About Phoenix Moon Rising Intuitive Services
Same week bookings available with flexible scheduling. My work specializes in shamanic energy healing, reiki healing and intuitive emotional life coaching. I do use tools such as crystals, tarot/oracle cards and essential oils via aroma therapy and specially crafted Carolina water, that can be used to clean your crystals, your aura, and your home or business space, to promote increased business or sell a home. I do offer energy clearings of homes and businesses and prayer blessings of those spaces or new beginnings for one’s life, such as the purchase of a new home or start of a new job.
History: I launched PMR Intuitive Services in 2021. I began training as a shaman and acquiring my reiki certifications in early 2021. My website started as a personal blog and is evolving into what is today, and still growing! I have decided to answer the call to share not only my experiences but the methods in which I have been able to continue my own healing from sexual, mental and emotional abuse that was dictating my behaviors and emotional state for so long. Once I broke free from those shackles, I began living my true calling and I am so thrilled and blessed! I haven’t looked back, even leaving the security of a career in biomedical research at a prominent university to pursue this path. I couldn’t be happier or more excited to share what I know with you!

As nursing and rehab facilities go, I guess I would say, yes, Camden Place is “A-OK.”My 91-year-old father had a recent 3-week stay following surgery. To answer the questions on the questionnaire they sent me:I rate the cleanliness of the facility as excellent. And there was NO nursing home smell.I believe they kept my father fairly clean with sponge baths–he couldn’t shower while there; and his clothes were regularly laundered and returned to him. The attentiveness of the staff was good to excellent, depending on who you were dealing with. The food was cafeteria-awful, but there was plenty of it. My father didn’t starve. The physical therapist Galina was very kind to my father and also very animated and energetic; she really got him motivated during the sessions.Camden Place also gets good reviews from staff at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and personnel at various Greensboro assisted-living facilities I’ve since spoken with. The Medicare.gov site gives the facility its highest rating, based on a number of criteria.

Gave wrong meds, had CNA’s giving meds, doesn’t answer call bells, food bad. Please don’t place a loved one there.
Sue D. rated 3 stars on 1/4/2020
During the day, excellent staff response. All of the different therapists were very kind and really listened to me.From 6:00 pm on, staff service very iffy. 15-30 minutes or more to get help, meds, etc. Appears they are very understaffed.Food, what can I say, HORRIBLE. Breaded items were either soggy or dripping grease. There were several meals that I had no idea what the meat was suppose to be. Most of the time, meals were cold. As far as condiments, nothing to flavor but pepper. No salt or Mrs. Dash. Fish served with mayo. All bread was stale and hard. Not a place I would go to again.

72 year old mother was sent here for assistance and Pysical Therapy for broken hip after surgery. Nurses don’t have any accountability on what meds she was taking what so ever! She sat in a piss diaper for hours until someone came in a changed her. Awful place, to be honest I think it has to do with the nurse supervisors. If you have a loved one there, please keep a eye out!!
Dianne D. rated 4 stars on 3/20/2019
My mother has been here as a rehab patient at Camden for almost a month and she and my family are VERY happy with it. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the staffing numbers, but as we’ve been to 2 other places with another surgery, (prior to Camden) I’ve learned this is quite common. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and NICE (I’ve also learned from her past experiences elsewhere, this is not always the case!). The place is BEAUTIFUL, the food is GOOD and they have a LOT more in the way of rehab than the other places we’ve been. They have tons of activities (and invite my kids to join when they do them!) and the “restaurant style” lunches they offer is a great motivator for my mom to feel more “normal”! SO thankful we found this place!!!If they can get the staffing up, this place would definitely be 5-star! My mom has already said if she ever needs to go back to rehab or LTC, she wants to go HERE!!!

Busy busy place but went for urgent care part of it . Fast intake , X-rays, seen by provider , got a boot fitted and checked out all in 1.5 hrs , and they said there was one person ahead of me which is crazy cause the waiting room had about 70 people in it , but they had regular appointments . They could use more signage at the road . It’s in the K and W cafeteria building

Unfortunately, two of the receptionists (as you come in) are rude! These two need some “personality” training. I am actively seeking a new orthopedic practice.
William S. rated 2 stars on 8/29/2023
I really like the doctors here but the 1st floor facility is a mess. I’ve been here twice with set appointments, back injections. Both times the wait was well over an hour and a half minutes from the scheduled appointment time. What they call the waiting room (actually a hallway with some chairs against the wall) often has no seats available. I’ve never seen a more poorely run scheduling system or a cheaper. This location should be ashamed of how poorly things are being managed with scheduling and their overall 1st floor facilities at the northline location.

I went to see Dr. Swinteck and get a temporary relief for my left knee today. He refused to give me a painkiller and ordered an MRI. I said I will do the MRI and again requested him and his assistants to help me with a painkiller tablets or injection. He refused and let me go without any help. Why would a patient go to a Dr. who is not willing to help a patient. I will not recommend anyone to go to to this unhelpful Dr. Frework A

The check in was a very nice lady, however the NP Sarah we saw who barely did anything in accessing the problem and admitted she had no idea what was causing the neck swelling. She prescribed medications that we specifically said could not tolerate. Not to mention it took a couple hours to even get the script called in to pharmacy. Many calls and extreme wait times on hold. Very disappointed in the care at this facility and I will NEVER consent to seeing NP Sarah again who works with Dr Ramos. It was extremely obvious this NP was very new and inexperienced, and resorted to ordering x-rays, MRI, expensive medications, follow up ( in 2 months), etc to a self pay patient to get us out the door. Working the system to make money is all I see in this visit. As a retired RN, I am well aware it is only a couple years more schooling and they are considered like a MD. Extremely less training but that is what we are left with. Sad in this country. Please know I am not even talking about scheduled pain medications. She outright refused to order the muscle relaxer previously taking. The only thing they will give for swelling and intense pain is NOTHING. The results of the opioid epidemic is hurting regular people in pain, which then contributes to the epidemic. Practitioners are SO AFRAID to order anything except basic over the counter medications. It was a waste of 250.00 to see her. I Do not recommend Emerge Ortho with Dr Ramo’s NP Sarah.

Awful experience. Front desk was the highlight of my time spent. If you’re into being left in the dark with little information provided, and the professional attitude of lumping all humans together that I’m sure is necessary in the profession of physical health and high speed care for quick capital, then this will probably be a great fit. However I believe we are multi dimensional beings, and if you’re dealing with layers of trauma and hold true care of humans close to your heart this place will fall short. I take responsibilty for my “deer in headlights” reaction to medical facilities, but even with my limited understanding of these professions I have to say I’m dissapointed in myself for allowing my Primary Care to refer me to a facility like this and following through when I knew it was wrong. Dissapointment and fear all around! Bring a notebook with you.
Terra H. rated 5 stars on 12/28/2022
I don’t know where to start explaining the excellent care I received on my first visit here. My appointment was not until 10:00. I arrived at 9:20 and was called back at 9:30. I did not get the lady’s name that checked me in but she was very very polite. The x-ray tech as well as the nurse assisting Dr. Beane were very polite and making me feel comfortable. When Dr. Bean came into the room he explained everything very thoroughly and quickly calmed me down and showed me step by step what he was going to do. I would recommend this specialist as well as doctor being to anyone!

At the start of the day the place was slammed and the staff handled everything so well! Everyone we encountered was so friendly! My son got hurt at a Scout meeting the night of 1/10/22 and I was able to successfully book an appointment for the following morning. When we got to EmergeOrtho we learned the appointment booked for Wednesday and my heart sank because I had a feeling my sons arm was broken, but that feeling went away so fast after the lady said, I’m gonna cancel tomorrow and put him in for 9! She handed me the iPad, got everything filled out, and within minutes of returning the iPad my son was called back. X-ray tech followed minutes later, then the doctor following. The longest part was the application of the cast! Which doesn’t take long at all, that’s how quickly and smooth everything was at EmergeOrtho!

We’ll certainly wasn’t expecting the burn I got from this Barre workout at Pure Barre! Once you enter the whole “gym” gives a very luxurious vibe, with all basic necessities equipped in the washroom to the comfortable sized change rooms. The employees are very kind and helpful and answer all your questions. From what I could see they only had 1 studio for workouts which was a decent size and the matting was comfortable too.Tolhe workout was a nice slow burn, it wasn’t as bad as intense cardio but its definitely not a mild workout so be ready for sore muscles at the end!

I’ve been going to Pure Barre for about two years now. After having my third baby it was hard getting the weight off and finding fitness instruction that was right for me- not only did the teachers/owner take the time to address the concerns I had with my body- the whole studio other members and all welcome you and support you along the way! I now have a pure barre family that I absolutely love going to on a daily basis!

Dr. O’Toole with Novant Health Brain and Spine ordered X-rays of my spine due to my complaint of foot and sciatic pain. The X-rays gave the unexpected diagnosis of Scoliosis in the lowest part of my spine. I was shocked and nervous. Luckily, mine was diagnosed sooner rather than later. Dr. O’Toole and his staff were lovely. He suggested core strengthening and flexibility exercises. I requested guidance on exercises and a referral to Novant Health Rehab, in the same building. My Physical Therapy Team is Erika and Ryan. They explained that this won’t cure Scoliosis but my strengthened muscles will better support my spine and hopefully slow the progress. Erika did my evaluation and explained the first batch of exercises and gave me an elastic band and printed instructions with illustrations, so I could also do them at home. She was so nice and helpful.Ryan has been doing the actual PT with me and I’ve been twice. He added more exercises and gave me the revised printed instructions with illustrations. Ryan has also been very nice, efficient and thorough with explaining new exercises and he patiently answers all my questions. I do my at home exercises everyday and my flexibility and core strength is improving steadily. I really appreciate the spacious and clean facility and all it’s equipment and tools, especially because it is close to home. The overall atmosphere of the PT area, other staff and other patients is very pleasant. I actually enjoy the appointments. After every appointment they update MyChart so I can read all their notes about my progress. I hope you don’t, but if you should ever need physical rehabilitation, for health or injuries, I highly recommend them.

About Integrative Therapies
Many people visit Integrative Therapies to follow a plan of care combining two or more services, such as physical therapy, clinical massage and biofeedback. Conventional physical therapy services such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound and rehabilitative exercise are offered. However, patients also have access to various forms of manual therapy (for example, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and lymphatic massage). Additionally, progressive forms of movement therapy are available in the Physical Therapy Department, such as the Trager Approach® and Feldenkrais Method®. Integrative Therapies has served the community for over 25 years. We invite you to partner with us in the exploration of your wellness care.
History: Integrative Therapies originally opened in 1991 in Greensboro, NC as Guilford Neuromuscular Therapy Center. The clinic came into being to serve individuals in the community who were dealing with chronic pain but who were having difficulty finding non-pharmacological resources to improve their quality of life. As the healthcare practice began to diversify its services, it re-incorporated as Integrative Therapies in 1998. In addition to physical therapy and medical massage, the clinic offerings expanded to include acupuncture, counseling and many other services. More recently, we added a physician to our staff who provides regenerative medicine, hypnosis and other pain management services. Although we are primarily a physician referred practice, people from the community do not typically need a doctor’s referral to receive care.

I told this office I wanted to get dry needling. After five visits and driving 380 miles back and forth to this office, I still have not gotten the dry needling. I was just told the other day that the only therapist that does this is leaving and found out today that his replacement does not do that. They had to have known that a little over two weeks ago, this therapist was moving away. They mislead me into thinking I could get this therapy. I have wasted time, energy, and a lot of gas money going here for therapy that I could have easily gotten in my hometown. I am in more pain right now than when I started visits here. I would NOT recommend based on my experience.

I have been a client of Select PT due to a torn meniscus and required rehabilitation for the last few months. I cannot adequately express my appreciation for the care, kindness and professionalism of Jennifer, Lisa and Shelby at your Greensboro, NC location.I have had the pleasure of working with each of these skilled practitioners as they bring a unique level of care and compassion to their patients, rarely seen in health care. Each of them embrace a comprehensive understanding of the helplessness that many of their clients experience throughout the re-hab process. The road to recovery leaves many patients experiencing isolation, job and income concerns, along with personal vulnerabilities and frustrations. Jennifer, Lisa and Shelby are truly THERAPISTS in every sense as they encounter these challenges daily. They focus on the physical and psychological well-being of their clients as they genuinely listen, relate and care. I’ve witnessed many interactions which involved a level of relatability and comfort that went far beyond the physical components of PT.Select PT is fortunate to have physical therapists of this caliber representing your practice. My twice-weekly sessions were often the highlight of my week as laughter and motivation were an integral part of the therapy process. Please share my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the progress and support I experienced with these three outstanding professionals. I have fully recovered, thanks to these three practitioners, but will certainly miss their enthusiasm and encouragement throughout our weekly sessions!

I have been coming to Jennifer for a rather serious neck problem. She did an in-depth assessment including measurements of my range of motion and a rather extensive interview of my daily activities and the restrictions I was experiencing. She developed an action plan which included a limited number of specific exercises I was to do at home. It was interesting that her care plan included a list of exercises I was not to do. Each session with Jennifer included specific exercises and activities that focused on the care plan’s goal to increase my neck’s range of motion. After therapy two times a week for four weeks, and my faithfully doing the specific exercises she assigned for me to do at home, my range of motion has increased 20 degrees in each direction! We still have a way to go but I am so pleased that she has developed a plan of action that really works. In addition to her obvious professional skill set she is personable, kind, and empathetic. If you are committed to following her plan, I am confident Jennifer can help you improve your area of need.
