would absolutely give this place 100 stars if I could. All of the staff are amazing and the doctor is so kind. They don’t just get you in and rush you out. They take their time with you making sure whatever your issues was when you came in are being resolved and maybe even help you fix a few issues you didn’t even know you had. so if you’re ever looking for an adjustment, treatment for long time back pain or if you’re ever in an accident this is the place for you.

Dr. TJ will care for you with compassion and empathy along with his strong educational background and experience. He is the best chiropractor I’ve had (and I have had many over the years) and always goes the extra mile to ensure patients are taken care of in the best way possible to support the body’s own natural healing process. Glass City chiropractors use cutting edge techniques, and the office staff are friendly, warm, and genuinely care about everyone who walks in the door! They are so patient and understanding, which is just what you need while injured and healing. Highly recommend to anyone whether you’re suffering an accident with long term ill effects, or just need a regular adjustment to live your best life!

I have had terrible issues with pain in my neck and shoulders for many years, occasionally making it almost impossible to stand or walk. I was very nervous about making an appointment because I had heard many stories about feeling worse after an appointment (at other places) from various people, but I am so very glad I went through with it. The staff were all very friendly, even on the phone when I initially booked the appointment. Dr. TJ is very friendly, and was able to ease quite a bit of my pain in the first visit. Each subsequent visit was just as relaxing and helpful, and I am happy to report that I have almost no pain at all.

My experience is with total rehab. The system is clearly a machine and not personalized. They have guidelines and goals that seems to ignore patient concerns. My therapist did nothing during the last session but stand around with a computer and watch others. . His treatment of me, on a previous occasion, seemed barbaric and I decided to return to a smaller PT facility where I had previously received treatment. These people really care around the patient rather than the system. On the day of my surgery, Promafia was understaffed and the PT staff was abrupt. Smaller is better even if you have to pay a bit more out of pocket.

Went after heel surgery at recommendation or Promedica Orthopaedics – no continuity, no actual work on heel – tons of people just sending you off to do random exercises without a therapy plan in place. Not rolling of heel, dry needles… Moved to PT Physical therapy on Dussel one month later and made progress immediately.Would strongly recommendation avoiding.

I get my physical therapy for back problems/pain at the Maumee Physical Therapy and Aquatic Center….and they are tops FOR SURE. The facility is great and the staff is so EXCELLENT! I looked at other PT programs in Florida but the second I got to MPTAC I could see this was the place for me. I was in big pain using a walker and really needed pain relief and to find a way to get back on my feet again and back to ballroom dancing.Michelle is the gal at the pool and was so great. She got me on the right track and started to give me hope and I was thrilled to get her help. Soon I was working with this wonderful gal….Amy. Wow….she is a super brilliant and talented gal that got me on track to getting well. You will be amazed at Amys great leadership and kindness…big smile and always there for me. She is remarkable!I go on M W Fridays and Monica works with Amy and guides me through the exercises and she is AMAZING. She cares and is so smart…wow. You will love her.Jim, Terry, Julie, the receptionists and other therapists are so terrific that I am absolutely amazed at the fine work they do. I see other patients each MWF and they are all happy and getting better and better.I live in Florida most of the time and my son came to get me to have my Physical Therapy here as he knew they were the best. Thanks to the entire staff and my son for getting Dad back to good health and walking again minus all that pain. I am so happy to be back to walking and enjoying life again after some serious pain and back problems that suddenly showed up in my life.Maumee Physical Therapy and Aquatics Center is the place to go for sure. At 84, I was having trouble with vertigo, my right kneecap, and weakness in both legs. With a prescription for physical therapy, I first decided against the name brands in Toledo. Did a little research and found PhysioSource on Woodley off Sylvania. What a lucky choice. A small facility with a remarkable staff. The therapists were congenial, conversational, and remarkably skilled. Not only did I benefit from each session, but I also very much enjoyed each session. And the therapists enjoyed their work and their clients. In fact, I looked forward to going. I no longer have vertigo, I enjoy better movement in my knee, and my legs are clearly strengthened. If anyone were looking for a recommendation, they would certainly get a strong recommendation from me for PhysioSource.
Jill B. rated 5 stars on 7/13/2021
I would strongly recommend PhysioSource to anyone who needs physical therapy. Every person I came in contact with was compassionate and caring. They listened and were always trying to make me feel better. I hurt my back in January of 2020. I did physical therapy, went to the chiropractor, got massages, did yoga several times a week, and even lost 35 pounds and was still suffering from the pain in March of 2021. As a last-ditch effort, I decided to try physical therapy again and chose PhysioSource because I stumbled upon their reviews. They gave me hope. Within a few weeks I felt so much better. Sometimes I still cannot believe it when I bend forward, and it doesn’t hurt! Even if you have tried physical therapy before and it did not work, try it again. I am sure glad I did!

Cat made me feel very relaxed the exact minute I walked into her beautiful studio. She had my favorite music playing, did my makeup, and was very direct and reassuring during the whole photo shoot process. I felt like she took the time to get to really know me besides the questionnaire that she wants initially through email. I was nervous at first, but with her guiding expertise along the way I became relaxed and knew the photos were going to come out beautifully. Jump to picking out the photos: my reaction must have been priceless! I fell in love with all the pictures. I loved seeing the confidence come through the camera lens that Cat managed to pull out through her photography. I am so happy that I did this experience and I will definitely be returning for more photos in the future! Thank you Cat and the studio team!
Alyssa S. rated 1 stars on 1/14/2023
This place is a scam! Up front they dont say the cost for the pictures you will receive. Then try to charge you thousands of dollars for 30 photos. As an artist myself that is ridiculous to charge that much. Also if you want all your photos they will not give you all the unedited ones as well. Like O believe I deserve more for all that money.
Tara S. rated 5 stars on 12/2/2022
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. It was a little nerve wracking when setting the appointment, but you quickly feel comfort being around the amazing people that you work with here. Cat really is an artist and knows exactly what she’s doing. After I was done, I felt so empowered and amazing. The appointment to see my pictures was even better! I recommended this to all my friends. If you’re thinking about it, DO IT! You will not regret it!
Cathi S. rated 5 stars on 5/29/2021
When I booked my photo shoot I literally had NO idea what to expect. Cat sent helpful emails and questionnaires in the weeks before my shoot that made the process simple and fun. My shoot itself was out of this world! It was so fun, uplifting, and empowering I didn’t want it to end! The photo review process was exciting, Cat has the best system for helping people figure out what they like best. It was amazing to be able to look through over a hundred good photos of just me! (I’m usually the photographer and never end up in photos so it was a very special event.) Overall this was one of the most powerful experiences of my life and I can’t wait to do it again down the road. If you need a pick me up, have someone you’d love to surprise with some gorgeous photos, or the urge to be a model for a few hours definitely book a session now!! Worth every penny!

My experience with Catherine was absolutely AMAZING!! Not only did she make me feel incredibly comfortable and confident, it felt like I was working with a friend. Her studio is fabulous and she made me feel so special with all the little details. She took the time to create a playlist of songs I like and she even had a personalized sign with my name on it. She is creative, warm and she made me feel so special. It was MY day!!! The photos were perfect!! I honestly couldn’t even imagine how great I could look. She emphusised on all my good qualities and I was very impressed with the outcome of the photos. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who would love a day of pampering, fun and beautiful photos! Thank you Catherine!!!

The service and people are great. Very professional and caring. My results were fantastic. Meilissa Shaffer of the administrative staff was very pleasant on setting up a physical therapy schedule. She always greeted me with a smile.Kevin Cronkhite was very professional in determing my treatment process and always greeted me with a smile. He always encouraged me to stay positive during my treatment process. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the process of how the body recovers from an injury. He is a great asset to Athletico.I’ve had personal experience with other PT facilities for outpatient therapy and after going to Athletico in temperance Michigan I now know and realize who has the best physical therapy, facility and personnel. All the staff worked together for my recovery. You will not be disappointed with Athletico Physical Therapy in Temperance, Michigan.

The therapists at Athletico in Temperance are kind and caring. They listened to my issues and developed activities to improve my balance and my walking. The therapist was with me every step of the way. I have had therapy in other places where I was given activities and then left on my own to do whether or not I was doing them correctly. When I completed my course of therapy I was given suggestions for things I can do at home to continue my progress.Jared was my primary therapist but I also worked with Isaac and Mitch. All were great to work with.

I would like anyone reading this review to recognize Athletico Physical Therapy as the preferred rehabilitation facilities in the southeastern Michigan-Northwest Ohio area. I’ve had personal experience with two other facilities for outpatient therapy and after going to Athletico of Temperance MI I now know and realize what I was missing.First I would complement ” Melissa ” of their administrative staff. Melissa was extremely caring and great to work with during my treatments. My primary therapist was ” Jered “. This man is high skilled in Sports Rehabilitation and the person you need for quick recovery. Jered even took the time to meet my Orthopedic Surgeon at the Wildwood Facility and attend a post op medical appointment. Jered felt it necessary to speak to my surgeon to determine if his skilled therapy was ” on the same page ” with my doctor. Working together for my benefit.I understand therapy is not easy and you have to endure pain at times, however, before you know it your have your mobility and life back quick.I had the opportunity to also work with Brecken, Kevin and Denzel.Your will not be disappointed with Athletico Physical Therapy in Temperance Michigan ( Lewis Avenue north of Smith Road in Bedford Township ).

I love this bookstore. The staff is always friendly. Not just books. They have a small cafe where you can get coffee and other goodies. They also have a sitting area inside & outside. I always leave with way more then I need. I also love the charities they do during the holidays. Lots of sales too.

I love this book store. The location is great and I like the coffee place that is inside. A refreshing change from Starbucks. Price wise, it is much better than its competitors

I love Books a million! I’m just confused how their door says one time for closing, google says another closing time, and their Facebook says something different as well. Confusing when I try going cause Google says 9 and their door says 8 but I go to go inside and the door is locked. So I went to check Facebook to see if anything was said and they say 7 now.

Stopped in to pick up a book that was on hold !!The Book was held as promised and the two young ladies that helped me could not have been friendlier!!I feel with so many business closed during the virus it’s critical to support stores like Books A Million or all we will end up with is online operations so I joined the book club !!

Worst customer service! I had a Levi’s Common gift card which they accept as they are a Levi’s Common merchant. I called the store to order two books and they would not take my gift card over the phone. I had moved to another state and could not walk in but they would not accommodate. No longer a customer.

This is an enormous bookstore that doesn’t add the unnecessary audio/dvd selections. Its cool sometimes, but its nice to just focus on the books. They have a really nice coffee shop in here also. I got a membership here, it was only $10. Its well worth it because the prices are about the same as Barnes and Noble and you don’t have to buy over 250 dollars worth of books to make your discount card worth it.They have the largest selection of magazines than I can find anywhere else, not even those school fundraisers imagined carrying half of these mags. But if you wanted to find one, good luck, there are no computers and no sales floor staff. A plus with this place is there order/reservation system. They always get books in within a few days and they’ll let you know quickly. There was only one incident when they called me 2 times to pick up a book that I already picked up. But better safe than sorry.

What really is there to say about a large retail chain bookstore? Somehow this BAM! really finds ways to offer a unique selection of books and novelties to feel different. I really enjoy browsing books and grabbing a coffee at Joe Muggs, their unique coffee shop brand. The store is also fairly quiet and is a nice place to get work done, or catch up on reading. Overall, for whatever reason, this specific BAM! fills me with happiness every time I visit, and I will continue to do so in the future 🙂

The Books a Million at Levis Commons has bad service and bad selection. More often than not, employees are nowhere to be found- I have waited at the main register for over five minutes before one showed up. The store may simply be understaffed, but this is still no excuse and is a problem I have experienced consistently. In addition, it is difficult to find an employee to help you locate a book, and when one is found they are often neither knowledgeable nor friendly. For a book store, Books a Million has a small selection of books, especially for the physical size of their store. They do not seem to have many well-known books in stock. For instance, I went to purchase a book by the bestselling author Sarah Vowell and they had a single copy of a single one of her books in stock. In addition, when looking to purchase classic translated novels, such as Candide, Dante’s Divine Trilogy or The Canterbury Tales, the store has a small selection of books of only one or two translations, and rather unknown translations at that. In an area with major universities within driving distance, this limited selection is rather upsetting.Overall, Books a Million does not stand out from the competition in any specific area, and is a rather mediocre option for purchasing books in the Toledo area.

Average big box book store. I was happy to find a Mockingjay Pin for my daughters Halloween costume. Everything else, even in the clearance section was overpriced.

My father spent nearly three years at The Lakes of Sylvania. I buried my father yesterday. He was 98 years old. This staff was wonderful with dad. What most people need to realize, is the importance of building a relationship with the staff caring for your loved one. It is a team effort. This is a care facility. They cannot and should not be expected to give private duty nursing services. It is unrealistic for any facility to be expected to do this. You have to be willing to reach out to the staff and work with them. Come to them with concerns, but also realize a thank you goes a long way when you do this very hard work. I can’t begin to thank the staff for the care dad received especially during his final days. I stayed with my dad to care for him and make sure he knew he was not alone. I believe that was my honor and duty, but this staff cared for me as well as my dad. The concern for my well being touched me to my core. I will not forget the compassion my father and I received by all the staff. The flower arrangement that was sent to the funeral home was so beautiful and very appreciated. Staff who became friends were there at the funeral home to support me and my family. Their concern did not stop as dad was taken from the facility. If you are looking for a facility to “team care” for your loved one, stop looking, the Lakes of Sylvania should be strongly considered. I will only refer folks to this facility.

Our experience with Lakes of Sylvania was beyond tremendous. My loved one experienced care in both the assisted living wing and also in the skilled nursing area. The director, the nurses, the physical therapists, the chef, the cleaning department and various departments ALL provided the best of care possible. The communication which existed between Lakes of Sylvania and her family was also tremendous. Each day an updated Covid report was to be found in my email and a weekly video was posted to inform all families members of the events of the week. I was able the connect in person with the staff whenever I so desired. My dear one got the BEST of care and compassion from everyone within the walls of Lakes of Sylvania. I would give this campus my highest recomendation. I owe them my deepest gratitude.

Well, a week a go I may have recommended this faculty. It sure does look nice on the surface …. but we all know it’s what’s deeper that matters. Their treatment of my grandmother today is beyond reprehensible. It shows complete disregard for her and for her care. I’m appalled. They were supposed to be her care facility. She is in nursing care (not assisted living). They refused to assist with her adjustment to the facility, were complicit with over medicating and “snowing” her, and when my mother stopped that from happening the facility required she find different care, a different facility. In order for her to stay she would have to hire “24/7 staff to be with her at all times.” Uhm, isn’t that Sylvania Lakes job? Isn’t that why she is paying so much? The direct staff were super friendly and she like them. They didn’t spend hardly any time with her other than if she pressed her call button. Now she’s being forced to make another difficult transition because Sylvania Lakes can’t be bothered. So beware. If you’re going into a facility BECAUSE YOU ACTUALLY NEED CARE this isn’t the place for you. If you can care for yourself they’re all too happy to take your money.
