My very first Reiki session. She explained everything beforehand. It was a great experience. Everyday since my session I’ve felt an extra boost of energy in my day. Even if you aren’t having any physical ailments I think it would help you get refocused.

Absolutely top notch! Beth is a terrific physical therapist – she’s very kind and very knowledgeable. Professionalism from the minute that you walk in the door. Front desk ladies are very friendly, they handled my health insurance seamlessly, and of course, Beth is the best part about visiting here.In just a few visits so far, she has significantly helped lower back pain that has plagued me for two decades (yes, twenty years). After three useless chiropractors failed to help me after charging me highway robbery, I’ve discovered that PT is the way to go! Highly recommend this office.

After many injuries and being through many therapist Allied Rehab has been great. I have the pleasure of being treated by a wonderful women named Jen who so happens to be the same person that assisted my wife several years ago. Jen is kind and truly cares about her patients needs. If ever there was a person that that was as challenging as myself I believe Jen could break the barriers and help them get better. Now my back has not fully healed to 100% and May never get there but Jen has helped me cope and exercise to a point that I can carry my load a lot better.

Horrible experience with so called owner! The front desk staff have been disorganized with scheduling my child who is on a tight schedule everyday. Tried to speak with the so called “owner” and she was the most arrogant obnoxious person I’ve ever spoken to in a place of business! Tried to explain to her my 4 year (whom I pull out of school to attend therapy) was not able to physically get in the building after I drove 20 mins to get there! It’s obvious he wasn’t feeling well!! She proceeded to berate me as a mother over the phone instead of offering how she or her staff could help! Sessions always started 10 mins late as my child waited to be seen! So essentially he was getting 15-20 min speech sessions instead of the 30 he was approved for!! Stay away if you have children whom have challenges!!!

I have been going to Allied Rehab after having a stroke. Initially, I had no movement or mobility of my left arm. With the guidance, patience, and expertise of Cindy I now have functional movement of the arm and I am regaining strength and muscle. I cannot express how the quality of my life has improved. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to go here. Everyone has always been nice and kind. If any of their services are needed you can count on them for the support and help needed to improve your situation. It’s sad that there is a need for the service they provide, but it a blessing that they are there if needed.

I was drawn to the store by the twinkling outside lights. I love beautiful lights! I enjoyed browsing and shopping. I had a fun, informative visit with Shay, who was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with my purchase and the value.

Such a cute shop! I love that they have a robust selection of books in addition to crystals, smudge tools, tarot, jewelry, candles, and more! I popped in for a few minutes before a class I was taking nearby and I could have spent a lot more time there! The clerk was very friendly, telling me about sales and such. I’m sure she would have been knowledgeable had I asked specific questions. I look forward to stopping back in!

Overheard the owners discussing how there’s no such thing as cultural appropriation. Personal dealings with them left the impression that they are rude at the very least with some very bad vibes. They also never took safety precations for the pandemic.. not even at its height… I will never go back.

I drove pretty far to visit MagikCraft based on raving reviews from coworkers. I will say that the employees are all very friendly and helpful. They love their jobs and are proud to support other local businesses as well. There’s so much to see in this shop; it’s a bit tight, crowded, and overwhelming. However, I found some nice polished crystals and a spirit bear to add to my altar. I like this shop a lot because there’s no bad energy here and there’s so much to look at. From tumbled crystals to a large selection of tarot decks all the way to CBD products and honey jars, there’s something for everyone. I didn’t really like hearing an employee say that they cast a spell on the shop to boost sales, that felt icky. The other reason for not giving 5 stars is because this shop is very pricey. There’s raw crystals that are 3-4x the price of other competitors. I know stores need to make profit but it was unreasonably high. I’m glad I visited this shop but I definitely don’t think it’s worth the long drive.

This was a nice little store with friendly employees. I came here for my wife so I’m admittedly not the target demographic, but the store was clean with plenty of room to browse and a decent selection of goods. I only knock it a single star because many things seemed a little more expensive than other shops I’ve been to recently.
Alejandro A. rated 5 stars on 6/14/2023
I’m going to acknowledge both Justin and Julie in this review. I went in looking for a particular crystal and got far more than I expected with Justin! He spent time helping me find additional items and offered amazing advice! Two separate times, I’ve interacted with Julie and she helped me pick out some great reading material and is always open for rich conversation! She is also extremely knowledgeable! For the sake of adding some balance, I won’t mention the third amazing person by name but he knows who he is! It was most certainly a pleasure meeting him as well and getting that life path number! The whole staff is amazing and I enjoy every visit to the fullest! Can’t wait to get a reading soon!

I have been to both stores a number of times. I was always greeted upon entering through the door. Lynn, Tom & Justen have been very helpful in assisting me in the store. They have a little bit of everything here. I was just there the other day and they have a new shipment of clothes and Happy Drums. If you are looking for something magical and mystical, maybe a gift or something for your nature. This is the place to come. They also have a store on 70. Friendly people in magical places.
Mya H. rated 5 stars on 6/5/2023
A very lovely and enlightening shop! I have only visited this store a few times but each time I go I feel better than when I arrived. Shelly and Lynn (the owner) are so very insightful and helpful! Full of inspiration and guidance! (Those are the only two people I have met but I am sure the other employees are great as well) The store has a nice selection ranging from tarot cards, to crystals, to even cbd & delta 8! There’s a bit of everything in there! Definitely check it out, it’s a great place to start your spiritual journey and you will not be disappointed!
Cindy N. rated 5 stars on 1/4/2022
My SIL purchased a reading with Lynn for my birthday gift and I would have to say I am super impressed on how wonderful my reading was. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve had a reading done from anyone, but I truly believe Lynn is the real deal! She is so sweet, honest, and absolutely positive! She is not a faker/scammer like some. She also offers readings over FaceTime. She knows what she is doing and I would highly recommend her! Oh did I mention she also offers life coaching & classes?! Her shop is also very cute and has a wide range of crystals, sages, cards, etc. I will definitely be back!

I am a 77-year-old male who tries to live a somewhat active lifestyle. I have been a patient at Aquatic PT and Beyond since the Spring of 2016. The knowledgeable and skilled Physical Therapists there have helped me rehabilitate a number of injuries ranging from total joint replacements to spinal fusions. (Yes – I’m accident-prone.)With each injury or surgery, they have carefully assessed my deficits and developed a treatment plan that effectively restored me to my daily routine. I am currently recovering from a total hip replacement. I anticipate they will have me back to cycling as soon as the surgeon will allow that activity.

I was suffering from hip bursitis. With the pool exercises, I gradually got stronger and more stable. The “land” exercises and stretches towards the end of my treatment were very helpful. The staff and therapists were so friendly and knew my name when I came in. Everyone including the front desk were friendly, and fun! I enjoyed going to each session. I’m back to walking around Shelley Lake, and stairs are not painful. Thank you Aquatic Physical Therapy and Beyond.

I called to cancel my appointments after voicing concerns to the pt who promptly told me to take it to front desk as not her job. I thought about it and After emailing I called since email says you have to call. I simply said I wanted to cancel. The owner said he got my email and they were surprised. He then attacked me saying he would like to inspect my house for cleanliness since I pointed out(after being pressed) that there was grime and what looks like mold. I mean I am not running a business HE is!He assured me it wasn’t and then attacked a business close by and said they would have hair and filth in bathroom. Like I don’t even have an appointment there! What decent business attacks a client (verbally) and then a competitor!? Not a place I want to do business at!

Am 76 and have extreme challenges with scoliosis, etc. in addition to severe osteoarthritis. In the past several years, have been to eight physical therapy places and NONE of them compare to Aquatic Physical Therapy and Beyond. For starters, they offer intensive AQUATIC physical therapy much more focused than usual aquatic physical therapy elsewhere and also a separate physical therapy room. These people are seriously dedicated to getting OPTIMAL results – not to mention they are all great people!! Am making much more progress at “Aquatic” than any of the other places. They also do their best to schedule patients at a convenient time. I wouldn’t even think to go somewhere else! It took me years to find this place – so happy and relieved!

I’m 66 and recently did a two month stint with the Census Bureau with overtime as a field enumerator. Up and down 3 flights of dozens of apartment building stairs blew out my right knee and lead to a Dr. saying – quit. Fortunately, I found APT&B – Aquatic Physical Therapy & Beyond from a personal referral. I’m confident that without APT&B I would still be walking in agony to this day. Geoff and the crew (including graduating interns) were totally awesome. It was no nonsense ‘hit the ground running’ (in water) after their first evaluation at the onsite gym. I have been to other local PT offices but PT combined with the pool workouts cannot be beat. Yes – cannot. Moving otherwise painful joints with the aid of buoyancy accelerated my recovery like no where else. I now expect to be kite surfing this spring. Really, it’s like I have a brand new knee and I’m back to my 3-5 mile walks with no pain no surgery. Geoff also gave me more than floor exercises to rebuild my knee. He also helped me to figure out how to get down and off the floor so I wouldn’t re-injure my knee while I was healing cause I just started another physical job that required floor work. APT&B is busy but they don’t keep you waiting. It’s very clean with changing rooms, lockers and they have a shower if you need it. Right off 540 at Falls of Neuse you’d never know it’s there at the back of a building. APT&B also has a pretty good playlist on Pandora to listen to as you crank out the reps. They can let you ‘cool down’ in the jetted hot tub if you need it. This place is all that and a bag of chips – You don’t know what you’re missing. I highly recommend them.

This PT clinic is excellent. They also have water therapy in a pool which works better for the pain. They provide a full hour if therapy. They are very creative with your therapy as they use all sorts of methods to help you.My left leg had edema for some reason and the doctors did not have an answer or solutions. The PT therapist wrapped the leg with k tape several times and the edema was gone.

I will preface this review by pointing out that I do not usually provide reviews for anything, good or bad. However, I was very much compelled to take the time to provide a review here because of my experience with Aquatics Physical Therapy and how this may be helpful for many others in similar situations. For those who are not looking to read a long review, just KNOW that Aquatics Physical Therapy and Beyond is a second-to-none physical therapy provider that is leagues above any other physical therapy provider that I have ever been involved with. I would not recommend any other place in the triangle, or within a feasible driving distance of Aquatics, to anyone in need of PT. Aquatics PT and Beyond is hands-down, the best. For those who do not mind reading and prefer to be a bit more informed before deciding on a PT provider: This place is like a finely tuned machine composed of knowledgeable, talented, friendly, and extremely passionate Physical Therapists and PTAs that truly care about improving your physical condition. From the ownership to physical therapists to the supporting office personnel, it is very apparent that they are a cohesive team that looks out for and collaborates with one another. I am very skeptical about health providers due to many bad experiences, but for once I cannot find one negative thing to say about this place. I will point out that I live in Holly Springs, work in Durham, but still CHOOSE to drive the distances because of how beneficial and positive of an experience it has been. I have been playing competitive sports all my life and have suffered countless injuries and undergone multiple surgeries as a result. In turn, I have done PT in a variety of settings and at many different locations. Did I mention that Aquatics is the best? They provide one-on-one therapy with full attention during the entire hour of your session. They are not focused on passing as many patients through the door as possible, but instead focus on improving the patients physical condition. Over the past several months I have had the opportunity to do therapy with most of the therapists and can honestly say, there is no weak link. It is a talented group that is ambitious about being experienced and knowledgeable in many areas and techniques. They are friendly, fun, and challenging all at the same time. I once heard a patient jokingly admit that half the reason why he came to PT was because he considered everyone there his friend. In all seriousness, I strongly recommend this place and can honestly say that I look forward to PT, which is something most people would say they dread.
Betty S. rated 5 stars on 2/23/2018
Thanks to the great Physical Therapist here I can now open my car door to get out, shower better and sleep better. I still have a lot of work to do. The PTs are encouraging and kind and gently push me to greater movement. The front desk folks provide great customer service both in person and on the phone!

I’ve just recently started taking classes at Pulse, and I’m loving it. The classes are really enjoyable, but you will put in work! The instructors, and the atmosphere they foster are the very best part. They are so kind and welcoming to new students. I’ve taken classes with 3 different instructors, thus far, and this has been true of every class. The other participants absolutely echo this. I’m so happy I’ve found Pulse, and have already signed up for my next 3 classes.

I’ve tried a couple of local Pilates studios & Pulse is by far the best one! Excellent Instructors, excellent facility, which is small enough to be very private and comfortable; but big enough to offer all the studio equipment needed in an easy to find North Raleigh/Wake County location. The needs of the CLIENT are addressed FIRST! No matter what the need is, Pulse will find the best client solution! The owner/operator is delightful and easy to talk to…and will find a solution for every need, whether it’s a physical one or an emotional one. You can take a group class, or arrange for private lessons…there’s really no downside to this studio! You’ll adore it…!!!

Wow this is a fantastic Pilates studio. I have been to several in southern CA and also here locally since relocating back to the area. The equipment and level of instruction are superior to others that I have been to. The studio is light and bright and airy and very clean. Class size is limited so you get really individualized attention and the instructors are upbeat and positive. Thank you Elisa! You get a great full body work out without injury and feel stretched and long and lean afterward. Highly recommend and I will be going back!

I have just finished physical therapy sessions that started in April. Please take everything that everyone else has said and double it. They really are as amazing as they sound.Tow orthopedic surgeons had told me they could do nothing for me. However, I still had the pain. My family doctor suggested maybe it was time for physical therapy. Boy, was she right. Now, I can sleep all night and do most things that I want to during the day.Since most of this took place during the pandemic quarantine, Many weeks these folks were the only ones I saw other than my husband.I could not have picked a better, nicer or more congenial group of people.I am very grateful to Olivier and all his staff. In April I would not have believed the difference I would feel in June.

I was to have 36 physical therapy visits. I have done 21/2.Today while getting treatment, one of the employees was coughing constantly very loudly. When I was moved closer to her for another treatment, I asked her to leave because her coughing was spreading germs all over the place. She made a sarcastic remark. I immediately left, went to the front desk and canceled the rest of my 36 appointments. A business that lets sick employees amongst its customers, many elderly, should be avoided.BTW, the treatments I received were great by the therapists.

Recently I experienced a terrible vertigo attack. Upon discharge from the hospital, the unsteadiness and unbalance feeling still exist. Upon my family physician’s referal, I found out the Orthopedic Physical Therapy at Cary does have a therapist who specializes in vestibular rehabilitation therapy. My husband went through physical therapy many times in this center, so I had full confidence in its therapists and program. It was such a success – the first hour of therapy by Grant, it was 80% sucess. I could immediately walk down the stairs without using the elevator. I had two more therapy and now I am 95% recovered – I told Grant that 5% is my age and it is not curable with any physical therapy.I am, with full confidence, recommending this center for any type of therapy,

I had knee replacement surgery in November 2015 and struggled for many months. In Feb 2016, I had a procedure (manipulation under anesthesia) . The surgeon confirmed I had had a lot of scar tissue. In 2016, I began treatment with this group (Orthopedic Physical Therapy Assoc) -and made great progress after a couple visits. They evaluated my current state (both flexion and extension) and developed a plan. So thankful I found them and started PT there.

They are excellent at assessing what you can do and tailoring a personalized program to improve your strength and range of motion. Their people have great personalities and you’ll love to be with them even if you don’t love what they get you to do. They are also very COVID conscious, masking and disinfecting the equipment you use. Both my wife and I have been treated there for my back and left knee and her hip. We recommend Dr. Olivier Chassin and Gabby for your care.

As my Dad say, Dr. Olivier Chassin is a “walking answer to prayer.” He saved my knee after a surgeon told me that I needed a knee replacement. Not only did Olivier restore my knee to normal working order, but I’ve been able to continue an active and happy life with light jogging, yoga and interval training. The entire Orthopedic Physical Therapy team is kind and professional and passionate about helping people restore and rehabilitate so they can lead healthy lives!

My 13-year old son had soccer injuries and was referred to Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates by my son’s doctor. The treatment and professionalism is as recommended in other reviews. Olivier has prepared a plan of treatment and after one week there is noticeable improvement. My son misses being on the field while he is resting and getting treatment, but we believe the rest and therapy will allow him to play with less pain as he continues to grow. I highly recommend Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates for anyone needing physical therapy.

You will not find a better staff of trained professionals to help you through a tough time. They listen and design a recovery based on your needs. They are caring and, to use the word again, very professional. Highest recommendation!!

I could hardly walk with a severe back pain when I came in. I have been working with Holly for a couple weeks now and my back feels better than it has in years. Holly is amazing and the staff is so nice and makes you feel like one of the family. I highly recommend them. They are great.

I have been attending for several months and have noticed great improvement of range of motion and reduction of pain.During my appointments I have been under the tutelage of Byron, Chris, Jamie and Monica at different times. The variety of therapists has not negatively affected the quality of treatment, as they all follow the same plan. The regular addition of new techniques and weights has been helpful in advancing my relief. I can’t speak more highly of my experience.

I’m not really sure where to start. I am so in love with this place. The physical therapists and staff are super sweet and always happy to chat or help with whatever you need.I’ve been seeing Jamie for the past month and a half due to spraining my MCL and she has been an absolute dream. I cannot express my thanks enough. Once my time is up I will thoroughly miss coming here to see everyone. From what I can tell in chatting with everyone there’s not a bad physical therapist in the place. Whomever you book an appointment with you’re in good hands. However, if you have to option to choose I can say from first hand experience Jamie is amazing!

Chris and his team are amazing! Before having knee replacement surgery, Matt got me into shape to prepare. After surgery Matt worked with me both mentally and physically. It was a rough surgery to recover from and I honestly could not have done it without him. His knowledge of how your mind and body works helped me to recover more quickly then most. His positive attitude and honesty kept me motivated both there and at home. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The one on one care you get here is absolutely stellar! Thank you Chris, Matt, Dot, John, and Leslie! I’m eternally grateful for your support.

Having torn a tendon in my shoulder, I have had to start PT. I am anxious to get back to work and am fortunate to have been directed to this particular office for PT. I am getting excellent care and, now that my insurance has run out, Chris, the owner and my therapist, has worked with me to create a program so I can still get my therapy and afford it. Not many places would put the effort in to make sure their patients can still get what they need to get on with their lives. I am very appreciative.

I wanted to update because I have had to go back to physical therapy this month. These peeps are still awesome. Super friendly and they always remember who you are and what your condition is. Great place
Antonio B. rated 5 stars on 10/7/2017
Jamie and the whole crew are awesome. It was sometimes like a love hate with the pain but you got to do it to get better. Not usually good when you have to go to PT but the work to recover from injury is hard and they know what they are doing. Jamie did a great job of communicating and also holding me accountable. The family friendly atmosphere is and teamwork among the staff are some of the best things about it. All of the staff acknowledges and gets to know the customers over time. They not only listen to you about the injury but also some good general conversation. I actually looked forward to going to my appointments. My injury took almost 4 months to rehab but they got me on the right track to full recover and I had a few good laughs alone the way. I kind of miss going for the conversation and Friday Pump Up the Jams session;-) I hope you don’t have to go (Because that would mean you are hurt) but if you need PT/rehab this is this a great choice.

Trinity is founded on providing quality care in an old-fashioned, family-style atmosphere. We believe strongly in one-on-one individualized care and providing manual therapy and custom home exercise programs for our patients. I wish I didn’t need PT, but since i do, i couldn’t be luckier to have found Luke and the whole staff a Trinity Wellness.A bad cycling accident left me with two fractures in my back. After an unsuccessful trial with another clinic, I was referred to Luke and found out what real physical therapy is about.Over the years Luke has helped me flare ups and other injures related to my original injury. He always finds the right level of therapy and excercise to get me back living my life.

I started using Trinity two weeks ago to guide me in my rehabilitation for a total knee replacement. I have found these folks to be very friendly, accommodating when appointment times change, and professional. My therapist is Matt. He has a good amount of experience with rehabs like mine and his guidance has helped me make great progress in my journey back to normal. I will add, however, that my sessions with other physical therapists have been equally gratifying. The members of this team are well trained, well equipped, and super helpful. I recommend Trinity with 6 stars. I’m glad to have chosen them and the relationship I am building with them will carry me through this time of my rehabilitation.

I suffer from permanent vestibular neuropathy which means I have no balance since my vestibular nerves were destroyed by a virus. After 10 years of visits to specialists across the country with no progress and constant vertigo, Rob Volstad, the Physical Therapist with Trinity Wellness accessed my problem and customized a treatment plan that allowed me to walk and drive and function again without dizziness for the first time in 10 years! It only took 4 weeks of therapy 3 times a week and I was reborn. Rob is a miracle worker when it comes to balance related rehab.

Excellent care in a one on one setting. I’ve received physical therapy from two other Raleigh orthopedic clinics and from one other physical therapy office and there’s no comparison. It’s refreshing not to be given exercises and then have your PT walk away for five minutes. Their care was a critical part of my successful recovery from a bulging disc (C6-C7) and I would recommend them to anyone who needs PT.

I changed from Advanced Physical Therapy to Trinity. What a difference! Trinity is so much more professional. The trainer, Chris, really found out what I needed and explained in detail what and why we did different exercises, I am very pleased with Trinity
