I had a session with Brett over a year ago and he was SPOT ON connecting deceased loved ones to me. The specific names, dates, information only I would have known and untraceable in looking someone up online. He is a truly gifted medium. He brought me great comfort in that reading.

Absolutely blew my mind. Was spot on about 95 percent. The other five was probably just lost in translation. Highly highly recommend.

This guy is amazing. I am skeptical af about everything. I have used him twice and can’t believe the detailed information he comes up with that there is no way he would or could find out. Incredible experience. Cool dude. HIGHLY recommend.

Had another reading with Brett. This time virtually over Zoom, and I have to say it was just as good as the first time. I was unsure how the experience would be as a second reading, but again, Brett has a true gift, and it was a wonderful experience. If you’re even remotely interested or on the fence, I say, “DO IT!” The ability to know your loved ones are nearby and engaged with your everyday life makes death a little easier.

Just had my reading with Brett and I am still in a semi shock!!! This is my very first reading and, though I didn’t have any expectations, this was truly an AH-MAZING!!!Brett was so genuine and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning (I was pretty nervous leading up to the meeting). He is honest, upfront, and made connections to lost loved ones very quickly (FOR ME). There were connections made that I didn’t even think would come through and Brett was SPOT ON with the details, names, and methods of passing. This review is no justice to what Brett was able to do and because it is still really fresh I am still in awe at tonights readings!I will definitely book again — hopefully in person once COVID is better under control.

I had my session with Brett yesterday. I can’t get over how blown away I still am! I kept getting goosebumps during the session because Brett was so spot on about the personalities and the mannerisms of my family and friends that have transitioned. He knew names and dates too! It was amazing! Well worth the $! I plan on having a session with him in the future! Thank you Brett for bringing my loved ones back to me!
Zoe S. rated 5 stars on 9/12/2020
I was not a skeptic going into this, I was just hopeful that Brett would connect with the person that I needed him to. Yes, he sure did my best friend was right there ready, willing and very chatty as he was in the physical life. Brett got a kick out of him too. I am going back for a follow up session but that is my choice.I don’t know what I wanted going into it, later after watching the video a few times I realized it was validation and I got it. I feel as if a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and even my friends have noticed that I seem happier.Brett has the best personality and it might depend on the situation, mine was light and fun so Brett was playful and funny. At the same time, very compassionate and gave me some tools that helps me not doubt my own intuition.Brett is the kind of person I want to sit down and have a cocktail with.Enjoy the beauty of his talent.

I just had my first reading with Brett (I hadnever done one before) and I am so happy I did. Brett is gentle and compassionate and is the real deal, he is able to connect and deliver. I cannot wait to have a reading with him in the future. Brett has left me overjoyed and at peace and gave me clarity on so much in my life. I am forever grateful!

My experience with Brett was A+++I went in there with an open mind trying to connect with someone I lost almost 20 years ago. I booked the appointment myself but my wife decided to tag along. When we started the session he brought up relatives of my wife who are no longer with us by name, he was able to describe them physically and even some of their mannerisms. He also brought up things from her family that we were not even aware but we were able to confirm later with her mother. He even brought up a friend I lost in my childhood when I was 12 years old, by his name. This was someone that not even my wife knew about and is not even related to me legally or by blood. This is not a scam. Brett is the real deal. I also want to mention that this experience has been life changing for me. I feel like my loved ones are still around, just not in a physical form.Thank you Brett.
Yimmy D. rated 5 stars on 8/18/2019
I went with my wife yesterday to visit Brett to possibly contact some relatives that have moved on. This was our first time doing anything like this and we were hopeful, yet skeptical.Brett is very warm and welcoming and blew us away with his abilities. He made contact with seven friends/relatives. He is an evidential medium, which means he uses evidence provided by those on the other side to prove that they are who they say they are. He gave us names, birthdates, professions, relationships, numbers of kids, details of the deceased’s last moments, new babies, descriptions of houses, etc. The personalities of each person shined through. We laughed, we cried and left with our hearts full of joy. The two hour session felt like 20 minutes.I don’t know how it all works but Brett is the real deal.My wife now wants to go back with her sisters. She says it was the best present I ever gave her.

History: How I found massage… Right before heading to Antarctica to be a janitor, I hurt my shoulder while doing a tricky yoga pose. I didn’t pay much attention to it, until I was actually in Antarctica and dancing up a storm one night, when all of a sudden I couldn’t move my neck, it was frozen stiff! I think cleaning so many toilets aggravated my already injured shoulder and my body said, “Enough!” (I’m sure there were lots of emotional reasons behind my hurt shoulder and neck issues too!) That’s when I discovered the healing benefits of massage. I was amazed that my massage therapist could find just the right spots to heal my neck and shoulder. It was natural and powerful, and I couldn’t wait to learn too so I could help others. After leaving “The Ice” I went to Texas, attended massage school and practiced massage there for about 5 years. In 2008 I moved back to Portland, to open a practice in the beautiful Old Port. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story!

Sue is amazing! I had a 90 minute deep massage and it was perfect. She’s very intuitive about what my body needs and she applied the perfect amount of pressure. She knew where to work on my body without me telling her. I was in a trance for 90 minutes! Her space is also wonderful. It was heated and smelled great. The massage table was very comfortable. I highly recommend her!

Sue is incredibly intuative with her massages, spending lots of time on my problem areas. Methodically erasing knots built up from sitting entirely to long on flights. Portland is lucky to have her!

I’m so happy I came across Sue Vittner Massage on Yelp. Great location. She was able to take me same day. Usually this is impossible because she’s always booked but she just returned from vacation. I had a wonderful two-hour massage. I needed it so bad after two weeks of traveling. She worked on all of my sore areas. I felt so much better afterwards. This is not a spa. It’s just massage which she’s great at. You will be happy to match that cheery outgoing message with her beautiful smile. Go!

Found this massage oasis in heart of Old Port while here on vacation. Though only first time here, it felt oh so familiar – airy peaceful setting – a therapeutic massage to let your mind and body travel, detach and return rejuvenated! Sue is a delight.
Todd G. rated 4 stars on 1/16/2016
While this is not your “typical” fancy “spa” experience (no waterfalls, product upsets, etc…) the fact is that Sue Vittner is a professional and experienced body worker who makes you feel right at home with her friendly, caring and warm personality, as well as her years of experience as a massage therapist. I have been very satisfied with my massage experiences with her and would recommend her very highly.

I LOVE Salud and I can’t state that enough. If you are looking for a new fitness studio and enjoy group glasses, or just need that extra kick in the butt, you have got to try it out. Also, if you are new to Barre or are curious about it, I would highly recommend this as a place to start because everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. My favorite class here is Barre with Dorienne. She does not go easy on you and uses a lot of props in her workouts which I really like. When you see her pull out the sliders, you know it’s about to get REAL. I also love the circuit classes. Alot of bootcamp/circuit style classes I’ve done in the past have been more on the intimidating side but that is truly not the case at Salud. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, no matter what fitness level you’re at. Although I haven’t had the chance to try all the classes yet, they offer core classes and jumpboard classes that I’ve heard lots of hype about. You really can’t go wrong if you’re at Salud. Highly recommend!P.S. Although they only have street parking, there are always spots available nearby or around the corner so fear not, they’re in a great location!

Wow. This studio is exactly what I have been looking for. SALUD just opened and what an amazing grand opening! Came in for my first vinyasa flow with Brad and he is an amazing instructor. He instructs beautifully, and I enjoy how he incorporates different types of breathing techniques in his practice. Also, his music is BOMB AF & enhances your flow!!This studio is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of sunlight with windows on both sides, modern chic furniture. Kudos to the owner! Great marketing with the merchandise, stickers, balloons, & free classes for their grand opening!SALUD!

For a few months now I’ve been trying to figure out what the workout routine I need looks like. I have physical disability issues and a very busy mom life on top of that. A while back I starter doing crossfit and unfortunately my doctor told me I wasn’t quite ready for that yet. She strongly recommended this studio because she has been there herself. That was all I needed to hear. So far I’ve only been able to do the introductory month, but the instructors and classes have all been amazingly fun and a chance to deal with polite, informative people.I saw students who had to be in their twenties, younger than myself, as well as people so confident in their health and body that they were very proud to tell me that they were in their sixties or older. If you like to pilates and yoga and enjoy a space that promotes the fundamentals of health, wellness, safety, and mindfulness that go along with those… this is very much a place worth investing research and money into.

About Holistically Yours
Reiki | Tarot | Energy Reading and Balancing | Energy Workshops | Reiki Infusions
History: After receiving her first Reiki attunement, Jayleen Hayden immediately knew that she needed to share this gift with others. It was unavoidable – much like a Jedi and the Force. This hands-on healing technique provided a natural way to satisfy an innate need to relieve pain and discomfort in others. Usui Reiki is the ancient Japanese art of hands-on healing to reduce stress, increase relaxation, and promote healing. Reiki is a gentle and intelligent energy, always directing itself where necessary. Depending on the client’s needs, the practitioner’s hands grow either hot or cold, while shifting stagnant energy blockages that can cause emotional, spiritual, and physical ailments. The word ‘reiki’ means universal energy or life force. While it can be considered a spiritual practice, it is not a religion, nor is it affiliated with any specific religion; therefore, it will not interfere with one’s belief system.

This is a truly exceptional place.I tore my MCL four months back, and as a runner, it completely destroyed me and my whole life. I felt like I had no hope.I was walking home from the bus station one day and saw this place. I figured, why not call? What’s to lose? They immediately were so kind, took my insurance, helped me.My PT, Dahne, is absolutely incredible. She has helped me go from barely being able to walk, to being able to climb Katahdin and run seven miles. She has listened to my goals and helped me achieve them- and it’s hard work, but she pushes me and teaches me about how strong our bodies can be.I have never met another person that has inspired me so much in my fitness journey. I am so, so grateful for her.I’m still healing- MCL still gets spicy- and I’m so glad I have Dahne to help me.Being a chubby girl with an injury is embarrassing. But I never feel judged here.I cannot recommend enough.

Bree has been fantastic helping me recover from a shoulder injury. In a little over a month, I have gone from near constant pain and extremely limited mobility to full range of motion and minimal pain while lifting overhead. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to recover from and injury or increase their athletic ability!

I came to Dirigo for help recovering from a hip fracture and am so grateful I did. I worked with Mallory for seven months. I am so much stronger than I ever thought I could be when I started PT. Mallory was a fantastic partner: knowledgeable, of course, supportive while also pushing me to do more when she knew I could and clearly invested in my progress. She was also very generous with her time answering my emails and speaking with my physicians to coordinate on my recovery. Highly recommend her and Dirigo.

Getting to work with Dr. Beckett at Dirigo PT has been a game changer for me. I’ve had weak knee joints since running a marathon 10 years ago and tearing my meniscus and wrongly assumed that my knees would never be the same. I recently started exercising 6 days a week and my knees could barely handle it. My sports orthopedic doc he seemed to think I’d benefit from relearning mechanics of movements like squats and running. I was a little skeptical of how helpful PT could be, and definitely assumed it would take months to make any difference since I’ve been feeling this way for 10 years. How wrong I was – after only one month of sessions 2x/week with Dr. Beckett my issues were almost entirely resolved. I feel so empowered by my experience here as I better understand the mechanics of these movements (thanks to Dr. Beckett’s patience in explaining the underlying issues to me multiple times and answering my many questions), my knees are so much more stable since we strengthened the muscles around them, and I have tons of resources of exercises to do on my own to keep this up. Here are some of the other things that I love about Dirigo PT and that make me recommend it so highly:- Dr. Beckett and his staff are all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.- Your PT here spends your whole appointment with you. I’ve been to other PTs where they were juggling too many patients at once and you’d be left on your own unsure if you were doing exercises correctly.- The facility is GORGEOUS, spacious and clean with tons of brand new equipment.- The assessment was really in depth. Part of my issue included things like poor mechanics when running or jumping, so it was so helpful to watch in slow motion a recording of me doing these activities, and then to see another recording of it one month later and to see the issues resolved.- Dr. Beckett is creative and keeps it interesting, so you’ll enjoy your sessions when they would otherwise feel tiring or mundane.I really can’t recommend Dirigo PT highly enough!

I walked into Port City Physical Therapy 3 months ago. I was sedentary, extremely overweight, arthritic and in my late 60’s. I also began a ketogenic diet at the same time. Regrettably I have now come to the end of my time with physical therapy. Wendy and Kayla are friendly, patient, extremely informative and encouraging. I have never enjoyed working out and have to say that I have a new positive attitude towards exercise from this experience. I am confident that I will continue to use the tools I have been given to achieve my goal of better health and mobility. Tina S

Wendy at Port City Physical Therapy is fantastic! I was referred to physical therapy after developing severe back pain and issues with my pelvis during my last trimester of pregnancy. Wendy helped me immensely with pain management issues while helping me to maintain my mobility. Post c-section, I obtained another referral to Wendy for core retraining and lumbar and pelvic joint mobilization, as well as to address significant neck pain. Thanks to Wendy’s tremendous direction and support, I am now pain-free and back to my usual activities, including long brisk walks with my children and even some downhill skiing! I highly recommend anyone with pregnancy and postpartum orthopedic issues to go see Wendy at Port City Physical Therapy!

Rachel – You are very unique in that you can make the theme of intuition and soul work extremely accessible. And while you have specific worksheets, exercises etc. each session was completely tailored to what I needed, on the spot. There is nothing methodical about your approach. And that infused an energy into our sessions that was profound. I feel like I experienced a spiritual growth spurt every time I had a session with you!!!! Whereas other forms of therapy and healing felt like temporary relief, I never experienced true transformation, in every session, as I have with you. I truly know, not just believe, but KNOW that you have been the catalyst to what appears to be the most enlightening, fulfilling and exciting time of my life. Thank you for sharing your wisdom so generously and putting so much care and energy into my healing. And there’s much more to come I am sure! Forever grateful…

Rachel is absolutely amazing. She created such a safe space for me to be honest and share my truth. I am forever grateful to her.

Rachel is such a clear channel. The reading was extremely accurate and met me “where I’m at” in my current life experience. The specificity of detail in the reading, combine with Rachel’s gentle and compassionate presence, enabled me to trust, hear with open- ears, and be open to changing my ways. During this time of change (both on the world stage and in my personal life) the reading confirmed what I’m already feeling, enabling me to trust my own inner guidance. Furthermore, it helped me to recognize subconscious patterns I’ve been running for many years. Rachel provided me with tools to help clear the patterning, and welcomed me to tape the reading – which I’ve listened to a handful of times over the past week for further understanding and process work.

I moved to Portland about two and a half years ago and was hoping that I could find a great, classical Pilates studio. Springboard was-and remains-the answer. Meredith and her staff are skilled, sensitive, and fun. Meredith, especially, has an intuitive sense of what the body in front of her needs-the hallmark of a great Pilates teacher.I recommend Springboard to anyone who wants to feel better, move better, or look better. Beginners to advanced, no matter how long-or how little-you’ve sat on the sofa, there’s a class or workout here for everyone. What you won’t find is elitism or snobbery-you’ll never feel judged or like you’re in a competition. On a personal note, I was stricken with stage 3 bladder cancer last year, and struggled to find my way back to health. With patience, steady encouragement, and a ton of kindness, Meredith has overseen my slow and painful return to form. As much as I am grateful for my life, I am grateful to Meredith for helping me return to it.

It took me almost 3 years to muster the courage to walk into this magical space. At the encouragement of my Los Angeles neurosurgeon with whom I had three spinal surgeries, I had finally walked past the lovely entrance, with daily encouraging messages on the sign board outside, one time too many. I scheduled a consultation for myself and my husband. That decision might count among the best I’ve made in decades 🙂 EVERYONE at Springboard is remarkable… Such warmth, authenticity, professionalism, humility, and the ENERGY! The VIBE! Every minute is just so positive! I’m stiff. And clutzy. And I’ve never taken a single Pilates class. No problem! Every instructor I’ve/we’ve had a class with or taken a lesson from (Meredith , Cathryn, Pam, Ash) is amazing. There is absolutely NO judgement, either from the instructor or from fellow class members. Not once have I felt I was holding anyone back. Corrections are made discreetly and the focus on form is priority one. I honestly never for a minute thought that I could enjoy exercising so much that I have to work to limit the classes I’m signing up for… Four or five days a week? I’m obsessed. Now if only I could reclaim those three years…

Springboard Pilates is a major component of my injury recovery. The teachers are well trained, knowledgeable and enjoyable. I am now stronger, more flexible and have greater mobility. My physical confidence has grown dramatically. Thank you Springboard Pilates!

As an instructor myself I always go into other studios with a combination of excitement and hesitation… will it be like the studios I teach at, will it be too easy (or hard), how will I be received etc.I must say that Springboard met and exceeded many of my expectations. I went in for an early morning class and was pleased to find out that I was the only person signed up – this meant I got a little extra attention for my first class and would be able to really get a feel for the studio. I went in with an open mind – excited for a good workout and to feel like a student again. Well…I certainly did! The instructor, Ashley, took the time to evaluate my body type, posture & alignment and spoke with me about goals and suggested things that could be worked on to improve posture & alignment. Huge appreciation for that and slight discouragement seeing the impact of 12-14 hour workdays at a computer. Nonetheless – she had remedies and tips during the workout of how we were going to fix these misalignments. The workout itself was smooth, flowed well, and challenged me in ways that I am not able to challenge myself which is in having better form, better breathing and better postures. As an instructor it’s tough to give yourself that guidance and often you find yourself slipping into bad habits and squeezing workouts in in between clients instead of taking the time to go back to the basics.Plus, the studio space is beautiful with brick exposed walls, hard wood floors, warm & cozy lighting and inviting decor. It feels like someones living room and a great place to spend a chilly morning.Classes here would be great for those who are new to Pilates as well as for the more experienced clients really looking for some excellent instruction. I know I certainly felt like a student again – and I loved it.Can’t wait to go back!

Springboard Pilates has some of the most knowledgable instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of practicing with in my 10+ years of experience. They helped me keep moving without surgery after some rather pesky spinal diagnoses. I think they are top-notch-bees-knees-amazing, AND they’re fun!!!!

I just had a baby in late August and when a friend told me that a space was opening in Cape Elizabeth focused on overall women’s wellness with an emphasis on motherhood, I was so excited! Ritual Art of Wellness offers lots of yoga classes (prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, and yoga with babies and kids), reiki, women’s health physical therapy, counseling for individuals and couples, childbirth education, massage, and more!So far, I’ve attended a Tea + Tummytime class with Jackie (Tuesdays @ 11am) and the Feeding Circle with Brooke (Thursdays at 9:30am). Both are FREE community classes, you just sign up beforehand on their website. I plan on checking out the baby yoga classes as well. Both classes I attended were great – it’s a very open and welcoming environment and a great place to meet other moms in the area. I’m so excited to be a part of this community and watch it grow!

Love coming to PT/OT here!Disclaimer: I’m generally a Maine Medical Center “person” but one area that MMC seems to lack enough coverage is outpatient physical therapy (who they do have is great!) And MMC doesn’t have an outpatient OT! I specifically come here to this location for their aweaome OT (and sometimes PT, depending on need). I’ve been VERY happy here over the years; it’s clean, quiet, prompt and I feel valued here!

I am in the aquatic physical therapy section. I can’t speak highly enough for the professionalism and the friendliness of the aquatic staff. They are gentle, kind, yet hold you to do your best. I have seen amazing progress.
