Such a great studio! Being in college, I’m always looking for a good yoga place that isn’t too pricey. I got started here because I found it on Groupon. It gave me three weeks of unlimited classes for $30. Such a great deal! The instructors are super knowledgeable and will adjust you if you aren’t doing the move properly. I absolutely LOVE this! It has helped me figure out how to properly practice yoga. I haven’t had this great of guidance at any other studio! All the instructors work to continuously alter you to make sure you are doing yoga correctly. Thank you, thank you, thank you! (if you are a person who cannot stand touch, just let them know before hand. They’re super accommodating! But I would definitely let them work their magic.) Suzanne and Laurie are amazing. I cannot wait to take class from the rest! The studio is super nice. The times can be a little iffy but that is because they have only one room. It is a large room sparsely decorated and super common. I love how they don’t have any mirrors. It helps you focus on your own practice. They have three changing rooms, which is nice because a lot of times I don’t need to use the restroom, I just need to change! They have one bathroom that both men and women can use. It is one toilet and is very clean.Make sure you remember your mat! They have mats that you can rent for three dollars or you can test out on that if you were thinking about purchasing one. Also, arrive a few minutes early to class. They lock the door once class starts to make sure everyone’s belongings are safe. The only downsides for me are I’m super allergic to the DoTerra oils that spray in the corner (They’re supposed be allergy free, but I always seem to puff up and get a rash on my face!) and waiting outside until they open for the early classes. Online, they suggest that you come 10 to 15 minutes before. However, it depends on the instructor! Doors will probably open at 5-till. Thankfully, both “downsides” can be remedied! The instructors are super accommodating and turn off the diffuser when I take class. as for the morning class, it doesn’t bother me too much! Everyone should extend grace because it will vary morning to morning.I hope they come up with a great college discount so I can keep going here!! I seriously love it.

Thumbs Up to Angela Grace at Omaha Power yoga…. she is an amazing yoga teacher I met her through a mutual friend of ours Zaliuma. She is an amazing teacher and you have to experience a class with her so you can know the amazing, powerful teaching ability she has. She will help you move through those difficult poses with “grace” and power. Thank you Angela you’re the best!!!

OPY is great! The majority of classes are offered virtually which is definitely convenient during these crazy times. The staff is easily accessible, being available to answer questions via text or email. Also super accommodating with providing the recordings of missed classes. I started a few months ago with little strength and confidence in my abilities. The classes are challenging but absolutely doable. I am so grateful for OPY’s encouraging and positive energy and look forward to seeing what else I discover my body is capable of!

Honestly, if I could give this place negative one million stars, I would. They don’t deserve to have a storefront in Omaha. These are very terrible yoga teachers. I hope that you do find a better place to practice yoga. I’ve heard one tree yoga is much better, I’m going to try some classes there.

Open for streaming classes and limited studio spaces during COVID stay-at-home time…only local studio to do that. Kept me sane! Thanks, Omaha Power Yoga yogis!

I love this place! This was the first place I ever did yoga and the staff made me feel so comfortable. It’s amazing to see how much you improve after each class!!!

OPY is a great studio with great instructors. With no mirrors and no judgement, OPY focuses on developing physical strength, balance, flexibility and personal awareness in a non-threatening environment. I’ve attended yoga classes, in Columbus OH, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Atlanta, Seattle, Mexico, Dominican Republic, etc. but OPY consistently delivers the BEST experience each and every time I visit.

Suzanne (owner) has created a wonderful yoga community. New or veteran yogis will find instructors that truly care about both the physical and inner growth of all students. With no mirrors and a non-judgmental environment, it is a great place to start or boost your practice.
Aly T. rated 5 stars on 9/2/2017
Great classes that would cater to anyone’s schedule. My regular teacher remembered my name and the parts of my body I struggle with (wrists get achey) after my very first class. The classes are challenging but the teachers offer lots of alterations and tips during class that make you feel better about your practice. It can always be intimidating to walk into yoga and start with the more grueling “power” form, but it’s a great workout. Even going a few times a week, I’ve seen the difference in my energy level and muscle development. They also seemed super excited about having guest yoga teachers which gives me good faith that they really do love what they do. It’s on the more expensive side of gym memberships (as most yoga studios are) but if you went 4-7 times a week it would absolutely be worth the money. Also, keep an eye out for Groupons and other deals that they run!

When we purchased our home four years ago, we had Steve Vacha out and he was very educated and thorough; a true professional. I had some questions and talked to Aaron, who was very helpful and explained things so I could understand them. Sadly, our buyers hired a clueless inspector who claim to be educated, but wasn’t nor could he write accurate reports. Red flags: poorly written reports looking like cut and paste, misspellings, not knowing how to find basic things in your home, not knowing how to use GFCI, having to call you to ask how to get the electrical cover off (funny), not knowing how to turn on an ice maker, etc. The next time we need a home inspection, we will again contact Home Standards and know that we will be secure in the findings. Also, I recommend you hire them BEFORE you list your home, so you know what/if any repairs should be made to get it out of the way, then the appraisal should go smoothly to closing. Also, then the buyers won’t need to hire their own (who could be a “hack.”). We learned the hard way 2nd time around as sellers. In this day and age it’s sometimes hard to find honest and reliable services, but Steve and his team have our full confidence. They actually know their way around a home and how to write a clear and accurate report…kudos!

Paul from Home Standards Inspection Services is amazing at what he does. He was right in time, was extremely thorough, and did a fantastic job at explaining his findings. He did a wonderful job at pointing out the most critical findings, as well as explaining the lower priority items. His report was very detailed, and was delivered in both an electronic copy and a bound version as soon as he was complete. Way to go Paul!

We hired Home Standards to inspect a 1913 condo we recently made an offer on. Tim took his time to walk us through detailed findings: structural problems; roof damage; possibly water/mold damage; fire hazards, such as improperly wired lights in the storage unit; electrical safety issues, including old wiring; and problems with plumbing and major appliances, like the HVAC system and hot water heater. If he had to, I know he would physically crawl the attic and crawl space, if possible, rather than just taking a quick look around from the opening or doorway. The report was provided the same day as the inspection. The report was thorough and easy to understand and included narrative accounts of the inspector’s findings that are specific to our condo- along with pictures and diagrams. Don’t skimp on a home inspection when buying your next property! Highly recommend.

HSIS was great with our entire inspection process. Tim was very informative, patient and thorough. He founds several significant electrical issues that needed attention immediately, as well as a few other “fix it” projects. It was great to get a binder with written info and photos so that once we move in, we can remember to do the small things that need attention.Tim was great at explaining things and even kept his composure when the current owner came home in the middle of the walk-through. I would recommend Tim and his team if you want a thorough inspection with attention to detail!

Home Inspection Standards exceeded my expectations for a home inspection. Honestly, I did not know what to expect and they were very patient and fully explained the whole process. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable their inspectors were. They also have a lot of ties to the community and suggested some rally reliable contractors to help update my kitchen. I have recommended them to everyone! Thanks!

Gregg L. rated 1 stars on 7/4/2019
If given the opportunity, I would not recommend Home Standards for home inspection work. I was recently on the other side of Home Standards’ work as the Seller of a home in Northwest Omaha. I’m not certain if Jon Vacha is a qualified inspector as his erroneous Report cost me time and money as a Seller and almost single handedly jeopardized the Closing. In his Report, Jon noted a dishwasher leaking as well as the bathroom sink. I inspected both and they did not leak, but needed licensed professionals to confirm. Therefore, in order to meet the Buyers’ demands (which were reasonable based on the Report), I had to pay a licensed home appliance company $80 and a licensed plumber $90 to come out to fix the dishwasher and sink, respectively. In both instances, the licensed individuals found no leaks and I was out $170. These are costs I should not have incurred; however, because Jon included these in his Report, I was forced to pay. One of the larger mistakes he made was to indicate that I may have street creep and recommended a qualified inspector come out to see if an expansion joint is needed in the driveway. This all due to there being one small crack in my garage foundation. There were no cracks in the floor and none in the back wall of the garage foundation. I had to have a qualified concrete contractor inspect the driveway and foundation to confirm there was not any sign of street creep. There are specific causes of street creep explained to me and my driveway/garage did not have any of the characteristics. The Buyers then ask me to have a Street Creep Stopper installed as part of their counter offer. Again, I can’t blame the Buyers for asking because it was in the Report. I told the Buyers I would not pay to have one installed based on my contractor’s recommendation and this is where the sale almost fell through at the last minute. About a week before Closing, Buyers in turn had Thrasher come out to inspect for street creep and Thrasher advised there were NO signs of street creep. I understand an inspector needs to be thorough in his inspection, but not to the extent he is making erroneous claims that cost the Seller unnecessary costs and jeopardizes a Closing. I will never recommend this Company to a Buyer unless they want to spend the negotiation period arguing over unsubstantiated claims and potentially jeopardizing the Closing.

Tim inspected a home we are in the process of purchasing. He was professional and thorough. Haven’t moved in yet so not able to note the accuracy of the inspection. I would like to add that he inspected the roof in spite of the fact that it was raining. A bit pricey but in the current market I was lucky to find a company that was able to complete the inspection in the required time frame. Pleased with their customer service.
Lauren B. rated 5 stars on 4/26/2016
Home Standard Services is an excellent and professional company. Steve and his colleague are experts in their inspection, very thorough, organized, and warm. They provided a wonderful binder report that listed every area of the home they inspected, provided pictures, notes, and an electronic copy of the detailed report. We really appreciated the walk through and time they gave us. Online payment was very convenient and they provided a receipt in the binder. Great work and would not go anywhere else!

About Omaha Physical Therapy Institute
Omaha Physical Therapy Institute (OPTI) specializes in the treatment of all injuries and painful conditions. We also perform rehabilitation for all post-operative procedures.
History: The OPTI Story Before OPTI was created, there were two physical therapists (Brent Cordery and Katie Cordery) married to each other, who were each working for physical therapy clinics that were more about the business than the healthcare. These physical therapists loved their profession but felt the care they were providing to their patients was being compromised by the productivity standards of the companies for which they worked. They were instructed to see more than one patient at a time and encouraged to use unskilled support staff to assist with patient treatments. These work environments motivated them to start the process of opening their own private physical therapy clinic, where they could make sure patients were getting the time, attention, and treatment that they deserved. The focus of this new clinic would be on QUALITY not quantity.

My soccer playing daughter sprained her ankle the Monday before her weekend state semi-final/final. It swelled up a lot and she could not put any weight on it. I was pretty sure she would not be able to play in state cup that weekend and that she would probably be on crutches for a couple weeks. We went to OPTI on Tuesday of that week. We saw Brent on Tuesday and then we scheduled therapy every day the rest of the week with Katie. We were hoping that her ankle would improve with therapy, but I also tried to be realistic–the ankle was bad. What happened was her ankle improved beyond our wildest hopes.Every day that week the ankle got better and better because of her therapists. She was walking on the ankle by Wednesday. On Friday, we met Katie at a soccer field and she took my daughter through different soccer drills, testing the ankle as well as testing her confidence in the ankle. On Saturday, my daughter played in the semi-final and played well. Her team won!On Sunday, my daughter played in the final. The game went to a shootout and my daughter took a penalty kick and made it! Her team won the state championship and will be moving on to regional competition. I am convinced that she would not have been there to have that experience without OPTI. Katie and Brent are miracle workers.I cannot tell you how pleased we are with OPTI. They get my highest recommendation!

Had a great experience. My baby (2 months old) needed PT – my wife called and asked if the PT could wear a mask and they said no problem. Really appreciate this as I know they easily could have said no. Separate from this, I learned some great exercises to make sure his head turns properly on both sides.

Brent and Katie, as well as the rest of the therapists, are the best around. Even if I didn’t have to rehab a tennis injury, I’d just want to go to their business for the sense of family and camaraderie with the other patients. But, they know their stuff when it comes to rehab. After a year of pain in my ankle, I finally went to them for the orthopod’s suggested rehab. After 6 weeks with them, my achilles pain has gone from 100% to 5%. Every appointment, I’m introduced to something that will eventually get me back on the courts and back at 0% pain. Although the progression has been gradual, looking back it seems like the progression has been overnight. The relief just sneaks up on you because of the work they put into making you whole again. They have all the equipment for all sorts of injuries, equipment which has been vital to my rehab progression. I highly recommend OPTI.

this is the PLACE!!! Gosh, I could say 100 different things about what I love about PLNK but I’ll try and keep it brief. I saw an ad online for your first class free and I thought why not. Walking in I was honestly super intimidated — the machines look terrifyingly confusing and everyone looks like they know what they are doing, so naturally I was shaking in my boots not knowing what to expect. However, upon walking in I was greeted with smiles and they took me to my machine to show me a few of the moves and how to operate it before it started. I had a little card with my name on it welcoming me, a sweat towel, and a free boxed water. I had to buy grippy socks at the front desk because I didn’t have any (& didn’t know I needed them) that were about $15. They had me placed next to a gal who was a pro at PLNK, and thank goodness they did otherwise I would have been absolutely lost. Once the clock starts, there is no stopping. The instructor is always super clear on giving step by step directions to follow so you can understand even if you’ve never done it before. There are mirrors all around the room, so worst case scenario you can just look at the reflection & see what others are doing and follow suit. Olivia was my instructor for the first PLNK class ever, and she crushed it (or me? Well.. both). The next morning my abs were so sore I couldn’t sit up in bed.. literally. I was d e c e a s e d. I really like Pilate-type movements because it’s more gentle on the joints, but I don’t like the ease or pace of Pilates which is why I love PLNK so much. It is easy on the joints but also has resistance to grow and tone your muscles & get you in amazing shape in no time. This is the first group class I have ever genuinely enjoyed AND seen results from (I have tried many yall.. so that’s a big statement for me). The instructors are sweet and the facility is spotless and clean. You will love your experience here!! Tanya and Olivia are definitely the hardest, I haven’t been to all the instructors yet but Meghan is awesome for first timers! Your first class is free, try it out!!! TIPS : – they will probably put you next to someone who is well versed in PLNK so you can have a constant guide next to you. Feel free to ask them to do it as well if you’re really concerned! – buy your grippy socks before on Amazon if you want to save a few bucks – watch a few YouTube videos on the megaformer before you take your first class to give you an idea of what you’ll be doing- stretch prior to your class- don’t be scared, you’ll do great!!

This new studio is killing it, despite opening during COVID19 and specializing in group indoor exercise classes. Three of the words in the last sentence is enough to make most new business owners want to quit and give up, so I give them my upmost respect for opening and thriving during this difficult time for all fitness studios. The owner of the studio holds her roots in St. Louis, which is something to consider for people who want to have more personal daily relationships with studio owners. However, the team here and staff/ instructors here are the epitome of girl power, and the upbeat personalities and energy is refreshing for a time in the world where it’s easy to be anxious and depressed. The workout concept here is lagree (google/youtube it) mega-reformer classes, which is a form of dynamic pilates which makes. your. muscles. SHAKE. Their mantra “no excuses” really helps you channel your inner fitness goddess. This type of exercise is new to me, but I am catching on. It’s easy for a beginner to feel welcome here and the instructors are great at helping you learn the machine before your first class. I’ve attended class with 3-4 instructors and Madyson is my favorite so far (they’re honestly all great though!) I like the way she gives instructions: very clear and she repeats them multiple times with a five second warning before the activity and describing it a second time while you are transitioning. I am new to any type of reformer exercise so for a beginner it was very helpful. Some areas where I wish there could be improvement (more so on the class attendees) is if everyone could wear a mask during the class (during the pandemic). There is less/not much cardio while doing lagree, so I think wearing a mask is a really reasonable request that would still allow clients to breathe properly. I would also love to see some informations on HVAC filters/purifiers in their building that could sanitize the air from onepacific place. (epa.gov/coronavirus/wher…). They are doing great with taking temps and requiring hand sanitizer before classes, as well as having us wipe down the machines. The machines also have adequate spacing. I understand being able to afford, safely attend classes in person, and being in good physical health to love and enjoy these classes is a huge privilege, and look forward to attending routinely and seeing us all get a good butt kicking as long as we can all stay safe and healthy. Thanks PLNK!

Best workout in Omaha! All of the instructors are great and I really enjoy working out here.
Natalie T. rated 5 stars on 4/16/2021
Every workout is different and challenging in its own way, but the instructors are all so motivating. Your core is engaged the entire 50 minutes, leaving muscles I didn’t even know I had shaking and lengthening. The bumpin’ music also makes it easy to push through the tough holds–I couldn’t recommend this workout enough!
Rachel S. rated 5 stars on 1/27/2022
This is the best workout I’ve had in a long long time, and I love to work out. The staff is great, the workout rocks, and anyone who is looking to try something new with their exercise routine would be wise to give it a try! It’s my new addiction.
Sharon C. rated 5 stars on 1/28/2021
If you’re looking for something different in terms of workout, PLNK meets this on all levels. It will help you build muscles, but at the same time burn calories, while focusing on your core like crazy. I always leave class feeling accomplished, because every instructor challenges you and you end up pushing yourself more than you ever have before. I have never done Lagree before PLNK and now I’m a true believer and fan of this method!! It works and you see the results!!

This might be the best physical therapist I’ve come across. She really takes time to investigate the problem and make sure she is helping get you straightened out. I’m very glad I found McGuigan and though I hate to have to go PT, I’m glad she’s her to help.

Rachelle is the most caring and skilled physical therapist I have ever met. Additionally, she possesses a level of professionalism and passion for healing others that is as rare in her field. She has helped to heal both my arms and back with her patient and gentle care and I look forward to every session. I would highly recommend her to anybody in need of, or looking for the benefits of physical therapy. She is my opinion, the very best physical therapist in the greater Omaha area.

Dr. Kayla is a miracle worker. I was in probably the worst pain of my life due to a sciatica issue. I was on crutches for 4 days prior to my appointment and couldn’t be on my feet for more than 5 minutes without unbearable pain. I couldn’t even drive myself to my appointment. I booked a no cost initial phone visit and she worked me in to her schedule that same week to get me out of pain. On the day of the visit, she assessed me and did dry needling on my one hip where the most pain was. She also checked for other spots where there were knots in my other hip and spine and did needling there too. I was 80% back to my normal after the first visit. I had a preexisting injury to my right side ankle and hip, which helped to cause the sciatica issue. I have had pain and tightness in my hip and swelling in my ankle since that injury a few years ago. After a second visit and another round of needling, my hip and ankle both feel better than they have in years and I would say I feel 150% better than I did before the sciatica issue and back to my pre-injury self . She gave me exercises to do everyday to prevent the issue from reoccurring and I can feel my leg getting stronger every day. Her clinic prices are very reasonable also. I paid out of my HSA for the visit no problem. She also uses a really nice app to track appointments and log exercises.
Jen M. rated 5 stars on 2/8/2021
It’s hard to find words to express how grateful I am to Kayla for helping me deal with 13-yrs worth of pelvic, hip and back pain. She was instrumental to identifying other underlying conditions that enabled me to discuss with my PCM and get additional referrals, ultimately leading to surgery for an issue I’d probably had for over 10 years that had gone undiagnosed. She is concerned with total health and helping to resolve issues. I spent 9 months seeing her weekly and it was sooo worth it! If you’re even curious, take a chance. No doubt she will positively impact your quality of life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jen asked all the right questions to find out what I was trying to accomplish with some sport-specific therapy – then laid out at least half a dozen exercises that I could do almost anywhere and almost anytime. After three weeks of following her advice, I see a huge improvement – and I think I am far from reaching the amount of gain I will get when done.Go see her!

Jen B. at Premier Physical Therapy Associates is a small but mighty force when it comes to PTs. She has an innate way of making exercise, which can sometimes be painful, a fun experience. I actually look forward to going to my therapy sessions. The facility is clean (smells like a chlorine pool,) there is relaxing music playing, the magazines in the wait area are current, and the coffee is good! You can tell that all staff members care for the clients who come into their clinic. Everyone smiles and is friendly. I can’t wait to be eligible to use the therapy pool. I highly recommend Premier P.T. for your rehabilitation needs.

About Next Millennium
Welcome, stranger, to the Next Millennium. We’re Omaha’s favorite space for all things metaphysical, and we can’t wait to guide you along in your quest through the spiritual realm. Here, you’ll find a comforting yet curious energy around you as you make your way through our store of enchanting objects. Everything has meaning around here, from our handmade gemstone jewelry to our seemingly endless collection of rocks and crystals. So come explore with us — we promise you’ll discover more than a few treasures to harness the soul.
History: The store started off as a few incense racks and a shelf with a few books out of a hypnosis office! Charlie, the store’s founder, was working as a hypnotherapist and got requests from clients for books and incense. He had a second room in his office and started to bring in various incenses, rocks, and books. Initially, he had this “store” open by request only, then grew to being open for twelve hours a week! Demand grew and soon this space was not large enough to handle the requests for more products and we looked for a storefront. About a year later, we expanded the storefront to double the size of to allow for a classroom to offer classes on crystals, Reiki, Wicca, herbs, astrology, past life regression and many other great topics. Five years later, we moved to our current location with 8500 square feet of store, warehouse, and classroom space.

My husband and I go to this store all the time! The staff and guests they have are beautiful, amazing people. We have bought books, stones, jewelry and had readings. Every item and experience we have had has been excellent. We are from the west coast where these types of stores are everywhere and the Next Millennium is top notch. People who have given less that glowing reviews must not have much experience in new age stores. Beautiful items, beautiful people. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone!

This place is a little more of a “crowd pleaser” than some similar shops. That is, it also caters to people who just want some cool rocks or neat statuette to decorate with. I think the Conjure Shop feels a bit more “authentic.”

Next Millennium is an an alternate religion/philosophy store tucked off of a major street near Westroads mall. I had been looking for a store like this in Omaha closer to where I live instead of going all the way downtown. The store is well organized and has a great variety of items. There is even a person who reads tarot in store! Pretty cool. I went to look for smudge sticks and candles for a recent move. They have a great variety of candles, some that have been charged and some that have not been anointed and clear for your own energy. They also have an impressive amount of books ranging from spellwork to metaphysical practices to yoga. Lots of different crystals, rocks and gems to suit all needs. Great selection of tarot decks, clothing, jewelry, even some goth and fantasy decor for your home. My one gripe? The prices are marked up. I can get most of the items sold in store much cheaper either through the company directly or just online. I know that part of the markup is due to being in a physical store but I still had a hard time paying some of the prices I saw listed..If you are looking for something not ordinarily found or are a student of esoteric knowledge, you are guaranteed to find something here.

I am so pleased that this place is still here! From the days of New Realities store in the old market. Charlie has always had better prices and had a much better selection of gems/minerals. They always have a great and personable attitude when I visit, and all around Charlie has done an amazing job! I am so happy you are still in business!

I am a Banduri, so this place upsets my balance and causes me brain fog. That being said, it is the only place that has the oil scents that I love and can afford. I love how easy it is to access the oils, and how helpful everyone there is.Enjoy the place, but can only be there for a short time and then have to leave. Not their problem- just a fact of being a Banduri.

Perfect for spiritual things. Many clerks who walk around to help you. Fun 15 min sessions with a psychic. They have the catholic statues that help you sell your house. Sage for home cleansing etc.

This store has an incredible selection of witchy wares to Angel statues at Tarot cards to books. I believe that I saw all bases covered as far as anything metaphysical goes and I’ve been to stores all over the country. The best thing, however, was the people. I got a fantastic reading from a man who throws bones, met and conversed with the owner who is very friendly and every person in the store was just wonderful. I absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for gifts, tools or information! Definitely worth the 22 mile drive out-of-the-way.

I have nothing but praise for the folks here, from the front desk to the therapists. I had shoulder surgery and spent four months rehabbing and strengthening my newly repaired joint. Not only did the therapists assigned to me communicate very well with each other, but also with the surgeon. The therapy was extremely helpful, and was made much easier by the very personable staff. I felt like I got to know them during my time there. I’ve given five stars because the system won’t let me give any more!

I’m giving 5 stars for the physical therapists here. I’ve been here on a couple different occasions over the years and I have had nothing but great attitudes and help from the physical therapists I have seen. I would recommend coming here for sure. Now the front desk staff I think could use some work on their policies/procedures and attitudes. They are not the easiest to work with. I won’t let that stop me from seeing a great PT though.

This place is amazingly great. The minute I walked in the ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The physical therapist (Ryan and Christy ) were very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked with my schedule to get me in anytime I needed, even on short notice. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. A+. Thanks NOH!

Top orthopedic surgeons and care! This is my second go-around with full knee replacement surgery, the first was in 2009. I can’t say enough about OrthoNE and their level of care. My surgeon, Dr. Sayfe Jassim, has this whole process down to an art form, from pre-surgery to using robotics and a minimally invasive procedure to a post-operative medication and physical therapy plan that is well planned and requires me to participate. I can’t recommend this facility and team highly enough.

Checked in for my new patient appointment about a quarter till time receptionist was very knowledgeable organized and pleasant. Dr.Buzzell’s team and Jame were more then accommodating to all my questions regarding my shoulder. Every answer was prompt no second guessing wether or not I made the right choice choosing Ortho Nebraska. On the way out of my appointment the same receptionist Brandee I do recall asked me if I needed to follow up with anything and how my first appointment went, I thought that was very thoughtful more then most medical offices would care. Overall my experience was good and I look forward to sharing my positive review with the rest of my family. Keep up the great work!

I recently had cause to visit OrthoNebraska Oakview Orthopedic Clinic. I wish I could say it was painless, but it was not, since that was the reason for my visit. I go to the Oakview clinic, but I know there are others, such as Think Health and also in Bellevue. More locations means more convenience. Parking at Oakview is ample. Their doctors are specialists. In the past I have seen different doctors for knee, shoulder and spine. I feel confident with these specialists that the best care is provided.I called on Thursday or Friday and got a appointment the following Monday which I was very happy about. Since it was Monday, there was a bit more wait time than probably is normal, but things do happen over the weekend and so it’s to be expected. The medical staff was very professional and answered all my questions. I think I will have a good outcome as a result of my visit.

I’ve had three total knee replacements and numerous other surgeries with Ortho West. they were, PAST TENSE, great. Now that they’ve grown and expanded into Ortho Nebraska, I must say my last experience was an epic cluster. I had a good initial consultation, but the “follow up” was awful. AFTER several weeks from meeting with the doctor, i’m still at square one. So, will I go back? Would I possibly recommend Ortho Nebraska to a new patient? Your experience might be different, and maybe customer loyalty isn’t as important as it was to me. After as much time and money I’ve invested into Ortho West, it’s sad to say I would recommend you consider another provider and weigh your options carefully. this little great facility has grown into another of the bland, indistinguishable, medically indifferent 9-5, m-f, practices. from my perspective they are more focused on the P&L than on the customer experience…. they had no problem billing me immediately but following up on the customer was beyond them.

I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Gallagan and his PA Brian Fontana, both “get” bedside manner and were patient, thoughtful and supplied every answer I required. Dr. Gallagan’s nurse was very kind and I did not experience anything but a stellar visit with them. What I appreciate is getting a straight answer and a bit of education and I received both. From the nurse to the PA to the physician, I would easily grade them an “A!”Update: I eventually had to see a Sports Med Ortho so had the pleasure of now having Sr. Bill Singer in my court. So pleased with him, his approach and knowledge, love this practice

I am very happy with the medical care I received here, the orthopedic surgeon who treated me was compassionate and explained the entire process thoroughly and patiently, and my entire experience having surgery and surgical follow-up here was overwhelmingly positive. The unexpected bill I received months later, after being assured this surgery would be covered by my health insurance, however, was quite an unpleasant experience, as has been what I feel is a “sorry you feel that way” approach toward handling my shock over a surprise bill that blindsided me at an especially challenging time (aka while recovering from mobility-impacting orthopedic surgery while also fighting with my insurance company). I don’t believe I would have sought surgical treatment here had I understood in advance that it would not be fully covered by the insurance I had provided them. I felt misled, and I am disappointed with the lack of empathy I feel I experienced while subsequently trying to learn how I’d been caught misinformed with a giant bill after the fact.

Dr. Hahn is the doctor you want to see with any back issues. I was rear-ended before I moved out here to Nebraska, I work for a boot camp place and a lot of the members spoke highly of OrthoWest and recommended Dr. Hahn. 2 weeks ago I had a hard time getting in and out of my car, hard time walking, prolonged standing, sitting and laying was an issue. I have bulging disc in my back and my sciatica nerve is being pinched causing all the pain into my right testical down my leg and causing my toes and feet to get numb. Well dr. Hahn suggest the epidural shot and let me tell you besides the muscle stiffness I feel I’m about 90% back!
