I frequent this studio for the hot yoga classes. Jacqi is an excellent teacher and businesswoman. She has a variety of classes from beginner to experienced, heated and not heated. She has a small assortment of clothing for sale as well. The studio is gorgeous. It’s painted in darker colors with a beautiful ceiling painted in a copper-ish color. The lighting is perfect and the studio has a large window that lets light in during daytime classes. Love it!

Beautiful studio in downtown Green Bay. Instructors and owner are extremely welcoming. Classes move at a good pace and the playlists are excellent.

I’ve never written a Yelp review, but that is how much I loved my short experience at Grace. I could only do the trial period because I had to move for work, but I LOVED this studio. You get an insanely good work out but it’s still so fun and you focus a lot on technique. Jaci is so sweet and kind. She leads the class super well but you never feel like you’re being barked at. It’s a really supportive environment… Even the clients encourage each other! She switches up the music and routine every class so it’s always a fresh experience. And it’s not so hot that I feel like I’m going to pass out. I literally left every class feeling better than when I arrived. My favorite was the Yoga Sculpt. I just took a class at a studio in my new city and it made me miss Grace a lot :(. I wish I could go back!
Stacey J. rated 5 stars on 9/16/2014
The Sculpt Yoga classes are fabulous. The addition of just a little weight makes you realise which muscles to engage in each pose. I was sore afterwards = great work out! The music during class helps create the proper mood, from intense beats for challenging moves to mellow tunes for relaxation poses. This isn’t Bikram where you are dripping in sweat, but the warm temperature is very nice. The cool lavender towel at the end is a classy touch. Jaci is just the sweetest; you want to put her in your pocket and take her home with you.

I have been coming to this place for years! My mom is an employee for Aurora Baycare so we get to go for free. And let me tell you, if I lived in this area I would pay to go here! They are a rehab/ sports medicine clinic, but they have a work out area that everyone can use, and they offer an amazing variety of fitness classes (this is were I first discovered my love for yoga!).The staff here are incredible, but none more so than Regan. She does yoga/spin/endurance and strength training, and personal and rehab for individuals. She pushes you really hard, and at the end of your workout you feel like a badass because you gave it everything you had. The best part about it is all her classes can be modified according to levels, whether you’re just starting out in a work out routine or you’re a seasoned vet. They’re super professional, the place is always clean, and they have an amazing variety of classes, I love coming here!

Aurora BayCare Sports medicine is by far the best in Brown County, with the best orthopedic group. The doctors and their staff are kind, professional and the best in their field. Also found in the building is the sports medicine center with trainers that can improve your golf game or help your high school athlete perform better. Physical therapy is also in the building with and outstanding group that helped me get back to normal after a knee surgery. They also offer an array of alternative alive therapies like dry needling, which I highly recommend.

I use the Sports Center for yoga year round and spin during nasty weather. I’ve been a community member for several years. First, it is an excellent value. Second, the facility is first rate. Finally, and maybe most importantly, their leaders are excellent – especially, Regan. They are all professionals.I’ve dropped in to yoga studios all over the country and this place is first rate. Too bad it seems to be such a secret.
Jojo W. rated 1 stars on 1/23/2015
This review refers only to the physical therapy services of this facility. Nice facility, really nice people from the front desk to the therapist, but really lame therapy protocol. If you just want to check the box to say you’ve done your physical therapy, and while your at it pad their pockets for no return, then this is your place. Both the customer and the insurance companies are getting scammed by this physical therapy joint. They charge for both therapy and and office visit each time you go. Three visits cost me $160, that should normally cost me $30 total. The protocol I had was 45 minutes twice a week with a therapist who had me do one set of this and one set of that. Okay, I can do it, now give me a workout, give me sets, make me feel like I’m accomplishing something. When the 45 minutes was up, that’s it. No other self exercises as part of the therapy session in this fully equipped and spacious facility. A couple of exercises to do at home in between visits. Basically, they are charging you for a therapy session that is missing the “physical” in it. I can’t imagine how I’d effectively rehabilitate from my injury/surgery under this protocol.I do not recommend this place if you are serious about getting something out of your physical therapy.

I highly recommend Eliza A., PT and Women’s Health Clinical Specialist.Last fall I had major abdominal surgery, and when I asked about pain and discomfort during my followup visits, the surgeon said “That goes away eventually.” After 8 months and no improvement, I discovered Inspirit Therapy, and Eliza helped me resolve most of my issues with myofascial release and targeted exercises which helped me help myself. Her depth of knowledge is amazing, and her empathy and willingness to share was just what I needed. I wish I’d found her sooner…even better, I wish surgeons referred patients to her so I didn’t have to wait to accidently stumble across her!

A friend of mine invited me to try out a class as they had this special free class for the month of January. It was a really fun workout as it involved small, repetitive movements that matched with the fast-paced music. For the workout you got a resistant band, a small rubber ball, and a mat. You used all of them at some point of the work out. Two sides of the wall there is the barre which is also used during part of the workout. You don’t really do ballet moves with the barre, but you do use it for balance when doing specific movements. The instructor said it’s okay if your legs start to shake, that means you’re getting a good workout. Mine were shaking like crazy half way through the class. The instructor gave clear directions, but even if you got lost, there were a couple other instructors doing the workout so you could just follow them. Again, I liked how the music matched with workout. Even when stretching, the music slowed down and kept you calm. If you’re wanting to work out and try something new that’s not too intimidating, I would check out Pure Barre.
Rick M. rated 3 stars on 11/8/2017
First time checking out a Barre class. WOW intense! I have had Pilates classes before but they take it to another level. Nice studio, ample parking near by. If you are new I recommend being on the same side of the studio as the instructor. Hard to figure out the moves without seeing, at least for me. The music is loud but you can still hear the instructors directions. I think after a few sessions you could get into the flow. This is a great way to power up your core.
Rebecca R. rated 5 stars on 2/2/2019
This is a non-judgmental place. The instructors are very nice and helpful during class. They motivate you when you are being challenged, reminding you why you came. The workouts are for all ages and ability levels. All of the exercises can be modified to fit your personal abilities. It’s 50 minutes of high intensity, low impact exercises, but it goes fast! I recommend arriving early to get a spot at the front mirrors to see the moves better and bring water and your grippy socks. Your clothes will fit better and you’ll feel good about yourself. Try it for a month to see for yourself!
Crystal H. rated 4 stars on 1/20/2017
I tried their free community class recently. This was more of a tough workout than I expected. It’s a good all around, low impact exercise. You’ll want to wear grippy socks otherwise regular workout tights and tops are all you need. The movements are small and controlled but you’ll still feel the burn. As the instructor said, it will take a few classes to get all the movements down so don’t feel overwhelmed. Worth a try.

Love the shop and can’t wait to go back again. I had great experience with my first Chakra reading by Dawn. She was extremely patience and helpful answering my questions. I asked Dawn if she recommends any crystal for me, I can see she is very genuine and not encouraged me to buy anything in particular, but more about following my own intuition. Felicia was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about various crystal. She takes time to answer my questions. If you are looking for energy healing, crystal, gift or simply something to increase positive energy, I highly recommend to visit this hidden gem.

PRO-TIP: 10% off with Yelp check-in!EASY 10/5 stars just for the lovely, affectionate, furry friends that came out to say hi to us during our visit. Yang, the white cat, just plopped in front of us and demanded pats. SO SO CUTE. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Anyways. There’s a good variety of candles, crystals, and all other items you could possibly want for your metaphysical needs. A huge plus for me was that they had affordable gem stone/crystal necklaces. Many of them were from $10-20 and I’ve only seen them at like $25+ at other stores, so this was a huge plus for me. Service was extremely kind, welcoming, helpful, and informative. Would stop by again for sure!

This is my go-to store for all things crystals, cleansing herbs, candles, & spell supplies. The family who runs this shop is ABSOLUTELY lovely & their animals are adorable & friendly. Definitely expect Spirit the cat to lounge on the cashier counter or by the handcrafted jewelry! They have a wonderfully wide selection of crystals, which I like, but the majority of their inventory are tumbled (nothing wrong with tumbled crystals! But if you have a preference that’s something to note). And if you have any questions, they’ll answer them all with care & thoughtfulness. With alternative spirituality on the rise, I’m so glad that this shop is local to me. I even bought my mom her first Tarot deck here!I adore this business & will always support it. My one critique: PLEASE have a loyalty/rewards program!

I experienced my first ever sound massage with Jennie at Joyful Being. I admittedly was skeptical at first but to say it was refreshing is an understatement! Jennie instantly put me at ease, explaining what I could expect and getting me set up on the massage table. It took a bit to settle in; once my body released its tensions I quickly dozed off into a state of tranquility and near-sleep. Jennie’s energy is very calming, and she moves around the table in a way so as to not disturb her client while in their state of relaxation. I wanted the massage to keep going! I will definitely connect with Jennie again to schedule another sound massage in the future, and highly recommend others to try it as well.
