Update on my review: Wow! Since my reading with Kate 5 years ago, I’ve grown so much and have learned to embrace my own intuitive gifts. I remember feeling scared during our session because it was my first encounter communicating with those who’ve passed over. Now I have learned to understand how thin the veil truly is and how our spirit team and loved ones are there to guide us through our human experience. It’s comforting for me now to know that I’m never alone and always guided by my spirit team. At the time I was currently in a relationship and Kate told me she saw a different man in my future. However she didn’t want to elaborate because at that time, i was meant to be in that relationship. She told me I would help him heal, which later on, I was there with him through the passing of his father. I know it would freak most people out to hear that you won’t end up with your current partner but a part of me knew that I wasn’t going to marry him. I knew that it was an experience I was meant to have and I’m so grateful I was able to fully live that chapter of my life. I’ve learned that soulmates don’t always mean “forever” but they are people we have a soul contract with and they are there to help us move forward to our next stage in life. I’m 2 years into a relationship with another man and it’s everything I could have ever wished for. We plan on getting engaged soon! 🙂 As for my career – at the time I was working a corporate job but felt unfulfilled. Kate told me that I would start my own business within the beauty industry. I recently got my esthetician license and started a skincare practice where I incorporate sound healing and plan on offering reiki services soon. Another update: I recently re-read the notes I took from the session with Kate from 2015. When we had the reading, it was a double reading, so my sister was also in the room. Kate had predicted my future boyfriend to be a lawyer (and in my 1st update I said he ended up being an architect). As it turns out, my SISTER ended up dating a lawyer for 7 years and they just got married this summer!As far as other aspects that Kate predicted about my career trajectory, love life dynamics, and other aspects of my personal life, they have all been spot on. As someone who used to be somewhat skeptical about mediums, she made my first experience really meaningful. I recall her being non-judgmental, warm, and communicative. First time seeing a medium but more for therapy. I was given her contact from a friend who highly recommended her services. She told me about my future, the path I’m on, helped me cope with my current struggles. She said she saw my guardian angels behind me and even was laughing and waving to them as I think they were talking to her. It was an experience. Gave me lots of great insight to reflect on. She recommended I see a spiritual acupressure therapist to clear my mind and lower stress. That ended helping a lot too. I don’t really have a reason to go back as I was struggling with losing a couple family members before and had work stress and even life stress. But I’ve come a long way and have been able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and I honestly thank Kate for her skill and words.

Just had a session with Kate yesterday and had the best experience! I’ve been going through a transition that held a lot of uncertainty which led me to call Kate. It has been a few years since I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Kate, therefore an updated review is SO long overdue! The best way I can sum up a session with Kate, is like therapy with an added perk of clairvoyance!Kate has such a calming presence about her, and is one of the most kind and gentle people I know. Wow! Amazing amazing amazing. I’m completely speechless. Kate is so kind and sweet. Prior to setting up the appointment, she was very transparent and gave me a run down before we met. This review is so overdue. I saw Kate last Spring, 1.5 years ago. I was going through a lot of transitional change and pain. It was an impasse and I was 1 decision away from changing my entire life. I needed guidance. Kate was able to get a sense of everything going on with me saying very little about myself and the situation itself! I was so impressed. I felt like she was reading my mind and heart. She predicted some things that would happen and 6 months after that, it did happen but mainly through a decision I came to at the time where I felt ready. Before this point, I couldn’t fathom those predictions to happen and she mentioned that too. She said I will find my own answers from within and that my ascension will come with time when I’m ready. And this is exactly what happened. Aside from predictions, she’s warm and friendly and this session is worth more than years of therapy. It’s guidance for soul searching. Helps you see the depths of the truths we all look to understand about our existence in respect to the universe, synchronicities, and these relationships we have with eachother from all of our lifetimes.

What can a person say about Susan other than out of this world? Amazing? Incredible? Authentic? Connected to Spirit? All of this and more because she is such a kind person and really wants to help her clients not only connect but understand the breadth of the spirit world that is available to all of us. And this is coming from a Christian with a broad conception of God. I believe the part of the Bible that says prophecy is a gift for some people and this gift should be shared. I don’t believe the part that says that mediumship is evil or lets in evil spirits. There is a distinct difference between what Susan does and people with her level of intuition and access to Spirit, and some demonic player.Susan provided unquestionable evidence of her connection to my husband and more recently to my deceased neighbor that I found in his driveway very recently. He was a very good friend of mine. I was praying for him in church and the air conditioning had gone out and I was dying of heat prostration when suddenly this swoosh of cold air came right by my head. It was so fast and sudden that I looked around to see where it had come from! Up down all around. I thought my neighbor must be responding and I was pleased that he came forward in my session.Susan is very much the real deal. I’ve seen her recent documentary called Beyond the Grave three times now and probably it’ll happen several more times. The world is waking up finally. For those in humanity who still hold hard and fast to atheistic beliefs at the hands of science, I can only say you are missing the warmest of waters and the greatest love you could ever imagine from the other side. AMAZING Experience! My first time doing something like this and I was a skeptic. I left the session so impressed on how spot on Susan was. She has helped me tremendously in my grief. Don’t waste your money. Everything she said was way off. Absolutely shameful to take advantage of people looking for a little hope when they are grieving. I should have known better. She kept guessing wrong about how my loved one died. So disgusting. She also rattled off several common names that she thought she was “hearing”. Wrong again. She spoke in generalities, hoping that I would attach some meaning to something she said. After her guesses were wrong, she’d simply say to look for meaning in her words in the future. No Susan, the number 7 won’t mean anything to me later, and I won’t attach meaning to the number by the power of suggestion. What a joke. Her methods were very transparent and frankly, quite stupid.Look at her reviews. Most of them are from “people” with just the one review. They are clearly fake and written by her.Again, shameful. Avoid.

I had my 2nd meeting with Susan last week and wow, I cant recommend her readings enough. Just note: You dont have to always connect with loved ones on the other side (Mediumship). Susan is very gifted in her intuitive life readings too. Her encouragement and words are so uplifting and inspiring. This was my first ever experience spiritually and it was honestly very eye-opening. Michelle’s way of communicating feels like getting a big hug from your favorite soul sister whenever you feel unsure about life. I booked my first session with Michelle this past Tuesday and we ended up doing a regular phone call with one photo sent to her due to a power outage in her area. Kid you not, within the first two minutes of my reading, she was spot on about the major decisions that were going on in my life at the moment. She gave such positive clarity for me in the realms of romance and in regards to the safety of my son. I have been trying for the past few weeks to book a session with Nena. When I called for the first time, I heard no response or follow-up back. I called the next day and the same thing happened. A month later, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe December was a busy month. However, when actually on the line with her, she was very rude and uninformative. I have been a student of reiki for a few years now and had never felt called toward mastership. I was drawn to take Reiki 2 with Jessika as a “refresh”, simply because of her generous and unique animal and fertility reiki add-ons. I will be honest and say that I was skeptical of the whole reiki/sound healing thing. I attended an event with Jessika from the Awakened soul, and after experiencing her holy fire sound bath, I have to say that I understand the hype. Sound healing is something unlike any other and I really felt like my whole vibration was lifted after her session. The sound of her voice alone could carry you into another dimension. She knows her stuff, reads the room and has a huge and beautiful array of bowls, chimes, sticks, etc. The way she seamlessly blends the music, her guided mediation along with the sound of the bowls is next level.Since then I have scheduled work with her to continue my journey. This was my first reiki session with Jessica, and I had great experience. Her session was very detailed and had several different spiritual approaches like card reading, sound bath, with refreshing scent of essential oil! When she started her reiki, she guided me into calm states with her very beautiful calming voice which helped me get into relaxed calm state very easily. When she played crystal singing bowl with other sound instruments, I could feel those frequencies of sounds traveling in the room wall to wall and it made me see and feel the vivid colors even I closed my eyes with eye cover. As a veteran, it’s no secret most of us struggle with mental health. I try to be as transparent as possible in the hopes that the person reading this would know they were not alone. If you are reading this and a skeptic like me, you would probably convince yourself that this isn’t going to work because nothing else has. It’s been almost a month since my first session and I can honestly say that this works if you go in with an open mind and for the experience of whether this can work for you or not. Either way you will gain something from this experience. What led me to Jessika was the aftermath of a traumatic event, which caused me to spiral. I was suffering from panic attacks, nightmares, and anxiousness. I was desperate to try anything that could help me. I’ve always heard meditation helps, but was never truly a believer until I found Jessika. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I called her with tons of questions and she was super patient with me and helpful. She had this calmness about her and I decided to book an appointment immediately. I figured if she’s that calm with each question I asked then what she is doing is working and I need to try it. I booked the Ancient Ayurvedic Energy Healing in person session. Day of the appointment, I was anxious. I was afraid not because I was stepping out of my comfort zone, but what if it didn’t work. Jessika is such a lovely person, she immediately picked up on my anxiousness and assured me everything was going to be okay. She guided me through meditation and while my mind struggled to quiet itself eventually it did. I was able to clear my mind and completely relax. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a very long time. I had forgotten what it felt like. It renewed my sense of happiness, peace, and gratitude. I left with a pep in my step and a smile on my face. Cliche I know, but it really felt like I just woke up from the most restful sleep. It was such an incredible experience. It’s been almost a month and I am looking forward to booking another session. Some of my intentions were to work on letting go of past trauma and healing, have a better sense of control over my stress, and feel more at peace. I wanted to have less panic attacks, nightmares, or anxiousness. I have been able to be more present in my life. I am handling stress a bit better. Not a complete 360 just yet, but it’s a step in the right direction. Each day I am kinder to myself and giving myself the time I need and space to go at my own pace. Jessika, I can’t thank you enough for this experience and look forward to my next session.

I had such a great reiki session with Jessica.She was able to make space for me and my cousins. The minute we stepped into the room it had such good energy and you can feel what a genuine and passionate person Jessica is with reiki. I’m a fan of a good psychic reading and had been feeling called to have one done for the first time in about 10 years. I was feeling a little funky and had to house to myself on a quiet Saturday and reached out for availability. The reading did NOT disappoint. It was almost freakish how accurate someone could be about my life, heart, and mind without seeing me in person. I was having some apprehension about a big upcoming decision and she sensed it right away. There was too much accuracy to the reading for it to have been anything but authentic. I enjoyed the affordable reading so much I mentioned it to some friends on a girls trip. One friend called her immediately for a reading and had the same bone chilling experience receiving a hugely accurate and wildly different reading. My reading was 50% right. She kept saying I was going to do short schooling and change my career. I already finished that real estate school not starting it. She kept saying I wasn’t happy in my current career . Not true I love my job just wish it paid more. Kept saying I have a twin flame with someone from my past I don’t feel that flame at all. Did a phone reading and was told that there was no limit to the time, this was untrue and was only given 25 minutes. Paid $85 for the combo Palm, tarot, and psychic reading didn’t say much that I hadn’t already already knew. Kept saying “baby” to me a lot and that made me feel weird. Very disappointing that I couldn’t get a more in depth about my relationship life and my person of interest and their energy. Not to judge but I did not feel anything psychic about this session. I would not recommend nor come back. Wasted time and money.

I booked an appointment for a psychic reading the day before. Lynn is both extremely welcoming and intuitive. She knew things about me that even *I* didn’t want to admit to myself. She isn’t afraid to tell you how it is. She was able to see things in the past, present, and future. I’ve always been curious about visiting a psychic and am so glad I finally decided to go. My friend, who has been going to Lynn for a while now, highly recommended her to me. From the first time you talk on the phone with Flora, you know you’re in good hands. She made me and my friend feel right at home once we arrived. While she was getting our coffee ready, she offered us a variety of wonderful pastries. She took her time speaking with us, and was happy to see we took notes for each others readings. She hit the nail on the head for many things as well as things I didn’t realize until I got home and thought more about it. Highly recommend Flora!

I had a reading yesterday and didn’t know what to expect, I was skeptical but was completely open and came with positive open energy. Flora was very warm and welcoming I had a card reading (not tarot cards). Before we started, she explained the process and said at the beginning of it, if I say anything that offends you, I don’t mean to. Flora says she’s straightforward, and she will tell you exactly what she feels from the coffee and what the cards tell her.I was shocked at how, on point, she was with the many things revealed and how insightful it was. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking to have a reading. I would say to show up authentically and be open with a clear mind.I will definitely be sharing my experience with family and friends.

This was my first time getting my fortune read. When I called to set up my appointment, Flora was very friendly through our call. The day of my reading, she was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Before my reading, we talked and enjoyed our coffee with some very yummy dessert treats. She surprised me with my coffee cup having my zodic sign on it. Super cute. During my reading, she mentioned things that were so spot on without her knowing. Flor has a way of seeing you and what your fortune is or will be. I will be going back for the card reading. Best first experience. I called Flora last week, and made an appointment for yesterday. I requested just a coffee reading. I loved her energy. She is very pleasant and funny. She kept telling me to “not be offended” because she is very direct and tells things as she sees them. I just laughed because I too am direct. I appreciated he directness and honesty. She confirmed some things that I believed to be true and also pointed out some things I needed to work on which I really liked. The reading was spot on for me and I am excited to see how my future unfolds!

10 Stars were not available. It’s a day after sitting with Flora and so many thoughts are spinning through my head regarding my experience. First word comes to mind “gobsmacked!”. First impression very classy and refined but VERY FOCUSED. Put on your seatbelt because this spiritual ride is one you will remember. Bless her little soul she cares about the person in front of her and is very direct and articulate I have never had an experience like this ever and hope to fine tune some questions that have popped into my head. I did take notes but not enough so thoughts are popping up in my head. I really was unprepared for such an experience. My advice sit with Flora and you will have answers. God bless

Flora is amazing and truly gifted. It’s clear that she does everything from a place of love, and so happy that I have met her. It was a very good day when I walked into Fyzical in Lake Forest. I was looking for “spinal treatments”, not home exercise instruction, because after a successful 2-level lumbar fusion several years ago, I was very educated and diligent about the importance of the daily exercises necessary for maintaining spinal stability. However, as a Senior I had developed a stiffness and aches that were hindering regular movement. Maybe it was just due to getting older; maybe it was being overprotective of my titanium plates and screws, not wanting to twist or disrupt them. Yet Senior insurance when it comes to Physical Therapy provides only the home exercise instruction. But I was already doing that, so I sought to find Treatment (Deep Tissue Laser, manual hands-on therapy, shockwave therapy, et al).Having run Internal Medicine and Nephrology offices in Los Angeles, I knew how to research excellent healthcare professionals, and this is how I found Justin Fesler, Owner of Fyzical. I knew in advance that my insurance would not cover this provider, but in life, you get what you pay for, and I needed Justin’s expertise (validated by his credentials, PhD.PT, Orthopedic Fellowship and Certification, and reviews). His Office Manager Carol was my first positive sign that I had come to the right place. She fully described the services and offered the information regarding the financial part that I needed to know, and I made an appointment. This is a well-run, patient friendly office.My rapport with Justin was immediate. It was clear that he sought to know my medical history and MY goal so that he could make it HIS goal: Fixing it and educating me. He is extremely nice and very easy to communicate with, and knows exactly how to zero in for his assessment of the problem. His experience shows! The laser treatment with every session worked on unwinding the tightness and lessening the pain. The manual therapy and stretching of my lumbar, thoracic and adjacent muscle groups throughout my 12 treatments early on gave my body a noticeable feeling of freedom and strength. Before each visit Justin and I would review progress, have a Q & A, and then move forward. During each of my appointments, I had his full attention, Every-Single-Minute. I am so grateful. Justin has made the difference I was seeking. I feel like he was on MY Team and has coached me to achieve a stronger, more comfortable core. And he taught me how to integrate his spine education into my daily life. I am appreciative beyond measure!

Have been The end of last year and just finished the second round last week. The entire staff is so nice and welcoming. CAROL and Lynn at the front desk are so sweet. My therapist Jane was fabulous. She helped my sciatic nerve and my hamstring muscles. The owner, Justin is so nice and even started my car for me one evening when I couldn’t get it started. I highly recommend this place if you need any physical therapy.

I went to Jennifer for pelvic floor issues. I was skeptical when my urologist recommended PT to me. But, I must say Jennifer really made me feel comfortable and really knows what she is doing. She also taught me some valuable exercises to do on my own. The icing on the cake was the shock wave therapy. My husband even noticed the difference. So glad I didn’t go the surgical route. As an athlete in my 40s I’ve had a number of injuries that I’ve needed assistance recovering from. I recently received a series of shockwave treatments for a hamstring injury (proximal hamstring tendinopathy), the treatments got me running regularly again, after not being able to run for over six months! I’ve also received Physical Therapy from both Justin and Jennifer; they have both been critical in helping me recover and continue my active lifestyle. I’ve had the best therapy experience with Jennifer at Fyzical. I started seeing her after having extensive surgery on my foot and ankle (she was recommended by my surgeon). She has helped me with balance, range of motion and most of all, I’ve made incredible progress with swelling (which was the worst of all evils). It’s been a long road of recovery–with a few setbacks to deal with. Jennifer has played an integral part of it–I couldn’t have done it without her abundant knowledge, guidance, support and humor (gotta laugh through the pain sometimes). The entire staff (physical therapists, office manager, front desk, etc) is professional, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

Justin and his team at Fyzical Lake Forest are awesome and have a great facility close to my home. I had a bade knee cap fracture that required surgery and had me completely immobilized for more than a month. Justin has all ready restored flexion and mobility to my knee in just three visits. I worked with the therapist here for 2 -3 months to rehabilitate my knee after total knee replacement. My orthopedic doctors said that I have made excellent progress.Justin gave me individual attention to help me strengthen and get back my range of motion in my knee. He spends a lot of time with his patients. He is very knowledgeable and skilled and kind. I would highly recommend this office for physical therapy of any kind.

I highly recommend FYZICAL for therapy I am living proof that they are excellent therapists and their methods work. I spent two months receiving therapy for my ankle and hip. My ankle was weak and painful to walk on due to a break. Justin my therapist was able to restore complete mobility. My hip hurt when I walked and was sore to even lay on. It hurt to the point I could barely climb stairs. Through exercise and massage it is 100% better.The office staff is helpful and friendly. My therapist, Justin was outstanding. He knew exactly the best treatment to get my body back to functioning without pain and in the process he improved my overall body strength and balance.

Highly recommend a session with Marisa if you are seeking for a change! I’ve been seeing Marisa for many years now and she always seems to find a way to shift my blockages. To find my blind spots and bring them to light. Amazing!!!!! She is full of light you can automatically feel her energy that surrounds you. I heard about reiki healing, but I wasn’t quite sure. After calling different establishment and not feeling the connection. I happend to find Marisa, she immediately responded to me and automatically knew something was wrong me with. Over the phone she establish some of my energy. Once I was in her office she made me feel welcoming. I felt how all the tension left my whole body once she started to engaged with me. Marisa- you are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for taking the time to see me today. I walked in positive and hopeful of receiving the messages my heart needed in order to heal but was also very closed (as you detected). I can’t tell you enough how excited I am for my future now. Releasing me of negative binds is something I felt I needed for a long time but never found the right person to help. I have been told that I needed to pay $1,000 to have a cleansing done, pay for candles, pay for trips to special mountains where prayers would be said on my behalf…you name it, I’ve heard it. You never once promised a “cure” or to “fix” what was wrong in my life and instead went to work on my spirit. The messages you received and shared with me were spot on.
