My right arm was hurting due to carrying my 7 months old baby and after several visits and exercises, my arm is a lot better. Pain is pretty much gone. My wife also knows Dr. Raul and she has referred a lot of patients to him. Highly recommended. Friendly staff as well

Broke my femur during a mountain bike ride, my first sports injury ever, and had no idea what to expect with physical therapy. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating in every respect; professional, CLEAN environment, and skillful in every way. I was amazed by my progress and M3 was a substantial factor in my strengthening and agility. I was discharged today after 3 months and am back to doing everything I was before, and more. I’m bike riding, jogging, and doing Beach Body weighted and HIIT workouts without ever having to think about my leg. Thank you, M3! And especially you, Kristina Bond!

My daughter needed physical therapy for her foot and ankle after being in a hard caste for 6 weeks healing a broken foot. We had a few PT places near us to chose from that all had good reviews. However, very happy we chose we M3. The staff was always very friendly and courteous. They all communicated very well throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Andrea and Kristina for their wonderful attention, care, knowledge, and encouragement to my daughter! Hopefully no more injuries are in our future. However, if it does occur and require PT, we will surely go here again!

I came to M3 Physical Therapy with extreme pain in my hips wherever I walked, or even lay in bed. Raul and his team treated me and prescribed an exercise routine that brought me back to absolutely painless walking and working out at the gym. Plus dark chocolate. Nice people and totally effective.
