Authentic. No cards. No crystal ball. No weird stuff. Genuine. Be patient with her. She is kind and personable. She may get off the topic some with life but, you can bring her back to your concerns. She’s talkative and personable. During my visit mid-conversation, she asked me, “who is talking behind your back? Women. 2 of them. Something’s going on. Dont worry about them though. They dont mean you good but, they can’t harm or stop you.” The very next day, I went to work, and for sure my manager called me into the office with another manager to have a talk. They were trying to find something to trouble me. From a pic I showed her of my grandmothers who are deceased, she described their characters precisely. She connected well.I look forward to see what else unfolds in the future. She described very distinctive characteristics/personality traits of my two sons. She was correct w each one. That was interesting because she hadn’t met them before.She was recommended by a neighbor who swore by her in regards to detailed info coming true.She gave me paper to take notes and she wrote down what she w she seeing and gave it to me to take home. My advice definitely take your own notes lots of them. Her notes are more keywords that might spark a memory of your session.

I was unsuccessful in bringing her back to my time/my reading. I will begin by saying that I am a skeptic but decided to give Valerie a try because I had never had a psychic reading before and why the heck not? It was immediately obvious that Valerie depends on cold reading. I wanted to be convinced, I really did, but her observations were incredibly vague, as were her predictions. She was insulting when I corrected one of her many flawed observations about me, including my career (which she got wrong a number of times). She did not give me a full hour and cut me off at about forty minutes. Maybe Valerie has intermittent flashes of psychic insight but I personally did not experience it.

Valerie Morrison is an extremely kindhearted and lovely woman. She clearly cares very deeply about her clients and understands feelings of loss because she has lost multiple close family members. Valerie is empathetic and gentle with her clients. What really took me aback was how, shortly after sitting me down for a reading, Valerie asked “what’s going on with your lower back?” I was shocked, as I hadn’t said a word about my back but have struggled for years with disc problems. Shane is knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He provided his report when he said he would and returned our calls in a timely manner. We were able to use his detailed report to guide our negotiation with the seller which made the transaction easier to complete. His use of the thermal imaging was worth the price paid as it helped us discover and negotiate a resolve for an issue the seller wasn’t even aware of!I would use Shane again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in New Jersey.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Shane! Our realtor recommended him. First off you might notice if you speak to them at the office or read up on the company that Shane is the only inspector, this is not a corporate business – this means savings! Shane beat the prices of the two other inspectors I requested quotes from and I was even able to get the infrared imaging to check the walls for moisture and whatnot.The inspection itself was super thorough, the inspection report was also very detailed and you can see a sample report on his website of what you will be getting from him. You can even create a list of items using the website the report is on and it is very easy to do, which you can send to the seller to request to be fixed before you agree on the price. We ended up saving a lot of time and money by sending this list over to the seller. Shane really looked into every crevice of the home, and by walking around with him he gave us some very good advice about what will cost a lot to fix and should be done professionally, and what we could probably do ourselves very cheaply. He also gave us some information in general that would be nice to know about your new home, such as pointing out where the electrical panels and water shutoff valves are. We even got a little book at the end about being a home-owner and things you should know when you own a home. We had actually been able to view two inspection reports on the same home from previous buyers that fell through, and Shane’s inspection report caught a lot more things than the other two reports.If for some reason we ever need an inspector in the future we know we will call Shane first.

If you need an inspection in the Princeton area, I highly recommend Terrapin. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Shane’s office manager is incredibly responsive and provides great intel at the start. Shane himself is super nice, patient, and is an expert. He answered our questions and pointed out important things for us to consider which was great as first time home buyers. We had seen a previous report from another inspector and Shane’s was way more detailed. He checked every area of the house discovering things the first inspector from a previous buyer missed. He gave us great tips about things on the exterior, as well as great local recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about Shane!

Dont expect any of the standard items that you receive from other inspectors such as an inspection report. Dont expect common sense such as testing the air in an area not near the door to the outside. Expect a lot of delays and excuses, many excuses. I had another inspection done after Shanes and all of them were baffled as to why there is no inspection report and why he tested the air when the very visible mold should have had a surface swab to know exactly what it is. I should have saved my money and used a reputable company. Im suspicious of the many positive reviews, how hard would it be to ask your friends to write reviews??On a side note-the company he recommended to do the mold remediation, did not agree with his other findings from his “non” inspection. A little odd. They also quoted me 3 times the amount then other companies to do the same exact job. Literally 3 times. I talked to the VP at the lab as its not hard to get him on the phone. Not sure how that is supposed to rectify the fact that I did not receive reports as agreed to per his contract and he tested the air, not the wall, when there were walls of mold in front of him. Sadly, I paid EXTRA for an additional test but received no lab report. If your vendor shuts down then why do your customers foot the bill. I was told he would write up a Word document for me, seriously? Didnt get that either! I am extremely happy with the new mold inspection company I found and the best part is they were recommended by the VP at the Lab. Go figure!

I have been fortunate enough to only have used Shane for my home inspections. He is super knowledgable from his extensive experience in construction and is always looking out for the safety and welfare of future home owners. Everyone who has come with me during his inspections are super impressed. Do yourself a favor and go to the inspection. You will learn a lot about maintenance, things you might want to look out for as well as knowing what is minor vs major in terms of issues to bring to the table with the seller.

A great experience from start to finish! Booking the inspection was easy, thanks to Lauren. The inspection was excellent, thanks to Shane. The report was both detailed and easy to understand. Shane took his time with the inspection and was extremely thorough. On top of that, he is friendly and patient. He answered many questions from this first-time home buyer. Highly recommend.

Shane is wonderful. I have used his service 2 times now for home inspections, radon, insect and infrared testing. He always does a through job and goes above to explain everything to you as he is working. The report is always detailed and with pictures for reference on anything that is of concern. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had a run of crappy medical professionals lately. I was cautiously optimistic with what I’d get with FOX. They were able to get me on the schedule relatively quickly, and were very easy to work with. Their Regional Director, Sunshine was also always available and helpful. I had the absolute BEST physical therapist. Being weak and unsure with serious limitations (some I could not overcome due to the lack of pain management). Josh worked with me where I was. He helped me to regain some of the strength I lost due to hospital negligence. I would highly recommend Fox based on my interaction with Sunshine and Josh.

The physical therapist who treated my patient had virtually no contact with me, the primary physician, She did not want to collaborate with me. She made that clear on a phone call. She then wrote a scathing review of me on another site violating the patient’s privacy and HIPAA. I wrote to the CEO of Fox Rehabilitation but they did not give me the courtesy of a response.

I called Fox rehab for physical therapy to get services for my mom and was asked to submit doctor’s referral document. I did and called three times to schedule an appointment and habe been told three times now that someone will call. No one has contacted me. I will find another provider but it was a very disappointing experience.

Disha, my mother’s at-home physical therapist from Fox Rehabilitation, is an amazing practitioner. She has had many physical therapists over the years owing to severe orthopedic issues and Disha is the creme de la creme. My mom just had a total knee replacement and is gearing up for another and she could not be in finer hands. Disha tailors the at-home sessions so expertly, analyzing every last aspect of my mom’s particular orthopedic situation and her goals and finding the perfect sequence of exercises and giving easily understandable and implemented instructions for my mom for sessions my mom can do on her own. She’s very hands-on and she takes so much time. Disha’s compassionate and easy-going but also pushes my mom just the right amount. My mom, who is not exactly the most motivated of clients, looks forward to her sessions with Disha, works hard with relative cheer, and has made very noticeable improvements while under her incredible care. PTs are as important as surgeons when it comes to the success of a joint replacement procedure (she had an AMAZING surgeon as well, Dr. Michael Cross at HSS) and we are very fortunate and grateful that Fox Rehab sent us this gem of a practitioner. I should note that can’t speak to the [seemingly legitimately concerning] billing issues that some others complain of in their reviews as we haven’t received bills yet (and will update accordingly should we run into the same issue) but the level of care is excellent in my mom’s case. I should mention that while the address on Yelp is in NJ, my mom lives in Queens and I believe Fox services the entire city.

Fox Rehab is a total rip-off who takes advantage of elderly people by overbilling the insurance company and providing minimal service. After 4 months my PT literally “fired” me telling me there was nothing she could do for me. There was never any game plan or consistency in the type of treatment. Scheduling was sporadic. Equipment was minimal. Don’t waste your time. There are plenty of decent PTs around.

Very poor communication. Several calls regarding my mother starting speech therapy have gone unanswered. They assigned a therapist, but we have yet to have a date and time for an evaluation. Have called several times to get a call back from the therapist, which have never happened. I have had to resort to leaving messages for supervisors that will most likely go unanswered. If you care for your loved ones, avoid these people at all costs, because they sure don’t care about your loved ones like you do.My mother is regressing by the day due to an unexpected hiccup with another agency, I was promised services, and had to fight tooth and nail for them, in addition to their “fax not working” to delay it. Once I threatened to go elsewhere, they suddenly found her paperwork. That should have been the red flag that made me search elsewhere.

Fox Rehab recently bought Taylored LLC. The PTs from Taylor have all been fantastic. My mom got a bill from Fox Rehab for co-pays. We hadn’t seen a bill in the past. I left a message from the billing page for Taylored LLC but did not receive a return call. I called the general number after researching Fox Rehab online. The recorded voice that answers the telephone sounded like a carnival barker (very loud and unprofessional). Fox needs to change this greeting, it is off-putting. The live representative was very polite but it took 15 minutes to finally get a billing address because I wanted to pay my mom’s bill with a check. I did not feel comfortable giving my mom’s checking information over the phone to this unknown company. Fox needs to clean up how it manages the merger of its acquisitions and re-record their phone greeting.

We didn’t get a bill from Fox for the 20% that the Insurance didn’t cover ($500+) once we were done with PT.It’s a dishonest business practice. People at Fox don’t want to take responsibility of this paper work instead finger point at the customer rather than deal with the big wigs insurance companies. It’s unfortunate the management allows this dishonesty to be a part of their company aspect.In most cases, the insurance companies pay the provider and you owe little to the provider. In Fox’s case, payment is the other way around. Giving you checks to pay the insurance company. The Fox therapists we had over the years were great but might be caught in the crossfire between their job at Fox and the customers.We have decided in the near future PT would be elsewhere rather than deal with monetary messes between Fox and the Insurance company (who by the way are in no fault just Fox). In the meantime, pay attention to your bills, it’ll creep up your spine once you get the idea where is everything going and not being explained clearly?

I give this place TWO THUMBS DOWN. They are are unprofessional, have poor communication skills, and zero follow up skills. The therapist my dad had was a nice guy but never arrived on time and often changed the appoints last minute. He left the company and we’ve been waiting for a month for a replacement. Every time I call I am told someone will get back to me and no one does. I left a message for their regional director, Steve Bridwell March 12th and I’m still waiting for a call back. I just spoke with Jasper (a supervisor) and he hung up on me. Considering the number of rehabilitation organization available, I would absolutely not waste my time with Fox.
