Sirry is the Best of the Best. She is a phenomenal teacher. I have taken a few classes with Sirry and also had the privilege in participating in her group meditation and mediumship practice. WOW!!The power of her presence as a teacher and mentor expands your consciousness and truly brings you to another level. As a teacher, Sirry is dedicated, kind, generous, tuned in! and so knowledgeable. She brings out the very best in you and her classes are fun and fascinating. I felt my own abilities opening and growing stronger just being in her class and it felt so natural. That’s what it’s like to be in the presence of a true medium and a true teacher. You will be inspired and filled with love working with Sirry !Sirry is a gifted and natural born medium. I feel so lucky to have found her in the Boston area. I always feel like I am in the presence of someone from a different realm when I am in Sirry’s class. I have taken a few mediumship classes in my life with famous mediums but nothing compares to the way Sirry imparts her wisdom and guides you. She IS a rare Gem and the real deal. I highly recommend Sirry’s services.

The session I had yesterday was fantastic. She was so open to what they were saying and showing her and many things were spot on. Highly recommended

I would give Sirry ten stars if I could! She is absolutely amazing!! I had an awesome reading with her yesterday and she was right on point with specific and detailed information from my loved ones that had passed. She is warm and caring and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the session. Yesterday’s reading was very healing for me. She is the best of the best!!I’m grateful for her beautiful gift of mediumship and how it has touched my life. It’s always a treat to have a session with Sirry?

Second reading with Sirry as she was so spot-on the first time. Great way to celebrate my loved one’s birthday–so good to know he’s with me with information provided that nobody else knows. A healing experience. I have tried multiple mediums, and I have found the person my loved one obviously likes the best!

I see the world and life differently now. I can’t believe the effect of Sirry sharing her energy, that guides her to read me; has had on me today. My brain is wired different today. Sirry spoke to me from a different plane, that I now know REALLY exists. She spoke of personal family matters, that were impossible for her to know. She advised me on personal issues that I needed to hear, and that I knew were issues, that were in my way.Her communication with my mother was other worldly and shocking.I am still astounded and honored to have learned of that unfamiliar spiritual realm that she visits. I had never imagined the communication with spirit to be as real, as I did today. During and after my meeting with her; I was astonished that a human can possess such powerful energy. It’s been a short time since we last spoke, and her words are resonating precisely, with my current reality. It’s not a coincidence. I am changed today, and I feel as if I am at peace, almost as if I saw the light too. But I’m alive and grateful . Thank you Sirry.

Very special experience with sirry. She is definitely grifted and takes so much time to carefully interpret what she’s being shown/hearing for you from you passed loved ones.
Serwah B. rated 5 stars on 2/16/2023
Most people read the reviews of Mediums to verify their authenticity. After two sessions with Sirry, (spread out over several years) I can confirm that her gift is authentic. Most importantly, she uses it with integrity. I’m sensitive to people’s energy (vibe), and when I spoke with Sirry, I felt as though I entered a sacred space. She’s connected to the light, and I recommend her services.
Annette J. rated 5 stars on 6/24/2022
Highly recommend! Sirry is so kind and gifted as a medium as well as intuitive life coach. My fiancé and I both felt more at peace after our time with Sirry. We plan on booking another session in the near future.
Lucille F. rated 5 stars on 11/2/2022
I’ve had readings with Sirry before, she is very insightful, perceptive, and very compassionate. I’ve been going through a very difficult situation regarding the suspicious death of a family member, Sirry’s readings have helped me shed light on the situation and continue pursuing and perservering.
John G. rated 5 stars on 6/15/2021
I’ll preface this by saying that I am not skeptical or mediums and the after life. But I am skeptical of potential scams. As you can see by the 5 star review, Sirry was no scam. I booked a session for my mom as a Mother’s Day present. I know she has been into mediums in the past, and also recently needed the guidance to get over some things in the past. Sirry was able to record the session and it has been great to look back on even 24 hours later. The clarity the my mother and I got from our session was incredible and totally eye opening. I’ll even say life changing. The peace of mind, and closure my mother was able to receive was a burden off her chest and soul she won’t have to carry anymore. The questions I had, that I didn’t even physically ask Sirry were answered and confirmed. I would 100% recommend Sirry to anyone looking for a medium that knows what they are doing.

I have been seeing Stacey Patten at the Long Pond office for about a month now to rehab my left knee. She’s been fantastic. She’s provided a continuously adjusted series of stretches and exercises for me to do to strengthen the muscles and loosen tightness around that knee. She also checks the progress every visit and provides some manipulation of the area that really is helping. The office is well run by Debbie up front. Appointments are easy to make. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with this service and highly recommend them.

I absolutely adore Kim and my PowerhousePilates experience with her. Both my friend and I have been going to her duet Reformer classes for a number of months now and I can feel the difference in my core strength and balance. Even my posture has improved. I’m in my late 60s and have some physical restrictions due to arthritis, and Kim knows exactly how to work with me to adapt certain exercises and still benefit from the experience. She is kind, caring, and has an incredible depth of knowledge about Pilates and the purpose and value of each exercise. She is an amazing teacher and I look forward to my session every week. Kim is a highly qualified instructor and can work with students at any level of Pilates training, from complete newby (like I was) up to up to highly advanced Pilates students and even other teachers. I’m so glad I found Kim and Powerhouse Pilates

This place changed my life. Literally. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and have found myself experiencing more pain filled days than not in the past. I wasn’t sure Pelvic Floor Therapy was right for me, until I learned how many parts of my body are truly affected by Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. There were moments of frustration and doubt, but Ashley was there for me through it all. She is kind, empathetic, and ingenuous. I felt comfortable with her from the first day and that trust allowed me to let go of any hesitations I had. After 6 months of treatment, I graduated! I have control over my body again, and feel empowered to do more. It wouldn’t have been possible without this team. I miss you, ladies!

Love Long Pond PT-the staff are friendly and caring- they concentrate on the physical issues you are there to have corrected. The equipment is state of the art, always clean, always a great atmosphere, and I hate going to PT.But these two men changed my life and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone with an injury that needs to improve their physical health. My back is totally healed after a year with them. I adore this place.
Joseph S. rated 5 stars on 3/24/2021
Clean, proficient, and easy. Well the PT isn’t so easy! But what is one to expect from knee replacement surgery. Just two weeks in outpatient PT (6 weeks from surgery) and my progress, is measurable. The three Therapists on duty, work together in a cohesive fashion, and are very consistent with each other’s style and anticipate each other’s next step, with each patient . You’re never without direction or assistance and assurance throughout the therapy session . Other patients are friendly and talkative, it’s a nice break from the over crowded PT, I’ve gone through before. Andy and Brian are excellent guys and I would recommend them all day, any day.

I will never recommend them to anyoneNo one that works there looks happy!I walked in fine but left limping….Cancel my appointments for next week!Jeanmarie

Absolutely horrible, …. rough and rude. I think the woman there did more damage. The massage therapist thinks she’s a doctor giving out very bad advice. Disturbing mindset. The manipulation of the injury was in direct conflict of the surgeon’s recommendation. Went in recovering, left limping.

I found out about Ashleigh from my hairdresser. They grew up together! Because I am pretty much obsessed with my stylist, she reccommmeded Ashleigh to me for any and all of my relaxation and pampering needs! I must say I have never had a formal massage before. Of course the occasional chair shoulders and upper back airport/nail salon massage – but I was never really keen on someone’s hands kneading on my sore spots – not to mention I am pretty ticklish! I decided to book with Ashleigh and it has been such a bright and positive addition to my life!I work in the operating room as a nurse anesthetist, and my lower forearms are very sore from the tasks I perform every day. Ashleigh spent extra time listening to where I feel like I carry the most ‘stress’ on my body and gave each some extra TLC. First – Ashleigh is just this calm, zen princess. She’s decorated and created a space that makes you feel like you can take a deep cleansing breath! She’s such a delight and just adorable. I was immediately comfortable heading in for my first treatment. I was completely zoned out for my hour therapeutic massage. Nothing too intense, but my entire body felt completely refreshed. She includes some Reiki during the treatment which I used to think was totally voodoo – but for some reason it does something that helps me to channel some really positive energy. It’s pretty amazing. Ashleigh is, by trade, a healer. I feel wonderful seeing her and wonderful leaving my apppointments. First timers – you won’t want to go to anyone else. Trust me – she’s a gem and has a wonderful small, boutique business that would make anyone feel special and spoiled. Ashleigh is THE BEST!
Maureen B. rated 5 stars on 8/5/2021
I found Ashleigh when I was pregnant and in need of a massage. I was immediately calmed by Ashleigh’s peaceful demeanor, and she really took the time to just talk to me and listen to my needs before we started. As a very pregnant mama at the time, words cannot describe how amazing I felt in “the nest” of pillows on the table. I had never really had a personalized/good massage experience like this before, and I knew I would need to go back once I had my baby.Fast forward two years, and I have been seeing Ashleigh pretty much every month. I have felt very safe going to her once massage therapies opened back up, and she is very conscientious of following all protocol. We worked together to find the right balance of time that I felt like my body needed for a massage, and the combination of reiki is something so unique that you won’t find many other places. I have never consistently gotten massages, because I have never found that “right” practitioner who truly cares about me, as well as delivering a top quality service.I whole-heartedly recommend Ashleigh!

I had a great prenatal massage done by Ashleigh. The space is clean, relaxing and inviting. I was completely relaxed during my massage and walked out feeling much better than when I walked in. I also really loved that she incorporated reiki during our session. Getting a massage from Ashleigh is a must for expecting moms!
Kaitlyn N. rated 5 stars on 4/29/2021
Getting prenatal massages at Massage Loft was a highlight of my pregnancy and I really looked forward to the monthly sessions I booked. It was always clear that Ashleigh understood and cared for the mothers she treats. The “nest” that is created with pillows to support the body are so cozy and helped inform me onw how to keep myself comfortable and supported at home. Ashleigh is excellent at what she does and I always felt so calm and refreshed afterwards. I also had a postpartum massage with Ashleigh which was also wonderful, especially being in recovery from childbirth. I look forward to switching to therapeutic massages, but will certainly continue to go to Massage Loft during my next pregnancy!
Stephanie K. rated 5 stars on 9/16/2016
This was my first professional massage! When I got to Ashleigh’s studio I told her my concerns and which muscles had been bothering me. She knew exactly what to do and worked in a gentle, yet very effective way. I left so relaxed and all my muscle tightness disappeared. Her space is cozy and relaxing!
J. H. rated 5 stars on 11/23/2016
Ashleigh is just AMAZING! I went in for a prenatal massage and she couldn’t have made me more comfortable. From lying elevated on my back, and both of my sides, her technique relaxed me instantly and relieved the pressure in my neck and back. Aside from being one of the best massages I’ve ever had, it’s easy to tell that Ashleigh does lots of research on the best products, as well as keeps up with her expert certifications and training. Highly suggested!

Hope Floats is a bereavement and educational center for individuals and families who are grieving or facing other life challenges. We offer a variety of self-help classes for participants to discover and practice ways to support their healing and well-being. History: In 2008 my wife, Denise Brack, seized her vision to create Hope Floats, born in part from the loss of our son, Michael. We created a non-profit foundation and educational center in a restorative, retreat setting where people can deal with their life struggles and improve their wellness. Having learned how such a loss can be devastating and isolating, we wanted to offer support and resources for others going through similar crises. Jason is amazing. My husband has been using him for over a year now, and I decided to see him recently. We both have horrible muscle tension and strain due to our occupation, and Jason will work his magic to melt it all away. I love that he takes the time to listen, and really works on the problem areas. He makes the medical and physical connection that is the source of the pain. If you want a Swedish foo-foo massage, this isn’t it… it’s strong technical hands and arms treating extremely tight and strained muscle groups! Deep deep deep tissue massage! Highly recommended!!!

A wonderful, relaxing and healing massage. Deep (as you want it) tissue release and soft, meditative environment. I highly recommend for stress relief, aching muscles, or just plain “you owe it to yourself” relaxation. Tell Amy Conni sent you!

About Blue Hills Sports & Spine Rehabilitation
Our team of expert physical therapists uses a modern, active approach that is designed to address the cause of your pain and not just the symptoms. Instead of quick fixes, we focus on long-term solutions. Instead of telling you to throttle back, we encourage you to keep moving. From your first comprehensive evaluation to your last visit, our goal is to motivate you, educate you, and make sure pain never gets in your way again. That’s true rehabilitation!
History: Blue Hills Sports & Spine was started to fill a void in the delivery of physical therapy. With too many “high volume” and “shake and bake” physical therapy offices popping up everywhere, quality of care really went down. In an effort to get physical therapy back to basics, 1:1 care, patient focused and outcome focused, Blue Hills Sports & Spine was established.

This is my second experience with Blue Hills. John and his team are excellent and helping me recover from my shoulder surgeries. I marvel at just how competent John, Flo and Sabrina are at working with patients of all ages (77 years) and disabilities.

I was extremely pleased with the services I received at Blue Hills Rehab. I had injured my neck and with the assistance of the personnel at Blue Hills my neck pain and range of motion has improved significantly. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs this type of medical assistance.

I went to Blue Hills for physical therapy after having gone to several other therapy clinics. The results they get are the best and the staff does everything they can to make your experience fun and enjoyable.
