I was blessed and ultra lucky to have Ash Craig as my group leader for a year-long immersion in counseling. She was a graceful guide on this powerful initiation on my path as priestess, teacher, healer, mother, friend, lover, sister, daughter, niece, granddaughter, steward, ally and ancestor. All of these parts of myself were hungry for witness, counsel and support.Ash’s leadership in our small group was impeccable. She leads with authenticity, vulnerability, truth, trust, patience, and a quality of love unlike any I have experienced. My ideas about love, leadership, healing, and growth began to evolve as I witnessed and grew alongside the group that Ash facilitated with such grace.We all became family, and fast. Ash’s joy and care were palpable, and the power of her love was potent, even as her own life was unraveling. I don’t know where to begin. Since having met Ash throug Lorraine, my life has change 180 degrees for the better. I have done the life activation which was a catalyst for helping me become aware of what really hadn’t been serving me for a long time. I’ve also done my first Max Meditation with Ash and let me tell you max meditation is not like any meditation and really helps you tap and connect with your intuition. Ash is one of the most loving, patient, supportive and understanding people I know. When I come to her about life problems, advice, or just any human daily struggles, I can always come to her without any judgement and just to have someone who is a good listener. When I am around her, I feel nothing but positive emotions. She helped my 8 years old Siberian husky who is also my best friend a life activiation to do some healing and to keep him calm energetically. I believe that animals need healing too as much humans do. Ash, also helped my boyfriend’s father who has cancer to do some energetical work, life activation and healing. My boyfriend father told me that he was really relaxed and helped him, especially since he has anxiety. She brings the love and light in the room.She also supported my dog doggie daycare who needed a heavy cleansing and blessing to their space, which used to be a meat factory as well doing some healing on the owner. Ash is purely amazing and magickal! I was suffering from a terrible headache, and very low energy when I saw Ash for an aura healing. I admit I was quite doubtful it would work or have an impact, boy was I wrong! As soon as she began the tension in my head lessened, by the time she finished I felt light, and radiant! I was a student when I met Ash a couple years ago. She facilitated my group with grace, patience, care, unconditional loving support, connected presence and solid direction. Her intuitive nature and strong connection to source has supported me through a series of healings this year. Going through major life changes and serious trauma – the typical talk therapy I was going to just wasn’t helping me. So I went to Ash as she was back in the Bay sharing her healing work. After each healing with Ash I felt invigorated, clear, relieved, full, stable, grounded, and without the nervous anxious feeling that was taking over my life. I’m grateful to have had her as a teacher, and most recently as a source of healing. I would recommend Ash wholeheartedly, even if you’re unsure about these healing modalities. I had been experiencing back pain for a few months. I went to both my chiropractor and massage therapist a few times to specifically work on this pain and unfortunately it did not go away. I remembered dry needling took care of my neck pain I had many years ago. I searched for a physical therapist in our area that did this and found Pursuit Physical Therapy. I was assigned to Dr. Fabrick. He determined quickly the pain was being caused by my neck. In addition to adjustments, dry needling and cupping he also gave me exercises to do at home. After five weeks, the pain was completely gone. I highly recommend Dr. Fabrick and Pursuit Physical Therapy who want to find the cause and solution to their pain without the use of medication. Ron Miller at Pursuit Physical Therapy worked his magic and addressed my pain complaints. This time it was lower back pain, for which Ron prescribed specific stretching exercises. The combination of doing my home exercise regimen, and two sessions with Ron, addressed my symptoms. I’m still blown away as to how quickly he got me back to normal functioning. I started at Pursuit for hip/back pain that I have had for over 8 months. Jessica was very detailed with her evaluation and explained findings and causes for my pain. It was great that after 2 sessions I could play tennis for 1.5 hours with no pain, something that had not happened for 8 months :)She was great with communication and checking in to make sure the home program was working for me.Would definitely recommend this place for anyone that is not sure where to go.

A 5-Star experience — I received care from Jessica Sparschu at Pursuit Physical Therapy, for 3 bulged discs in lower back which caused sciatica in left buttocks. Over an 8-week program with Jessica, she was able to bring my debilitating daily chronic pain down from a level 5 to 7, to where I was able to be pain-free for almost the entire day, and still getting better from there with the at-home program that Jessica developed for me. I had suffered in constant pain for 2 months prior to finding Pursuit, with half of that time spent at a previous therapist who had misdiagnosed me (with piriformis syndrome) and prescribed the wrong exercises. I was in such pain and so relieved to call one afternoon and talk to the owner Ron Miller who got me in the very next day with Jessica. I knew at the initial meeting with Jessica that I was in good hands, as she took an entire hour to listen to my injury story and conducted a few simple tests to determine that I had a nerve problem emanating from my bulged discs, rather than a strained muscle in my glutes. Her diagnosis was borne out to be true several weeks later when an MRI confirmed the 3 bulged discs. As anyone who is struggling with sciatica knows, it can be debilitating and completely change your daily life, which for me meant difficulty sleeping, putting on clothes and shoes, sitting, and basically doing anything physically that we take for granted when we are healthy. This is where I started with Jessica. From the in-person sessions where I received cupping and dry needling therapies, to Jessica’s progressive exercise program, I began feeling relief within a week. My healing accelerated after about 4 weeks, as the pain subsided to manageable levels that allowed me to move into the strength exercises that I needed to support my back. And in the last 4 weeks of the program, I was seeing improvements and the lessening of pain almost daily. Where I ended up is that I can now resume a normal life, with the ability to move in all aspects with little to no pain. I will continue to implement Jessica’s home exercise regimen on a daily basis to preventatively maintain my strength and flexibility in the middle of my body. The expectation is that I will be entirely pain free within a few more weeks or month, and with the improvements that I am seeing on a daily basis, I have no doubt I will achieve that result. Jessica and the team at Pursuit are true professionals who care about their clients and are available to them by text or phone throughout the program, in addition to the 10 in person sessions that my condition required. I’ve suffered with severe headaches/migraines for over 10 years. I’ve been to 3 different chiropractors and 2 neurologists and an oral surgeon. I’ve been to the ER and had multiple MRIs and CTs. I’ve tried several different diets and supplements. Not to mention all of the different drugs the Drs have tried on me. Some of them with terrible side effects. I’ve been through PT and massage therapy. I’ve even tried spinal decompression and acupuncture. I felt like my life was essentially over. I couldn’t even go on vacation without losing whole days to the headaches and vomiting. There was no rhyme or reason. No real triggers. I would get them at all times of the day and night. I was so depressed. Then I read a book about a new therapy called dry needling. I googled it and happened upon Pursuit Therapy with Dr. Ron. I thank God every single day. Ron has changed my life. Literally. I’m totally off all of the Gabapentin. And I went from taking 2-3 Imitrex a week to only 4 in TEN weeks. The clinic is very clean, and everyone is very professional. And it’s one on one treatment. No switching to different therapist or sharing a therapist with several different patients at the same time. It took about 4 weeks to start breaking the cycle. After that there was steady progress. I can’t believe how great it feels to be normal again. I’m telling you that your health is your life. You owe it to yourself to live life to the fullest and you can’t do that while in pain. Pursuit Therapy can help. I can’t recommend them enough. The difference in my life is incredible.

I went to see Pursuit Physical Therapy for Hip pain. I’ve had pain for about 5 years, just thought it was nerve damage from a surgery. The pain got worse and worse. So after having an MRI done, the doctors said I had a labral tear.I wanted to go to someone who specializes in athletic therapy, because to me this was a sports injury and I tend to be a very active person. Not being from the area, we Googled Physical Therapist near me and we found a few, but Pursuit Physical Therapy looked the best from Reviews. So we went to the webpage and checked out their training and were excited about the training they had. I’ve done therapy before and from the start I was amazing. I emailed on the weekend and got a response back on the weekend. It shocked me, in a good way. On my first appointment Dr Martin took the time to sit and listen to my issues. Mind you I was hurting so bad (I had a cortisone injection right before going). It was a rough start, but Dr. Martin was awesome! After a couple visits we decided it was more of hip flexor issues. AFter about a week and a half I was back up to 10K steps a day and a half hour every other day of Pickleball. Had some bad days because of overdoing it, but that was my fault. Lol Due to not being from the area and having to leave before my 8 weeks. Not 100% better yet, but I am getting there. I did just do a 3 mile hike in Kentucky with no issues! Dr. Martin gave me a program to do at home and it is helping! For anyone in the Orlando area and needs physical therapy I highly recommend Pursuit Physical Therapy! When you find a Physical Therapy that is willing to listen to your issues, push’s ya to just the right level, and treats you like a real person (not just another patient) why would you go anywhere else?

I injured and then re-injured my upper back/neck working out to the point that I could barely turn my head to check my blind spot while driving. After taking 2 months off from any weight training a friend of mine recommended Ron Miller at Pursuit Physical Therapy. He said he had a great experience with them, that they worked with him outside of insurance and that they were reasonably priced and well worth the cost. I was sold.On my first visit I was very impressed with Ron’s knowledge of the body and how seemingly unrelated muscles and joints (unrelated as far as I knew anyway) could have an impact on others. After going over a few things, setting my baselines and doing some stretches and exercises, Ron gave me a home workout plan for the next week. He also told me he thought he’d have me pain free in 6 sessions. It only took 5.Going to Pursuit has truly changed my life. After quickly addressing my initial pain complaint, Ron worked with me on some other chronic pain issues I’d had for at least a decade (left shoulder and lower back) and alleviated those as well. Going into therapy I expected it to take much longer than it did but I am back to my regular exercise routine, golfing, surfing and just generally living pain free. I would highly encourage anyone in need of physical therapy to check out Pusuit. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I have been in some back and neck pain since 2018 and after several chiropractors, but I have finally found the best office by far. after several visits I have noticed I’m having little to no pain at all through out the day, and started to feel like myself again. Dr. Saunders has provided excellent care which involved not only adjustments but exercise suggestions to strengthen my inner core. When on the rare occasion he hasn’t been available; Dr. Michael Gampolo has been equally skilled at providing consistent treatment protocols. The entire staff at OCHW is professional and friendly. I’ve been to several chiropractors over my life. I have pretty consistent neck issues. I also have two kids who generally go with me everywhere I go when they aren’t in school. The whole staff was so welcoming to me AND my kids!! It was especially amazing since a month before I’d been to one who was really rude to both of them. Dr, Gampolo put both my kids, even the shy one enough at ease that they love going there! When it’s their turn for an adjustment, they will have no issues with the idea which is huge! As for myself, I haven’t felt this good and pain free in…. Years. My back and shoulders no longer just ache all the time. Don’t wake up feeling crappy from “sleeping wrong” anymore. And my neck hasn’t been so pain free and loose since I was young! This will forever be my favorite chiropractor and I’ll recommend him to any and all who need help!

I’ve been needing to go to a chiropractor for many years but haven’t made the time for myself. I’ve been in Dr. Gampolo’s care for a month now and am very pleased. It’s a small office and Dr. G treats you himself, not like in some offices where they have a rotation of doctors that never get to know you. He’s pleasant, takes his time explaining everything to you, and doesn’t seem rushed to get you out of the office. I suffered from back pain which radiated into my legs and now that I’m being treated, the pain is at a zero. I’ve also noticed that my allergies are less severe after treatment as is my eczema. That wasn’t why I went in but it’s certainly a great side effect. He also treats children and I took my youngest for an adjustment in hopes to give him some relief from his eczema. My son really enjoyed his adjustment and wants to go back My eldest saw us getting adjusted and asked to get adjusted also! I look forward to continued treatment at this office and would recommend Dr. G to my friends.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our second anniversary at Medieval Times. This place is just across the street: he knew I’d been looking for an opportunity to get a reading and have put it off all my life, so he suggested we stop in. So we made a u-turn after seeing the show and we did just that! There was no one in the lot so I was feeling hopeful. Laura greeted us at the door and I decided to get a psychic reading. She gave man a thoughtful and delicate reading. I felt I could trust in her words. I left feeling seen, assured, with direction. I am so glad I stopped in! My experience with Laura was very emotional for me. I went there expecting to hear one thing and she told me the exact opposite, which is a good thing. Wow this place has great energy!!!!! I have been on a search to find the right place for my first time almost everything I read says I should be comfortable and at peace with my surrounding immediately when I walked in I felt a sense of Serenity I have been wanting to do this for a while now but I didn’t feel the way i was suppose to feel at all the other places I immediately had the feeling everyone was talking about I knew this is the right place to be I was very satisfied with the reading she is 100% accurate I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I will only go there from now on

I am a big fan of the Pilates Loft. I had been looking for a place to do pilates in Orlando and noticed that there were not many. I was really happy that I found the Pilates Loft. It is a very nice and clean studio and the classes are small, usually around 5 or 6 people and no more than 8. The utilize both the tower and the mat. With the classes being small, the instructors can watch and make sure that you are doing all of the moves correctly. Although you are paying more than you would at a gym, it is completely worth it as the quality of instruction is that much better. You get a better deal if you buy the classes in packages. They have classes ranging from beginner to advanced at all times of the day. They also offer private, duet, and trio classes in which you can utilize the reformers. You can conveniently sign-up and pay for classes online. Pilates is a great way to increase core strength and flexibility. It is also a great way to switch up your routine from weights and cardio. I would definitely recommend the Pilates Loft to anyone who wants to give pilates a try 🙂

Love, love this boutique Pilates studio! All of the instructors are classically trained, the classes are consistent in level and the owner is extremely conscientious about her instructors knowledge, cleanliness of the studio and overall client experience. I’ve been attending private, reformer trios, and small group classes for 5 over years here!

I’ve taken 2 private lessons and one group class at this studio and was thoroughly whipped each time. The Pilates Loft is a nice open and clean space with all of the spring-loaded torture machines for the pilates purists. The group classes are mostly focused around mat and tower work and last the full scheduled hour. If you can afford it, schedule a few private sessions before taking a group class to acclimate yourself to the workout. You’re able to sign up online for the space-limited classes, which is a great perk. The only drawback is the price; each class is $20 (less if you buy a package). The quality of instruction is far beyond anything you’d get at the gym, but I won’t be able to go as often as I’d like because of the steep cost.

Really like the place. Brand new, clean and well organized. You can easily book your sessions online. I’ve taken 3 months private course there mostly with Meghan, she’s super nice and professional! I feel great after I finished each session. I’ve recommended the Pilates Loft to all my friends in town.

I have going to this Pilates Loft Studio for 3 and half yrs. i go twice a week for private lessons with Jen Omara the owner. This will reshape and whip your body into shape in the best way possible if you work hard,focus and are consistent. This is not a mere easy stretching session – this is an intense session of creating the best CORE and body you will ever have! Jen and her staff are highly educated and go through the Joseph Pilates training.

At my daughters 18 month check up with her pediatrician, it was recommended that she received a physical assessment by an OT since she still wasn’t walking independently yet. We are self paying patients, so I was able to choose my place of therapy. In my search, I was looking specifically for Pediatric Therapies, and also one that was located close to my house. I found TLC Pediatric Therapies and after calling them and sending our referral, we were seen the next week. They had asked if we were looking for in home treatment or in a facility, and I chose facility. They offer physical and occupational therapy. This place is easy to find using GPS, and there is plenty of parking. Upon entering the facility, I noticed right away the cool circular (non florescent!!) lights, a sizable seating area, and a small section with activity cube toys, child sized seating, a tv playing Mickey Mouse cartoons, and two touch screen interactive game tablets on the opposite wall. There are also two more TVs in the larger seating area playing Mickey Mouse and HGTV. I arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment, and we were seen within five minutes. We met with Kelly, who assessed my daughter and answered my questions and concerns and assured me of things we were doing. There are several rooms in the facility including two larger rooms designed for sensory and physical activity. The sensory room has a ball pit, a circular swing, a bubble machine, mini trampoline, various puzzles and toys, and a really neat interactive light wall. The physical activity room includes a set of steps, a rock climbing wall and rope, mats, and a medical table. These are “common” rooms, and several patients and therapists at a time may be in there. There are also smaller rooms for more privacy. We have been visiting this place for a few weeks now, and my daughter has been showing improvement ! The therapists are friendly and professional and have good bedside manner. We will continue our sessions here until we feel we are all good to go.

As a FTM who has gone down the internet rabbit hole, trying to be as informed as possible, I thought I knew a lot. But of course when it comes to babies and pregnancy, the amount of information is overwhelming and it’s hard to find reliable sources. Balanced Baby is a great resource for new and even experienced mamas who need any guidance, which sometimes your OB/Midwife/Pediatrician can’t provide. The Baby On Board class taught me (and my husband) TONS of useful information- not just for labor and birth but for everything you need to know after having a baby! The class covered lactation, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, labor techniques, birth plan ideas, registry recommendations, tummy time ideas, and more. As a bonus, they served a delicious breakfast and gave each of us a gift bag to take home! This is hands down the best class to take as a parent-to-be. They also offer other classes for after baby is born! These ladies are experts in their specialties and have tons of recommendations, based on their own personal and professional experiences. Anything they aren’t certified in, they know someone who is and can easily connect you to someone who can help. Again, I can’t recommend this place enough for all parents!

Balanced Baby is the most comfortable and relaxed place for all your babies needs. We were recommended by our lactation consulted for OT Therapy. Our appointment was extremely calm and informative, the staff there specialize in premies&infants. After our initial appointment we also met with baby chiropractor, baby physical therapist & lactation consultant. The entire staff is extremely nice and welcoming. You can tell they have a passion for babies! They also have weekly mommy & me classes such as baby yoga, feeding boot camp, mom hour, and many more. They offer a monthly package to attend limited amount of classes.A great place for expecting and new mamas to gather and learn together everything baby!

Went with my 7 year old son for a quick purchase of bracelets. I sensed I wanted to get something for me, and the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful with spending time with me to find what I was looking for. not only was she kind as my son became restless, she helped me find three crystals and helped me see what I was I feeling but not understanding. today I used them and they did EXACTLY what she said they would. they’re a great pair, and pulled new and confident energy out of me. if you ever doubt stores like these, crystals, chakras, etc. I challenge you to walk in there with an open mind and ask the staff for help, as they will guide you. Be open to the products, because for me I was looking for something to hold while applying for a bigger job, and today just being in a meeting with them I felt fantastically open.

This is a terrible rating…I know but hear me out. I saw this place a few times during in Orlando. I just needed to see bookstore and I needed to go NOW. So after about three times of driving by, I went in with a friend. I should have known when she told me it was meta physical store. (In hindsight I had a feeling but I was mainly going “wtf is a meta physical bookstore??”). It’s exactly as you think. The shop has a cute entrance but everything else for me was unappealing. The crystals were cool (not a crystal girl but some for them were sparkly so that was that) and the books weren’t interesting. I think I was mainly turned off because of the title of the sections reminded me of someone who claims to be in touch with their spiritual side and aligned with their chakras but in reality took one yoga class and had kale today. So the book selection was a solid 2/10 for me and the shop was incredibly expensive at some parts and some things were weirdly cheap. Outside there is a free library but nothing there was my kind of book. For a bookstore and more, it was pretty disappointing like there was more knickknacks than books. For a meta-physical store, I guess it’s decent. If you are into tarot readings they do that, my friend thought the reading room at first was a place to read books until she saw the sign more properly. They do have a nice outdoor spot in the back but overall I wouldn’t come back. It was cool to experience but that was it.

Spiral Circle Bookstore in Orlando is a great shop that has something for everyone. They have a large selection of items for anyone interested in learning more about anything in the metaphysical space. The store offers lots of things including books, crystals, incense, jewelry, and cards. It has a great vibe and I always have a great time looking at everything… there’s a lot to look at! The staff is friendly and helpful, it’s always nice to stop in when we’re in the area.

I loved this metaphysical store! The store had crystals, altar cloths, jewelry, books, incense, incense holders and candles. They even had crystals for dogs and I was tempted. I got some crystal jewelry and a crystal. The staff here are friendly if you have questions. There was a small parking lot on site and street parking.

Great energy, bright spaces, plenty to shop for! Crystals, books, altar items, bath, candles, tarot, jewelry, art, clothing…. you name it! I circled the store twice, but knew when I saw the tuning forks… they had an assortment of musical items, hand pans, chimes, singing bowls! The tuning forks were tuned to each chakra- I only bought one, although I wanted all of them 😉 I also picked up a palm chime- a little heart that fits in your hand that rings like wind chimes when you rock it back and forth. Last- I picked up a crystal for a friend. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would stop back by in a heartbeat!

Fun place to visit! Staff was lovely and kind. Had to come back two days in a row to take my time and browse for a second time as there is much to see. Great selection of cards, mugs, stickers and pins. Can’t wait to go back.
