About Psychic Medium Robin Stringer
I am a Psychic/Medium. The primary emphasis of my work is making connections from people who are no longer living to those who still are. Delivering intimate messages, confirming new events and directing their loved ones to live life in a much fuller, rewarding way. I can say that I act as the bridge between the Spiritual and Physical World, with the intention of helping both worlds. Thank you and God Bless, Robin Ella Barajas
History: My entire life, I have had more unexplained experience than I care to remember in my family’s childhood home in Northern California. After years of dealing with this, trying to speak with my parents about it, I learned early on my parents were not open-minded to the possibilities of a Haunting, Ghosts or any type of Paranormal activity. So, I learned to not talk about my experiences and “push it away.” Sadly, I did this for years. But, my gifts would always try to shine through, even if I did not know what to do with it. I was always intrigued by the Paranormal. Until one day, I decided to embrace my gifts and listen to God’s direction and here I am today. Now that I am an adult, I learned that I come from a long line of Ancestors who were like me. So all the pieces came together for me. Here I am.

My first sit down with Robin was transforming. I was completely taken aback by the sit-down. Being the skeptic all my life made it a tough call to begin with. I’m not really sure what I was expecting maybe a crystal ball or crazy accent or something. What I got was a refreshing, very real, very down to earth conversation with someone who changed my perspective about human “awareness”.If you’ve ever considered a call to someone but didn’t because you needed to know you could trust the decision you were making. Well, call Robin! You can trust her – I do.

Short story: She’s the real deal! You should find out for yourself! Long story: I’m so thankful that I found Robin! She is extremely kind and is so generous to share her amazing gift. She is very in tuned, accurate and honest. I’ve come to feel not only comfortable but very connected to Robin over the years and continue to see her for any spiritual advice / messages that I may be getting from beyond. I highly recommend Robin!!!!

Robin is no joke! She was spot on…The reading was very accurate as she revealed things that nobody could have known. The comfort her messages provided for me got me through an extremely painful time in my life. She has a compassionate spirit and a welcoming presence. You will not be disappointed after a reading with Robin!

Robin is thee truth. She truly is an angel sent here to help others. I’ve always been a believer, but unfortunately have been skeptical of people claiming to have abilities due to bad experiences. From the first day I met her though; she has always been true, never once lied, & never tried to scam me. A heart of gold sent here to deliver the divine messages sent to you & I am very thankful for my relationship with her. I have sent multiple people to see her & they all say the same thing. I truly recommend paying a visit to her if you need clarity in your life, if you need zen, or if your missing a loved one. I will be a repeat client forever

Both my daughter and I have had readings with Robin. She has an amazing gift and I am so blessed to have had readings with her. She was spot on on so many things and she helped us both thru some difficult times by letting us know that our loved ones are around us. She makes us feel at home and comfortable. She is my go to for sure!

I begged my doc to let me go here! SCORE! I know physical therapy locations. Period. Don’t ask me how but I do. You want to come here IF you are an athlete! Hands down. Period. End of story. If your specialist or doc sends you elsewhere, refuse. If you want to get better you’ll get treatment here!Docs Ryan and Joseph KNOW their STUFF! Oh my gosh! They each have their own style. If you can see each of them at some point during treatment, do it! Therapists Christie (athletic trainer) and Shannon are VERY good. Their styles are also very different. Mix it up if you can. Your body will say thanks! Other therapists are Angela, Sharon (um will you please wear the golf pants again?), Jon Lilly (you know when he’s in the house). The guys in the gym: Aaron (knows the mechanics of a body like an A&P book!), Ethan (friendly), Steven (my “savior post race…this site has a “booth” after Knoxville Track Club races), Jeff (ask to play his Dance Dance Revolution). Front desk staff are accommodating and attentive and friendly. This site doesn’t just do a bit of massage, throw a heat/ice pack on the body then hand the patient a page of 4 exercises. Nope! I’ve experienced dry needling, massage, cupping, isolated stretches, dynamic stretches, ultrasound, chiropractic, buffing with a car buffer (seriously!), and a few other treatments that have names I cannot remember. They use everything they can and have to help a person get better. Oh…and orthotics which are an automatic when a person comes in with foot, ankle, leg, back pain. HEADS UP! These are not covered by insurance. I was not asked if I wanted them. They were in my shoes when o stood up from my first treatment. I wasn’t told that they aren’t covered by insurance. I wasn’t told how much they cost either until I was given a bill three weeks later. NOT Cool! But YOU know in advance if you read his before you go so ASK! This location will transition to Square One as part of their rebranding. The site will include hydrotherapy, massage, hormone replacement, chiropractic as well as therapy and gym opportunities among other things. They just remodeled the entire property. REALLY NICE!

I have been dealing with knee and IT band issues for months, and had almost given up on the idea of running pain-free again. However, I decided to give Tennessee Sports medicine group a try, and I’m so glad that I did. Maggie and the rest of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they really took the time to listen to my concerns, and work with me to develop a treatment plan that would address my specific issues. After a few sessions, I began to notice a significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels. Thanks to their expertise and hard work, I’m now able to run and play soccer without any discomfort or limitations. I would highly recommend Tennessee Sports Medicine Group to anyone dealing with sports related injuries or discomfort. They truly go above and beyond to help their patients get back to doing what they love.

Excellent and thorough service by Dr. Punke today. Came in to get some orthotics and I was so impressed by how thorough he was. Didn’t try to upsell me on getting custom ones. Good COVID practices in general. Would highly recommend.
Kevin M. rated 2 stars on 7/22/2019
Their actual PT is very good. They have a more complete tool-kit to deal with soft tissue issues. Their sales tactics and billing, however, are not good. If you arrive with any foot problem orthotics are forced upon you from the very start (initial paperwork). This is a money grab. I actually already had professionally made orthotics, but felt so pressured (i.e., didn’t think they would treat me otherwise) I got theirs anyway. The measurements they made on my right ankle, which had basically collapsed (i.e., subtalar joint), were off so never provided the necessary support to fully recover, though strengthening did help. I am now back to using my previous ones and am finally getting over the hump. I received a final bill recently showing that I owed money for services that were covered during the earlier visits and didn’t reflect my three final co-pays. So the bill totally felt like a phone company-like termination of services fee. They dismissed this as a “billing error”. Billing person then said they would refund the orthotics fee, but then immediately reneged.

After the folks at Tennessee Sports Medicine / Square One working with me through 3 painful hours I can finally walk normal and my pain is now manageable. These guys go above and beyond every time they work with me. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Carlson an my PT team. Reversing 10 years of damage is difficult and takes time but for the first time I know I’m on the right track. Without Dr Carlson at TRSM & Tennessee Sports Medicine team Joseph,Sharon, Angela & Kate I would never have made this far. I’ve been to other physical therapist 3 times and the results have been minimal. This is the first group that forcused on my athletic goals and they are as committed to my recovery as I am. Forever grateful,Brandon M.

I had Dr. Burt Solomon and Julia as a chiropractor and physical/massage therapist team in fall 2015. I was in for severe pain from joint hyper-mobility syndrome and in need of nueromuscular re-education/rehabilitation and strengthening. I had reduced pain and had rehabilitated my arms and neck in just two months and was making significant and fast process with my hips and lumbar spine. If I did not have to move out of the state and could have stayed I have no doubt I would have stabilized. I wish I could have stayed, I was getting well faster than expected. It can take a while to strengthen someone with my condition, but these people were highly more effective than usual due to their knowledge, experience and technique. They were the best I have ever had, it was heart wrenching to leave. the front desk ladies were professional ad sweet as well.

I am able to perform normal daily activities again!! The top notch care, and detailed, effective physical therapy plan this team provided helped to restore my strength and range of motion following major shoulder surgery.I had a large, full-thickness, rotator cuff tendon tear this February that left me unable to perform my job, or even lift, or use my arm.As a health care professional myself, I understood the details and timing of their methods for rehabilitation. This is not an easy surgery, and the recovery takes months of careful, gradual steps. These guys are professionals! And I actually looked forward to going…The caring and fun staff and cheerful atmosphere made it a pleasure.I also loved the large, open rooms with high ceilings and skylights, the decor, the wide variety of excercise equipment and most current diagnostic tools, and the whole-body approach to recovery.I enjoyed seeing a wide range of clients being helped… post-op, post-injury, stroke recovery, athletes… all ages, from children and teenagers, to active adults, to elderly.A very caring practice that I would highly recommend!

Don’t know what they are like now. In the beginning staffing and service not so good. Appointments mishandled, overbooked, & or forgotten. Might be better now. Word in the community is “you either love ’em or hate ’em or love to hate them.” No middle of the road on it. Too much drama for me.

I went to East Tennessee spine and sport for about a year and a half. I had two knee surgeries. The staff here is amazing. Chris was my physical therapist and helped me to get back to running within a year of tearing my knee. I am super thankful for his dedication and the support provided by the staff!

I’ve been to East Tennessee Spine and Sport three times over the past two years for three different physical challenges. Dr. Robby always identified the issue and designed the therapies that fixed the issues in a timely manner. The staff and assistants are amenable and accomodating. I heartily recommend ETSS without hesitation.

Great location, large facility, updated equipment and knowledgeable staff. That’s a great combination. I used these guys 3 years ago prior to neck surgery and was very impressed. So when I was directed by my doctor to have for physical therapy I came straight back to them. They changed locations since my previous sessions and this is so much better and the staff could not be better. They have other locations around town so you can pick one closer to your home or work. This place was perfect for me since I live a few miles away.

I was referred here by my doctor for PT to resolve pain after having my twins. Amanda was the PT who assisted me during my sessions and I was even able to have phone calls or video calls with her when COVID was most prevalent. She was patient and compassionate and never once made me feel like my pain was imagined or not impacting my daily life. I was given many exercises and tips to decrease pain, many of which I never would have realized would assist with the affected areas of my body. I had issues with my BCBS insurance coverage or I would have continued my sessions. I recommend this facility and Amanda.

I highly recommend this business!

Absolutely fantastic place.I came here because of a referral from my doctor for an issue with my lower back. I saw Priyanka first, who noticed the soreness in my hips and that my back didn’t seem to be improving much and referred me to Amanda, who specializes in pelvic floor work.It turns out that my IC and vaginismus had been contributing to my back problems. I had no idea that could even happen. I almost stopped going at one point because of the cost through my insurance but Amanda called me personally and they gave me a reasonable discounted private pay rate and the option to pay it back more slowly so I kept going. I’m so glad I did. It’s been maybe a couple months since my last appointment and my back feels great. It doesn’t hurt at all any more and even the stiffness is starting to go away. I think I owe about $400 (and have paid about $300 so far) but small price to pay for a working back, and I didn’t have to go for a terribly long amount of time either, maybe 4 months with more frequent appointments at first.Thank you Priyanka, and you Amanda! You were both wonderful and so helpful!

I can’t say enough about this amazing place. I called this morning with a health issue and the receptionist did an exceptional job of getting me in even though they were booked this week. Donnie the Director not only did the evaluation, but also gave me some physical therapy because both my legs were almost immobile. Then they didn’t even charge me because it was just considered an assessment and they didn’t say I had to make a follow-up appointment. This is one honest company with real down to earth people. Highly recommend!

Greg and his team of therapists (Whitney and Nadine) are tremendous! I wish I knew these guys when I was rehabing my ACL tear years ago. I am rehabing an injury to my hips/abs area, and they couldn’t be more helpful! First of all, Greg was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with me and assessed what exercises I needed to do to improve that area. Second of all, Nadine and Whitney will give you that one on one attention you need to heal faster! Plus, the atmosphere is outstanding. I always leave laughing because these guys keep it light and fun! Whether you have a serious injury after surgery or a minor injury that needs a little rehabing, you will get your needs met at this place! Ask your physician to send you here!!!! They take appointments and insurance.

The staff (Andrew, Tomasz, Sam, and Wendy) are a small, but mighty crew! The owners (Andrew and Tomasz) offer a unique way for physical therapy by using a cage with a pulley system and weights. This is a great way to go through mobility exercises and to gain strength with no impact. I would definitely suggest physical therapy here. Everyone is polite and has a great personality.

First my wife here for therapy and now me! We wouldn’t go anywhere else and we both highly recommend that if you ever have a need for therapy that you choose Beyond Physical Therapy for you healing and well being. From the moment you enter the clinic and have the recommended exercises, you’ll be helped and coached along the way. Thomas is our therapist of choice, but we also endorse the rest of the staff. This place gets busy, but you’re never unattended because there always someone tense to step in and help/coach you through your routine. On my fourth visit now and already feel the difference. This a local business, please lend them your support. Big thanks to Thomas and the staff for getting my wife up and walking and me as well!

Full disclosure, I’ve never been to Beyond Physical Therapy. I came to Knoxville to find houses in the area and stayed at an AirBnB with Andrew, the man who owns Beyond. Let me tell you, you won’t find a nicer or more high character man.We stayed at his house the last 5 days and he couldn’t have been nicer or more engaging. He welcomed us in like family. He is a Christian who I would trust with my physical needs. If I’m ever in the area and looking for PT, my first and last stop will be Beyond.

I’ve had serious back problems for many years and have had PT at two other facilities; the results were of minimal help. The pain of sciatica had gotten much worse, so I decided to see a neurosurgeon. I was shocked by my X-rays (which I actually saw just after they were taken or I would not have believed they were mine). My scoliosis and disc degeneration were very obvious and drastic. The doctor suggested PT twice a week for 6 weeks and then possibly injections. After that, he said, the insurance would no doubt approve a major surgery to fuse my back with 10-12 screws. I wasn’t very happy about the prospect of having my back fused, so the next day I saw my primary care provider; he suggested I try Andrew at Beyond Physical Therapy because that’s who he sees when he has back problems! I liked Andrew right away – he said that I needed therapy three times a week, not two. That was fine with me. During the course of my therapy I got stronger and stronger. . . as a matter of fact, after the first visit! Andrew gave me exercises and tips for prevention, awareness, and daily habits to learn in order to keep my back in good shape. Even though my back looks bad, it feels fine. I’ve learned how to keep my muscles strong in order to prevent a relapse. Everyone at Beyond Physical Therapy is very caring and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and I always felt like I had their full attention. I highly recommend Beyond and will certainly return to them for any kind of therapy I may need in the future!

The therapists at Beyond Physical Therapy are knowledgeable, professional and friendly!! They genuinely care about their patients. I credit them for the relief I have received from a back injury I sustained in August. I crushed two vertebrae in my lumbar region. Andrew evaluated my physical disability and taught me a regimen of exercises to strengthen my back and help alleviate the pain I had. These exercises are helping me to continue doing the things I enjoy such as tandem bike rides with my husband and playing with my four grandchildren (two and under). I would highly recommend them!

I have been to seven different physical therapists in the past six years and this group is the best one hands down. They focus on providing a personalized, one-on-one approach to get you better faster. They listen to you and adjust their program according to your progress. What I appreciated the most is feeling like they truly cared about me as a person and didn’t gloss over my pain just because they’ve seen the same thing a million times.

I have recovered from several major injuries (ACL, MCL, discectomy, strains and sprains) and worked with many physical therapists over the years. I can easily say that the care I have received from Prompt is the best by far. Friendly office staff, professional environment, and brilliant PTs. Paul, Steve, and the whole team have brought me back not just from major surgeries but also frustrating aches and pains that I have been at a loss as to how to heal. I am so thankful for this practice and highly recommend to anyone!

Prompt PT was highly recommended to me by a physician colleague of mine . I have been here for knee rehab and am presently undergoing PT post total shoulder . I would not go anywhere else . The PT post total shoulder is so important and I felt my physical therapist was my guide and I felt secure . All the staff is professional , courteous , kind , and always on time . Basia Jenkins MD

I do not recommend at all. And abundance of religious and political (tea party type) rhetoric. Just look at the sign outside their business. I should have paid more attention to that. Then to be tole “jesus brought you to us” is over the top. When I asked for a statement. The balked until I said I would need to tell my insurance company if they would not provide it. They had been doing some bogus inflated claims of the actual treatment I received. I strongly recommend go elsewhere

After trying several physical therapy centers in Knoxville, my Doctor referred me to Prompt Physical Therapy. Many good things happen in our lives but going here for treatment was one of the best decisions I ever made. Steve Bailey and his staff have been very effective in treating my cervical spine and compressed spinal cord issue. Their treatment has been life altering and improved my quality of life without the discomfort of surgery. I highly recommend this exceptional healthcare provider!

Absolutely terrific staff! Plus their version of PT is “manual,” so there’s a huge emphasis on hands vs. machines, very often producing excellent outcomes.

Hands down the BEST in Knoxville. EVERY physical therapist there, and I have had them all at one time or another, is caring and incredibly skilled. I have had hip, knee, shoulder replacements, as well as other issues, so I know P4 very well. when a PT is with you, they are WITH you, undistracted. They LISTEN. They are stellar at reading your joint with their hands and they know exactly what exercises or manipulation you need, tailored to you. I have been to a lot of places that get too busy, barely work on you, then send you off to do exercises that i could have stayed home to do. No one at P4has ever done that. Don’t go anywhere else!

As a dude, if you told me I’d enjoy a class that combined Yoga, Pillates, and Ballet, I’d tell you that you were crazy. The reality is that selling it like that doesn’t do it justice. The truth is that it’s a workout class. A workout class that can be as hard or easy as you want it to be. A workout that can focus and tone every muscle you’d ever want to tighten up. It’s aerobic. It’s strength building. Most of all, it’s fun.The Barre3 studio is nothing short of bad ass and beautiful. Architetcturally speaking it’s clean lines and cool materials. It’s well stocked with the things you’d need to complete the workout. Weights, balls and mats. What do you need to bring? Flexible clothes and an open mind and willingness to work as hard as your capable. The instructors will allow you to work within your abilities. They’re great at encouraging your effort, correcting mistakes, and most importantly ensuring you’re having a great time as you work your ass off. 10/10, would totally do this again! Also, if you’re a member of Barre3, there’s a mouth dropping party pad on the roof with views that will leave you unable to even. Enjoy yourself! I did, and I would absolutely come back as soon as I’ve got the opportunity.

Where do I start… everyone is amazing!I felt so loved and welcomed as soon as me and my 1 year old son got into their doors! He absolutely loves all the girls (especially miss Abby) and I get THE BEST workout in. I needed something as a new mommy and this place couldn’t have been more perfect! Can’t recommend it enough. You guys are the absolute best!!

I absolutely love coming here!! I can not recommend this place more! I moved to the Knoxville area beginning of June and needed a place to work out. I felt so welcomed since the moment I stepped foot in the building. I was greeted right away, given the paperwork and was given a tour. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience. The classes and instructors are amazing! I leave always feeling like I have had the best workout ever. The classes challenge your body in the best way and the instructors are always positive and encouraging. Overall atmosphere is great, staff is lovely, building is clean and everyone is just so welcoming! Go check out Barre3, you will not regret it!

So grateful for this awesome community. Barre has truly helped my back in its recovery from a car accident. I have had a torn disc in my back and barre helped me in ways that advanced my time at Physical Therapy. I have never been happier with my body because of B3!

I love this place! Barre3 is not just a workout, it’s a experience! I loved the atmosphere there! The people are nice and they are very helpful when your starting out. They also have a care center for your kids!

We had an Official Yelp Event here last night, with a complimentary yogi/Pilates class followed by an after party upstairs on the rooftop patio. Whew, our instructor, Dascha, spared us no mercy! That was an intense, exhausting exhilarating 40 minute workout, those muscles weren’t used to that type of exertion! This place just feels good, and airy and expansive. The studios are immaculately taken care of. I talked with friends who go here and they rave about the classes and space and staff. After getting our booties kicked, we went up on the patio and enjoyed juice and kale salad provided by Whole Food as well as some delicious sandwiches and a wide array of dips provided by Zoey’s Kitchen. I would really enjoy adding this type of workout to my regimen of running and weight lifting, that was an honest workout right there.
