The physical therapists at Cornerstone PT are a friendly and respectful married couple, Stacy and Juan. They’re Florida State Seminal graduates, so if you want to tease them, tell them how much you love the Florida Gators. Both Stacy and Juan have their doctorates, and from talking with them, I know they stay up to date with latest and greatest in physical therapy. As a doctor myself, I appreciate that I’m receiving knowledgeable and contemporary care.Personally, I was treated with empathy and professionalism. I work in a profession where people tend to become disabled due to the repetitive motions of the job. Juan took the time to listen to my story and desires, and then he built an exercise plan that I can use to help keep me working/healthy until retirement.I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone looking for friendly, straight forward, and thorough physical therapists.

About Janet Arai
Energy Healing & Psychic Mediumship | Spiritual “Saging” House Cleansing/Blessing
History: I truly believe in the importance of maintaining balance between the Mind, Body and Spirit for optimal growth and development in one’s lifetime. How can energywork help? Many of my clients feel lost, empty or full of despair, often suffering from anxiety and depression. Some have had paranormal experiences that leave them feeling fearful, uneasy and curious for explanations. And then, there are those who have either unexplainable and/or chronic pain, finding little relief over the years and are ready to try a more holistic healing approach. Mental, emotional and physical traumas can cause energy imbalances within our bodies that leave us feeling weak, numb or detached. As a natural born Energy Healer, I want to restore that balance in others, empowering them to rediscover, or awaken, their own spiritual gifts, so that they may live each day with the intention of knowing, feeling and trusting that inner power that we all have within us…true Empowerment.

I tend to be wordy so I will tell you here at the front end of this review that I am very impressed with Janet’s ability to cleanse out the soul. If you are on the fence, you should know that I was too. But she is worth the investment (which compared side by side with the cost of a traditional doctor’s visit is not much at all). If you are having problems, you have probably already seen your medical doctor numerous times and paid out plenty in co-pays (as I had) and feel that, aside from confirming it isn’t anything physical, your money was wasted. You are still needing help; you need Janet. So, if you’re up for a read, here is my story: I have an amazing medical practitioner who spends a good deal of time with me, really listens to me, and gives deep consideration to her recommendations. She’s the best. And yet, she wasn’t able to make a dent in my brain fog issues, which, over the span of a few years became so crippling I would actually fall asleep at inappropriate moments. I’d be in my car, and suddenly a huge pull of exhaustion would wash over me like a tidal wave. There were a few times I would pull over, park in the nearest public lot and nap – and I have never been able to sleep during the day before this brain mess! Anyway, my doctor’s visits are $120 per visit, medications are, of course, additional. So over the course of a year I’d easily racked up a couple thousand. And I was still walking around like a zombie. Now, for full disclosure, I knew Janet previously. She and my son were on the same soccer team and since Janet was so warm and welcoming, I quickly grew to love her. When she moved out of state, she kept in touch. When she called me this year, I told her how frustrated I was. And she offered to do an energy healing on me. I turned her down at first. Why? (This is the part of the review that I wish Janet would never read) I am the type of person who loves all things spiritual mystical or weird, but doesn’t actually give them substantial merit. In other words, I WANT to believe like Fox Molder, but I’m really just a dreamer with no faith. But the fog became crippling so I finally said yes. Since I live several states away, Janet asked for a photo of my face, one where the focus was my eyes. Then she proceeded to warn me that sometimes things can “flush up” and I may feel ill at first, but it would pass pass by morning. I think that was the timeline she mentioned, I quickly forgot since I personally hadn’t experienced any side effects. Because I hadn’t had the side effects, and because I was still tired the next day, I figured it didn’t work. I was preparing for how I would politely tell Janet it was a bust. But the day after, I went about my business… until sometime in the evening it occurred to me that I hadn’t felt the pull to lie down all day…for the first time in a long while! Then, I had the same success for 7 days in a row! By the 8th day, I started to feel weak again. I called Janet, and she did another session, stating that (again, I hope I am remembering her words correctly) ideally a person should have three sessions. So, she did another session, and I felt great for a little more than two weeks. And since my third session I have only had a few momentary (one-day) set-backs – always after caring for my over-active nephew. So, I have to say, for three sessions with Janet, I have felt better than I have in years AND as well as being less costly than my awesome doctor, it was more productive than all the follow ups with my medical doctor (I say follow-up because the first one is a must – always see the medical doctor to rule out cancer, ect.). But, if you are like me and don’t fully believe in metaphysics but have ruled out the traditional, call on Janet. I’m glad I did. And if I have to order more sessions, it is still well worth it. It costs less than my Doctor’s, has proven more effective, and since she is doing this long-distance I don’t even have to worry about putting gas in the car (I wonder how much better it would be if she were right in front of me??!), so you can see why I am now a fan. Good luck to you and your journey!

If you are considering booking an energy healing treatment with Janet, do it! After returning home from 2 months out of the country I found my inner dialogue to be dark and negative. I was back home (where I love to be), visiting with friends and going to the gym but my attitude was off. Also, while I was away I developed a very tight calf and sore knee. The first month I was home I made multiple trips to the chiropractor and followed that with deep tissue massages. About this time I reached out to Janet for a distant energy treatment. I mentioned my questionable attitude but said nothing about my knee. After the treatment we talked and she mentioned a spirit she detected that seemed to have attached itself to my left calf. To make a long story short- Janet lifted the dark cloud over me AND fixed my knee + calf. AMAZING!

Janet is above and beyond what I ever expected to receive from a healer. Her gifts are undeniable and her ability to work WITH you to heal and guide you is unbelievable. She truly goes the extra mile to bring you what YOUR individual soul needs. Each time I see her it is a unique experience. She has been so much more than an energy healer, and has helped me during an especially difficult time in my life. She also offered her services at a discounted Groupon rate despite the fact that I was expecting to pay full price. She is incredible. I highly recommend her to anyone who is curious about what energy healing has to offer. I personally will continue to see her frequently, and recommend her to everyone I know!

I highly recommend Studio Pilates as a safe, fun and effective workout. All the instructors keep you moving while observing your alignment for effective and safe movement leading to better posture and body strength. All instructors have all been trained in the PoleStar method that is physical therapy based. As a result, movements are adapted to individuals according to their abilities. I’ve been to other Pilates studios. There, My body didn’t feel safe nor effectively or properly aligned.People come to Studio Pilates from all over Spokane, some traveling 45 minutes to get there when there are other studios much closer to them. They come because they see changes in their physical strength, flexibility and posture.

I have been a client at Studio Pilates and PT for 8 years. I take a weekly reformer class as well as a mat class. I highly recommend trying both! This is a very professional studio with very knowledgeable staff. Every staff member is Polestar certified so regardless of who is teaching your class there is quality and consistency. There is a great camaraderie amongst the clientele that makes it a comfortable place to work hard and try new things. I can’t imagine my life without the benefits of Pilates at Studio Pilates!

The studio is wonderful & professional with all the appropriate Pilates equipment including reformers. The staff are all Polestar certified and are positive and professional – they always work with you to keep you safe. Sue is one of the best physical therapists you can work with and will teach you how to move well & overcome problems & imbalances using Pilates & physical therapy. Whether you have a private session, physical therapy, or take a class, you will have a safe & good experience – highly recommend!

I’ve been a client of Sue’s for five years now, and her new studio is just beautiful. Sue is a terrific PT who uses Pilates to address client injuries. She’s dedicated to teaching you the skills you need to do your workout on your own, and never hands you off to an aide. Her studio also offers both mat and reformer classes – friendly teachers and clients all around.

Neal Blakely at Apex is awesome. My mom and I have both been to him, her for neck and shoulder problems, and me for a knee issue. He’s helped both of us and is just a nice, great guy. It’s really as simple as doing the exercises he prescribes, how he says to do them. PT can definitely have a rough patch, but if you do exactly as Neal says, you’ll get through the rough stuff!

I have received excellent care at Apex Physical Therapy North Office! I was patient with them early this year after a knee replacement surgery. Bob Paull was my therapist. He was wonderful! Very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, yet friendly, caring and kind. I have recently been a patient with them again for another issue. Again Bob was my therapist. I received the same incredible care, as before! All their staff is alway very helpful and caring. I highly recommend Apex Physical Therapy North to anyone needing PT care!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this clinic is worth the effort. Such a thorough and thoughtful approach to patient care, from the front desk staff to the clinicians! Bob Paull was the best, and really wonderful to work with during a really rough time in my health journey. I appreciated the dedication to treating my low back and getting me back to function. I would recommend this clinic to anyone of my friends and family, as it was a word of mouth referral for me and Apex lived up to their reputation!

I have had 2 visits for my herniated disc and sciatic pain. They took a very thorough evaluation and started a treatment plan that has been very gentle because of the nature of my pain. So far after 2 visits I leave feeling more relaxed with a lot less pain. They ate considerate and explain everything they are doing and why.Dr.Gordon PT came highly recommended to me by my mother and another family member that required PT in the past. I can’t stress enough how much different it feels to be here, it’s almost like family. If you need some PT I think you should trust what my mom says and give them a try!!

I have had a lot of different surgeries. The last two operations were scapulothoracic Fusions. Luke Gordon and his staff were educated on this procedure, and ensured me that they could handle this case. The way they presented themselves, professional, kind, empathetic, and friendly, made me want to get my treatment there. They called me before and after my surgery, and really went above and beyond any other PT center I’ve visited. I have completed well over 350 visits in Spokane, so take it from me, Gordon is hands down one of the best in Spokane, and by far the best in the Spokane Valley! 🙂 Luke, Robert, Danielle, Aram, Stephanie, Melinda, Serena, Star, And Ashley are an excellent support staff!

I’ve used Gordon PT for various injuries over the years. During the past 12 months I used them for prepping for, and then recovery from, total knee replacement. Luke Gordon was my guide but I saw everyone in their office and at their therapy pool site. Each PT brought their own skills and experiences to my treatment plans. They kept everything simple and easy to repeat. I’ve reached my goal of playing golf and walking 9 holes already. I have a lifetime stretching routine as a “graduation” from this major surgery. They are truly a caring and unique group of professionals.

Growing up I received lots of physical therapy, and as a PT student I have observed many practices. No place compares to Synergy Healthcare. My experience has been so positive; I would recommend them to everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. The therapists are effective listeners, extremely personable, highly knowledgeable and skilled in many areas. In one session I received more help than I have received from months of physical therapy elsewhere. I no longer have intense headaches, pain behind my eye, strain or restriction throughout my body. Their special technique has transformed me from head to toe, given me more balance and made me more symmetrical. Movement is easier and thinking is clearer. I couldn’t be happier that I found Synergy. This place is an encouragement that therapy does work and there is hope for you. If you’re looking for something different than standard occupational and physical therapy, this is the place for you!

History: Inspire Physical Therapy and Spokane Occupational & Hand Therapy have merged companies. Spokane Occupational & Hand Therapy has been serving the greater Spokane area since 1995. In 2014, Sean Sipe, PT, DPT, SCS purchased the company. Early in 2016 we began the process of upgrading our clinic spaces as well as adding physical therapy. Inspire Physical Therapy locations were later added at all locations over the course of 2016 and 2017. We have decided the time is right to combine the companies into a single name. Effective January 1, 2019 our new name is Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy. Even though our name has changed our commitment to prompt and exceptional care has not.

I have been coming here with my girlfriend for the last few weeks, she has been getting therapy done on her shoulder and she has been very happy with the way she is treated and I am happy with the way I am treated just being here with her, all the staff is very friendly and professional, everyone I talk to here only has good things to say about this place so if your looking for a place I would recommend them

I had a particularly difficult carpal tunnel surgery. I came out infected and had delayed healing because of it. The people at inspire physical therapy were wonderful! They gave me many helpful, stretches, and exercises to loosen my hand back up and get me going again.

This place is ridiculous I would not recommend this place to anyone! They didn’t seem to have people who knew what they were doing. The person helping me had to keep asking someone else if they were having me do my therapy right. I found that a little ridiculous and I will be going somewhere else from now on!
