I sent my daughter to see Marcel after she had recently lost a friend. What he did for her was amazing and I cannot recommend him enough! Prior to Marcel, she had never seen a medium or any intuitive for that matter and he definitely does what he was put here to do-help people. I cannot fully speak to her experience, but I had a strange one that had to be because of him-and I wasn’t even there with them-I had dropped her off. After I dropped her off I went to the gas station to pick up a drink (probably 10-15 minutes after I dropped her off) and my phone rings. I had no idea who it was at that point so I did not answer. I shoved the phone back in my purse. Then it rings again as I exit the store. I look at the phone more thoroughly and notice the call is coming from a previous medium I had contacted for my daughter. She had never responded so I found Marcel. As I open the car door, the phone rings again. Finally I decide to call back to let her know I was no longer in need of services. When I do, someone picks up. I can hear female voices talking with each other in the distance. Then a child’s voice comes through. They start talking, babbling something in a language only another baby can understand. Okay, so a baby had gotten ahold of the phone. It’s a common thing, no big deal. I talk playfully with the baby for a minute or two and then hang up. Immediately the phone rings again-I’m hoping its the medium. Nope. Its the baby, they have more to say. I allow them to babble, I playfully speak back and then hang up. They call again-I dont pick up this time. I have a new voice message. They call again-I do not pick up-voice message. About 20 back to back phone calls later, and 4 voicemails, I ended up having to block the number just to make it stop. At first I assumed it was just a freaky accident. Then an hour later my daughter called me to come pick her up from Marcels. She gets in the car and I ask her how did it go. I could tell she had been crying.Staring out the front window she responded in a soft, drawn out way,”Good.” Then she turned to me, “He asked if you had lost a child a long time ago?”It was one of the first things he’d asked her.She knew I had, so responded accordingly. Apparently the baby had shown up in their session and Marcel said they were doing “baby things.” He didn’t go further with that because it was my daughters session and that’s not what she was there for. This little piece of information blew me away and, suddenly, the reason for the persistent calls I had received earlier became clear. It was simply the baby that I had loved, even before birth, reaching out to me. I teared up as I retold the experience of the strange calls to her and to this day, still have the eerie voice messages stored on my laptop and phone.Thank you Marcel for whatever it was that you, probably inadvertently, did that day.

Marcel was amazing. He brought to light things that only I knew or my loved ones knew of. Many things he knew of were things I only knew myself and no one else. I will be visiting again and def recommend if you need clarity in your life. Hands down best medium ever!

He was exceptional. He was patient, kind, pushed back when I needed it. Genuine. Gracious. It was a fulfilling process, I left with much to contemplate.

My adult son and I went to see Marcel. To say it was an amazing experience is an understatement. I went in cautious but open to the experience. Marcel spent the first bit explaining what to expect and I appreciated this info because it set the tone for the session. During the session, I was careful not reveal anything about myself or family and he didn’t ask unless it related to the topic at hand. The things he brought up couldn’t have been lucky guesses or by watching us. There were details that only we knew. I left with a sense of heeling and that I could begin to look forward and stop reliving the past. I plan to go again and have already recommended him to other family.

Our session with Marcel was amazing, words won’t even do justice. My mother and I recently lost someone we love so it felt great to know that your loved ones are really with you every step of the way even though they may not be here physically. I truly appreciate this experience and recommend Marcel. His upbeat, honest and patient personality made it such a relaxing experience. As a first timer, it’s important to be around someone who focuses on your healing process after losing a loved one. I went into the session feeling so sad and broken but I came out the session and my soul felt recharged. I’m truly grateful for you, Marcel. I will be back, Thank you again!

I was on the fence but went in with an open mind. This was an experience I would recommend for anyone having a hard time with loss. I lost my first husband to cancer and my second husband 2 years later to cardiac arrest. I am finally starting the grieving process thanks to meeting with Marcel. I will definitely return periodically. It has helped me not only finally start the grieving process it has helped me in my spiritual, emotional and mental journey into finding myself. Thank you Marcel.

Being my first time seeking out a medium, I was half expecting to have to settle for a few “fakes” in my journey. As it happens I hit gold on my first try! My reading with Marcel could not have been more spot on. It was helpful, insightful, hard hitting (in the best sense) and left zero doubt that he was communicating with my loved ones. There are things he knew that no one knows. Truly breath taking. Down to him ending the session saying something my Dad was well known for saying!! He is patient, has a way of reading that makes you feel extremely comfortable, relaxed and informed as to his process. I would recommend Marcel to you without question. Look no further. I will be back! Thank you!

Phenomenal. He is absolutely phenomenal and my life has been changed. I went in with an open mind and really just hoped to hear from my loved ones- I cannot believe he connected with them all. The confirmations I needed. I left feeling so close to my loved ones and safe and comforted. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience all around. Dr. Ali is very knowledgeable and professional while simultaneously friendly and warm. I never felt like our session was rushed and she took the time to talk explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what the root causes of my pain were. The facility was extremely clean and tidy. Parking and overall accessibility is good.Of course the true merit of a great doctor is how effective they are at treating their patient. I arrived in pain and with limited range of motion and left half an hour later with upwards of 75% improvement, and it did not regress later that day/week.

I want to thank Dr. Ali for being a great physical therapist, a great chiropractor, and an amazing doctor and person all around. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows — I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I’m sure that didn’t make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor — it’s not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body’s needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better — decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area — whether it’s chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.

Dr. Tab is such a blessing! I have been seeing her for almost two and a half years. I started seeing her in early 2017 when I started focusing on training for my first Ironman 140.6 race. The adjustments and ART kept me healthy throughout intense training and set me up well for the race. I see her about once a month (we modify the frequency depending on training intensity and volume) and my body is so very thankful. Just recently I had injured my right trapezius and after seeing her for some ART it was like night and day when I woke the next morning. I was back to normal! In addition to all of the experience and knowledge she brings to her patients, she is also very kind and has the best bedside manner. She is a great person with a lively spirit and a genuine desire to help her patients!

I hate to write a bad review for Dr. Ali bc she is nice. I came to her for just a regular adjustment. I’ve been here twice and she could not adjust me fully. I even came back a second time to give her another shot. . Both times she was only able to adjust my neck and middle spine. I’ve never had any issues with other Chiropractors adjusting me. I won’t be coming back.

Dr. Ali was really friendly and adjusted my back perfectly. I went from a level ten pain, to a three in one visit.

Dr. Ali is great! After suffering with lower back pain for over a month, I was feeling more like myself after 1 visit. I am a full time athlete and see her every 3 weeks for maintenance. She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. She does ART (Active Release Technique), which means she digs into trigger points to help release adhesions in the muscles. It is painful, but totally worth it!
Jeff L. rated 5 stars on 9/9/2015
Long overdue review. First day I went had severe lower left back pain from training jiujitsu. Dr. Ali diagnosed me thoroughly had me perform a bunch of Movements to make sure her pre diagnose was accurate. She went into details on what was going on. Showed me diagrams pictures books and a crash course in anatomy. She had a plan we stuck by it. Sure enough by the 7th session I was literally 100%. Actually after the first treatment I was good to train again. Folks, the key is really trusting her and sticking to the treatments and the work outs she gives to you. I cannot emphasize enough in really giving it the full treatment plan she recommends. Nothing gets better after a few treatments. Stick to her plan and trust her, she really does care about her patients!

An Amazing Relaxing ExperienceI went to get a massage at Lone Star Sport & Spine on Saturday (Jan. 21) and it was a great experience. Nazareth was incredibly attentive and effective at knocking out those kinks! She was very relaxing and soothing in her approach and checked in repeatedly to make sure I was getting the desired amount of pressure. The office was serene and spotless. I highly recommend!

After 5 years of constant shoulder pain and lack of mobility, I finally decided to seek alternative help when my orthopedic surgeon was no longer able to provide pain relief that was acceptable to me. During those 5 years, I had many, many x-rays and MRIs, all of them came back showing just a little bit of arthritis, but nothing to take into account the constant nagging pain, scapular dyskinesis, and shoulder clicking I was having. I had lots of physical therapy throughout this time period as well, and it only felt like it made everything worse. So when my orthopedic surgeon said the only thing he could do for me was to provide cortisone injections, I knew it was time to seek help somewhere else. That’s when I found Dr. Ali. I am amazed at how quickly the constant nagging pain left and mobility returned. After the 1st session, I was able to workout with my trainer and move my arm and shoulder in ways that I haven’t been able to for a long time. After only 3 sessions with Dr. Ali, I was able to do a complete arm circle (something I hadn’t been able to do in years) with no pain and no shoulder clicking. I’m so glad that I found Dr. Ali and didn’t resign myself to a life of cortisone injections. I’m looking forward to getting back into the fitness routines I fell out of because of the shoulder pain I was having, and I owe it all to Dr. Ali

Just walking through the door of this place immediately makes me feel more in touch with my spiritual side. I think this association is due to the fact that I come here almost exclusively to attend their psychic fairs, classes and sessions (as opposed to only shopping). Here you can get a tarot card reading, communicate with loved ones on the other side, find out who you were in a past life and meet your spirit guides, just to name a few of the opportunities for spiritual exploration that they offer. Some of my experiences have been so enlightening and impactful that I would describe them as life changing. As far as the store itself and the merchandise they sell, to me it’s more like the gift shop attached to an attraction. Like most gift shops, it’s enjoyable to browse, but the goods can be a little expensive. However, these days with the pervasiveness of online shopping, it’s the price you pay for the ability to see/touch/smell items before you buy them.

This is a nice little store with a lot of things to look at. There is a little of everything…tarot, incense, crystals, keychains, classes, psychic readings… I felt like the prices were a bit high for the things I was interested in, and they were a bit pushy trying to sell stuff/readings. I would visit again if there were something specific that I needed, but I probably won’t go back just to shop.

The energy of this place was EXACTLY what my best friend and I needed. As two young moms with very little time away to have a little “us” time. It was so refreshing to come to a metaphysical shop and not only feel welcomed but have employees that were so helpful and kind. We happened to of popped in at a time they were having their psychic fair and we were able to get a reading. Such a great experience and we will def be back! Both for all our spiritual materials and for the readings/services they offer. Thank you for having such awesome staff!

**Update: great customer service, received a refund for two separate purchases with no issues.Purchased green and yellow obsidian crystals. After my purchase, I searched for more information on them and found very similar pictures of the crystals on a blog titled invoguejewelry regarding obsidian crystals being man made glass and advertised as otherwise. I reported back to the shop with my concerns and was informed that the crystals are derived from volcanic glass and still have metaphysical properties. Hard to believe since the crystals strongly resemble man made glass.

A few years ago, I had the misfortune to require physical therapy after shoulder surgery. But I had the good fortune to discover Premier Rehab Physical Therapy at Castle Hills in The Colony. There are many things that set Premier apart from other PT clinics. The first is expertise. My therapist Lori Day was phenomenal in setting up a program to get me through my therapy. She seemed to know exactly which muscles to stretch, what exercises to do, and when to make adjustments to the routine to take it to the next level. The clinic is also expertly managed. They do not overbook, and there is always a therapist with you (no, “Go over in the corner, do these exercises, and then come back,” as I have experienced at other clinics). Everyone is friendly, and they get to know you. I truly feel welcomed whenever I arrived for appointments. As a bonus, the clinic is sunny and bright, which cannot be taken for granted and truly aids in the recovery process.Since my initial visits, I have returned twice., Once for balance and once for limited motion in my other shoulder. The experience has been continually positive and consistent. Lori and her staff have my complete trust (and I am not the easiest guy to please, just ask my wife). There is definitely a comfort in knowing that if and when I have a need for PT, I know exactly where to go.Anybody can name their business “Premier”, but few companies actually deserve to describe themselves as such. Premier Rehab Physical Therapy has earned that distinction. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Lori is exceptionally patient and witty. She has helped me go from incapable of doing any daily activities without pain and muscle weakness to only irritation after activity. She thought on her feet and asked that I try some hamstring stimulating exercises after my runs and voila! All good. My stability and strength have been key targets, which have improved alongside Lori and her staff. I absolutely would recommend premier rehab with their constant smiles, the rad indoor underwater treadmill, and the other equipment. Check it out!

Kameron and Lori are great! I had ankle surgery recovery and went to PT for about 2-3 months. They taught me various exercises that I can do at home and I also had hydrotherapy to try to learn how to run again. The facilities are also SUPER clean and COVID friendly – always making sure that people are 6 feet apart and wiping down surfaces.

I have been going here for about 2 months and love it. Lori and the crew are so nice and welcoming! Pool- one of the highlights of this place is the aqua room. The therapist will take you through a full session in the pool. It was s great way to improve my range of movement with out impact on my already hurt joints. This includes jets to add resistance and a treadmill underwater. Quick Land- outside of the pool, the whole team helps in guiding you through each workout. My workout had never been the same twice and continues to adjust as I need it. This place feels like family. They do a great job of pulling you into it.

My spine and pain specialist referred me to have Hydrotherapy/PT so I was looking for a facility near my home and found this one. I am 100% satisfied with this PT office and staff. They are Knowledeable, caring, and friendly. They even go above and beyond by helping with some Lymphedema requiring massage to help relieve my pain and symptoms from that, as well as my lower back and neck pain. 100% recommend for everyone who needs PT and/or Water therapy

When I found Premier Rehab Castle Hills I had been having numbness and pain on the right side of my body for a month. I couldn’t stand or sit for long periods of time without having unbearable numbness and pain. I could hardly feel anything on my right leg. One night I was in tears because the pain was so bad. After my doctor found I had an inflamed nerve in my back, he ordered me to do 12 sessions of physical therapy. I knew as soon as I met Lori Day that I was in great hands. After my first week I was going days without pain. Lori gave me a bunch of stretches and exercises that I can do at home for as long as I need. She’s so patient, and caring, and fun to be around. Everyone on staff is amazing. I hope you get to meet Lacey, Lewis, and Tim. They’re so kind and genuinely friendly. Everyone is so easy to talk to. Kelly (the owner) is so thorough and helpful. She really helped me focus on what parts of my body I was supposed to be using to help alleviate my pain. Mitch from the North Richland Hills location was helping out and he’s so kind and encouraging. This facility is amazing and I’m kind of sad I won’t see them three times a week anymore as I have finished my physical therapy. Highly recommend this place!!

I was referred there by my Primary Care Provider, Milo conducted a thorough physical examination he was very respectful, professional, and detailed. Milo was able to guide me to do my at-home exercises in a way to maximize my recovery from a previous stroke – my balance and how I walk have gotten a lot better. I love that their staff helps each other during my visits. On the day of my last visit there, Milo assures me that in the future I can just call Maggie at the front office to schedule an appointmentI highly recommend this place for anyone in need of having a Physical Therapist in mind. …KUDOS FOLKS!

Mary Ellen is the best. I came in with recurring back pain, and a complete lack of flexibility. Mary Ellen took amazing care of me. She is professional, knowledgeable, and gets great results. As an added bonus she is just a wonderful person with a warm and friendly disposition, great sense of humor, and good heart. Prior to Mary Ellen I was treated by a highly regarded PT clinic at a major hospital here in Dallas. The progress and improvement I made under Mary Ellen was night and day compared to the other clinic. I am so glad I found her.Trust the reviews – Mary Ellen gets results.

My PT, DPT was Milo who is an outstanding therapist. Had a knee replacement so I needed therapy. He was recommended by a friend who went there for shoulder therapy so I stepped up. Would highly recommend Milo at NTPT.
Krista N. rated 3 stars on 12/9/2020
My experience here was all over the place but ultimately disappointing. I was referred for back pain and until that point I never really used the 10 point pain scale, so I didn’t give my pain the proper number. I rated 2s and 3s when I suppose I should have been rating around 6s. At any rate, after my first few appointments I was pain free and it was wonderful – but then the exercises changed and I was in pain again. I didn’t feel heard that I was in pain again. Apparently my insurance then decided they would not continue paying and I did not know this until showing up for an appointment and being told I was no longer covered. I felt unheard and dismissed. Months after my last appointment here, I received a serious health diagnosis. If I was heard or if I knew how to better advocate for myself, I can’t help but to wonder if my diagnosis would have been caught earlier. I am not trying to place blame on anyone, as PTs are limited in what they are allowed to do. That doesn’t change the fact I left still in pain and feeling dismissed. The facility was nice, PTs personable, and assistants / students knowledgeable. Since my health diagnosis I have been receiving PT as needed at a different establishment and could not be happier.

I’ve been here twice in the last 18 months or so. 1st for a herniated disc in my neck and more recently with a lower back issue. Mary Ellen and her team have been MIRACLE workers in getting me back to normal activities in a relatively short period of time. And they send you away with a program to keep you on the right track and taking care of yourself. They are friendly and professional and will get you on the right track for rehab. If you need physical therapy or rehab, I HIGHLY recommend NTPT.

Mary Ellen is the best physical therapist in North Texas. She is knowledgeable, skilled and fully qualified by her years of experience. Mostly she is a sweetheart, very kind, gentle and helpful. She is artful and makes the situation one of learning, consideration and fear reduction. She is a healer. The facility is modern, clean and well supplied. Every employee gives you a sense of comfort and consideration. I have gone back twice over four years and had exactly the same experiences. This is a great place to go if you need expert p.t.

Compassionate. Friendly. Competent. Efficient.Mary-Ellen and her staff are the best at what they do. I walked with a lot of pain in my shoulder and restricted arm movement. Both were impacting my quality of life. Mary-Ellen took the time to explain to me what was going on. She recommended posture adjustments I could make to prevent further deterioration. Within a few sessions, there was a noticeable improvement. At the end of the 10 sessions my pain had significantly reduced. I was able to freely move my arms and shoulder. Mary-Ellen gave me instructions on how to continue some of the exercises on my own as well.

REIKI is a tool used by energy workers to connect to a high vibration of energy for healing and renewal. Reiki combines meditational techniques with intention, hand placements, and symbols to help us connect to the energy so we can direct it into our bodies and out through our hands. By increasing the flow of energy through our bodies, we incite and accelerate physical, mental, and spiritual healing for ourselves and all that we direct the energy toward. Healing Is an active and internal process that includes investigating ones attitudes, memories, and beliefs with the desire to release all negative patterns that prevent ones full emotional and spiritual recovery. Reiki is a great way to help with your healing.Lori is awesome. I’ve been going to her now over a few months. All I can say is try it. This is very healing and will open things to you like never before.

After having both hips replaced over the summer, I asked my orthopedist for the best outpatient PT in Frisco. He recommended Frisco PT and they did not disappoint. Rachael got me from two full hip replacements to full participation in aerobics classes in less than six months. Some dry needling with Colby to loosen things up sealed the deal. I heartily recommend Achieve PT in Frisco.

I just graduated from Frisco PT, and I’m so thankful for Kyla, Cozette, and the whole team for helping me get my knees back in shape! From feeling welcomed and expected when I walk in, to the wonderful support from the physical therapists, this place is the best! Finished strong!

I highly recommend FPT to anyone requiring physical therapy to get themselves back on their feet. I had brain surgery but it affected greatly on my strength and balance. It took me long time of physical therapy but I started to feel some semblance of my old self. They are all compassionate, personable, knowledgeable and professional. The five stars are well earned.

Kayla and Cozette were instrumental in getting my ankle in good working shape. They were able to strengthen my hips, knees and ankles so that my tendinitis disappeared and I could move pain free again. Convenient times and personal attention were the key to my success. Learning why I was doing the exercises kept me motivated to work hard. Thanks so much – you made the healing process fun!

I came here after having arthroscopic hip surgery and worked with Colby. This is a great physical therapy practice. My recovery from surgery was quite smooth even though hip arthroscopy is a bit more involved than I realized going into the operating suite! Colby and the rest of the staff did a good job coaching me through slowly increasing the difficulty of exercises so that I became stronger each week without overdoing it. I think there are a lot of subtle decisions that go into physical therapy and they were handled very well. Colby was also very patient and knowledgable every time I had questions. In general the practice has a really nice positive feeling. Everyone who works here is sweet and friendly and seems happy to be at work. There’s a lot of friendly inclusive conversation and music to keep things interesting but not distracting. I particularly liked that there were always more physical therapists on the floor than assistants so expert advice was always close at hand (the assistant was also quite excellent in her own right). You can tell that Colby and the rest of the staff genuinely care about their patient’s recovery and well-being. Overall, I can’t think of anything that would have improved my experience and I would definitely return to this practice if I ever needed physical therapy again.

Had a total shoulder replacement on May 01,2018.Started PT here 6 weeks later.Had worked out prior to surgery so I could rebound quicker.Colby got the insurance to get me in 3 times a week. He and Rochelle, and the amazing staff there worked me back in no time and I graduated in 4 months with full range of motion AND pain free. They are my Lifesavers. They actually care about your progress and rehabilitation, with respect. My wife also went there for a foot injury and they helped her instead of the previous place just gave her something to do with no care or regard. The best, 110% all the way.You owe it to yourself, to recover correctly.Doug Edwards

Just finished several weeks of shoulder rehab from rotator cuff surgery. I had my surgery for a full tear early December of 2017, I started therapy shortly thereafter on range of motion to most recently strengthening. It’s a long process but I saw improvements consistently along the way. Colby and his staff are wonderful, encouraging, and the clinic has a very positive vibe.

I first came to Frisco PT in 2014 after extensive shoulder surgery. I was there 3 times a week for about 3 months. At one time or another, I saw all of the therapists and the whole staff is exceptional! Being in the medical field myself, I really appreciate their concern and dedication for rehab. I am now having some minor problems with the other shoulder. I would return here for any physical therapy needs in the future. Great work!

I really enjoy coming here for my shoulder therapy. The staff is super friendly and the environment is really comfortable. I’ve made some great progress with Stephanie and I feel like she really does give a shit. LolThe only thing that pissed me off is that before I started coming here I provided my insurance information see how much my therapy would be costing me. They told me that my insurance went through and I would pay $30 per visit. Excellent. So I started going for the next 2 months. Then I got a call from the receptionist saying that there was a mix up with my insurance number and that I actually have to pay a deductible of $90 per visit. And that I would be receiving a bill for the difference for the past 2 months! This has caused quite a problem for me and has substantially delayed my recovery.I’m not sure whose fault it is, it just really sucks.

Came here to rehab my foot after surgery and I must say I had a great experience. When I first started i could barely move my ankle and had very limited mobility in my foot plus constant pain. My therapist, Carolyn was amazing and I’m very impressed with how much progress I’ve made! Today I’m pretty much back to normal and the constant pain is gone. The PT assistants are also friendly and helpful and even though therapy isn’t always easy they make it a very pleasant experience. The help I’ve received here has made all the difference! Would recommend to anyone in need!

This place and the staff are amazing. I’ve been going here for two years now and I will follow them if they ever move. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to your needs. I had a lot of issues with my insurance after a major knee surgery and it left me really struggling to afford recovery, which I suffered from physically. They provided me a lot of activities to do at home and were not dismissive at all when I mentioned increased levels of pain. After my first surgery, I tried to take it easy in a cycle class but it ended up leaving me in a tremendous amount of pain. So much to the point I started crying trying to do very little weight. They immediately adjusted the entire session and checked on me the entire time to make sure that each activity was not too strenuous. I’ve never once felt dismissed by the staff and have always been encouraged on days I’ve really struggled. All around a very supportive environment with a very professional attitude.

As an RN , I have had a lot of previous experience with physical therapists. Rarely do you come across this high of a level of care.Everyone at this location epitomized the term professional. I strongly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to seek treatment here!

I came to Vista because of surgery after a torn labrum in my shoulder. Michael Massenburg was a true professional and an expert at his trade. I knew what to expect after meeting with him and every day I spent in the facility was welcoming while being pushed to progress. He answered all questions I had related to my injury and understood what I wanted to get back to. His assistant Shelby was great at helping me progress through different exercises while making sure I was never in too much pain. The motivation and work ethic she showed gave me no reason to make excuses. I can honestly say I felt like family while here and it was tough saying bye when my recovery time was finished. Thank you both for making this such a smooth process. I highly recommend Vista to anyone needing physical therapy and rehab. This place is second to none.

This is your best choice for rehab in DFW. I came to hunter from another PT with serious limitations, a long road of recovery ahead and a negative outlook from the other PT. I knew immediately that things were different when I got here. He does all the work himself and uses no techs. He is personally involved in every session you have. He was not only a great, knowledgeable PT during my rehab but his friendship and enthusiasm for his job made physical therapy a place of building and optimism. I know I am only able to walk normal and live a normal life because of him. I recommend him to everyone i know that needs PT. I am beyond blessed to have limped in here on my first day and now I’m able to walk out normal, thanks to someone I consider a great person and a friend.

Came to see Serge for several months from Oct. ’21 to August ’22. I had shoulder surgery and Serge was recommended to me from my chiropractor. Serge is so much fun to work with. He has great staff and therapists are really good too. I highly recommend if you want a great recovery and have fun. I worked with Jason, Andrew, Maggie, Jeremy and Alex. The facility is clean and well maintained. Also, Serge worked with me financially even though he was out of network. I would definitely come back.

Just finished my physio therapy at CPR. If you have had a TKR, this is the place to go. It is my fifth physio therapy attempt since the surgery, to attain full use and range of motion of the new knee joint. Wish so much that I had gone here right after the surgery instead of agonizing through all the other ‘exercises’ at other establishments. They only gave me a lot of pain and in many cases reduced range of motion due to excess swelling. Ask for Cassy… she’s awesome!!! You’re not left on a bed doing heel slides… she gets in there with her fingers!! I highly recommend this rehab center!

Being the mother of 4 active children, I have come across my fair share of physical therapists. Dr. Serge is by far the best physical therapist I have ever encountered. He truly cares about his patients and you feel like family when you are there. I cannot express properly how grateful I am to him for helping my daughter (with what some said was a career ending injury) continue to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional dancer. His knowledge of the human body always amazes me. I highly recommend Dr. Serge if you are in need of a physical therapist! He is the BEST!!!!
