I stopped by with my bf to have a Tarot reading at Fremont Festival of the Arts. We got to pick our cards and ask our questions and we heard some positive predictions for our future. Doreen guided us and showed us what to do.The only thing I would have liked more of is what each card represents and how it can be read because I think the symbolism is cool, and even if it’s routine to the reader it’s all new to me.

My session was with Doreen.I have been to a couple of psychic readers, including one that was absolutely on the money and she’s an absolute fraud. A genuine psychic doesn’t need to ask you questions to determine your life details, they intuit it. Furthermore, about half way through, she kept trying to sell me a treatment plan, asked me how much other people charged. Her predictions were either cold reading, entirely off base, general enough that anyone could find meaning in them, or meant as a way for me to pay for one of her services. A lot of her intuitions were based on shallow racial stereotypes (I’m Indian)…like I’m good at studying and prioritized it, and how I would be gifted at a variety of careers (shouldn’t she be able to intuit that? Lmao. Even though some of her guesses were totally off base)Apparently I was “so blocked” that I needed therapy and medication before she could intuit information about my romantic future. Obviously a scare tactic meant to finesse more money.Save your money and your peace of mind. It’s horrifying how scammers like these take advantage of vulnerable people that just want absolution for life’s challenges and overall uncertainty.

This is my first time attending this place. But now my second card reading! I’ve read positive reviews about this place and felt that this would be good place for me. I needed to get some closure on my past. And have been feeling lost in my journey along with it. I wanted to get some insights on what had been troubling my mind. Kim was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel comfortable, open-minded, and relaxed. I was really surprised by what she was able to read in the cards about just me only. She got a lot of information about me right. And I got to learn more of my future. Overall I was happy with the results and experience. And left feeling at peace and ready for my new journey. I scheduled a 30 minute reading with Kim. This was my first tarot reading ever. I told her nothing about my life, just my name and date of birth and she drew my cards. What an amazing hypnotherapy session with Bella. I came to her wanting guidance in my well being and after months of CBT (talk therapy) I decided to try other avenues to address it. I booked one hypnotherapy session with her, and no it’s not the hokey-dokey things you see in the media, but is an inviting practice to highlight your calmer, more honest self and helps give you a safe space to navigate them. Yesterday I saw Bella for a Hypnotherapy Session. She helped me with some trapped emotions that I’ve been holding onto for quite some time. We uncovered other negative emotions and limiting beliefs I didn’t even know I had.Her style is really cool – she uses a NLP, MER, and traditional Hypnotherapy in all her sessions. So you get a blend of all 3 modalities, when usually practitioners are only certified in 1. Added bonus that she’s Board Certified 6x in all 3, amongst a few other things like being a Holistic Practitioner. We also talked about some health stuff, which I’ll be seeing her next for and trying out her Reiki Reading, Healing By Frequencies, and Nutritional Consulting services.

I have only ever done tarot card readings with a close family friend who passed away a few years ago. I could write a book about my experiences at FYZICAL Therapy Center / Fremont . However it is a review so I’ll make it semi – short and sweet ( I think ) !!!My p/t experience began 1/2021 after my 1st knee replacement surgery . Right from the beginning I was completely surprised from the outstanding care , concern and commitment I received from my p/t specialist along with every single staff member including the office staff . Everyone is pleasantly nice , courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the different aspects and expectations of the body . They all know The Who , what , where , when and how of it all . Any concern / curiosity I had about my knee . I always got the right and supportive answer . Mind you this was not my first trip to any physical therapy joint . Throughout my life I’ve had multiple bangs which required p/t . Out of all the p/t centers FYZICAL THERAPY CENTER / FREMONT has been the best of the best for me . When I’m called in to start my p/t session i notice every other patient has that same glow and are treated with the golden touch the therapist their provide to all of us …. It’s 7 months later and I just had my other knee replacement surgery so I’m here willingly and without a doubt at FYZICAL THERAPY CENTER / FREMONT and I wouldn’t change it for the world . With that said I’ve had the pleasure meeting many other patients who’ve come , gone and return back because they know the service and it’s entirety is OUTSTANDING!!!So if your looking for a elite , professional, caring , committed group of therapist / staff then I totally suggest you allow Darryl, Pono ,Michelle, Robel, Andrew , Jeffrey , Lance , Trevor , Ada and Taylor care for your physical therapy needs !!!

Darrel and staff provide the absolute pinnacle of physical therapy restorative services to patients in the Fremont (east bay) area. After recently experiencing a fall injury (right shoulder), post surgery I was very stiff and sore, although thanks to the excellent regimen of care at Fyzical, I’m on the mend and enjoy less discomfort everyday. I had a major knee surgery 7 weeks ago . This knee has been operated 9 times and this was a total knee revision and this was the 3rd revision. The odds for this knee doing very well were low and I needed the best physical therapy I could find.I picked Fyzical, Fremont, Ca. When the owner Darryl Lopez took over the case he said he would do everything he could to get this knee the best he could.I have been doing physical therapy with Darryl now for 5 weeks and I have never had such a great therapist. I am now better than I have been with this knee over 35 years. Darryl works so hard and so does his entire team . I can now bend my knee at nearly 120 degrees and walk nearly normal This is the best place a patient can go for physical therapy. They care about what they do and more importantly they care for each patient.If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would

Totally knowledgeable and professional team here. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and covid-safe. This is the support group I needed after my major shoulder surgery and they are all committed to getting me back to where I was before my injury. The review is totally for the office staff. The actual therapists are great, knowledgeable, competent and caring; the office staff seems to be made up of surly teenagers. I had successive problems scheduling. After my first appointment, I struggling to find a second date for an appointment with my therapist. The the scheduler offered to put me down for weekly dates in the future and let me know the dates (I had been in line for a while and I had to leave to get through traffic to my next appointment). I never received the updated list of my future appointments, so unsurprisingly I had trouble keeping the appointments. I had to call the morning of to reschedule a couple times, which was on me, but the last straw was the getting rude treatment for missing an appointment I NEVER KNEW ABOUT. Clearly there was a communication error on both our parts, however, the lack of professionalism was totally unwarranted. We could have figured it out, but as I said, the attitude was that of a surly teenager.

After undergoing total knee replacement surgery, I was looking for someplace to receive outpatient physical therapy, following my in-home PT treatment. A friend of mine was receiving treatment at Peak Performance for her foot injury and said they helped her regain strength and flexibility. After calling to book an appointment, I verified that they would accept my insurance. I met with Todd W., who is a certified PT and co-owner. We discussed a treatment plan that I was in full agreement on. Neeva and Katie are the two other certified PT’s. They also have PT Aides who assist with my treatment to include explaining the variety of exercises and how to properly use the equipment, along with administering ice and electric stimulation treatment. I like that the staff are constantly encouraging me with my treatment, but do so in a very professional and patient manner. They appear to be fully invested in my rehabilitation. Working with Todd, Neeva and Katie has been critical in my recovery. I like that they push me with my treatment. As the saying goes “no pain…….no gain” and I’m a true believer in it.The PT Aides are also knowledgeable and a great help. They also really care about my well being and are always eager to answer any questions I may have about a certain exercise or how to properly use a piece of equipment. The PT Aides who I’ve worked with are Ryan, Mariel, Darani, Megan and Arjun. I haven’t worked with Tammy yet, since she must work the days and times I’m not there. Booking appointments is easy, since it’s usually with Monique, who is the Front Desk Manager. She’s very helpful and friendly and always accommodates my appointments with my schedule. I like that they have taken precautions around Covid-19. They ask anyone entering their gym area to use the hand sanitizer in the lobby. Also, most staff and many patients wear masks. I like that they wipe-down their equipment after it’s used. They also have a place for me to place my belongings, while I’m receiving treatment. I would recommend Peak Performance to anyone looking to rehab from an injury.

This place is so unprofessional. Their website was outdated and difficult to navigate, so I had to leave a message. I stated that I wanted to verify my insurance coverage before making an appointment. When they called me back, they clearly didn’t listen to my message at all. They had no idea why they were even calling me. The woman was so rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by answering the phone.Without even verifying my information, they said I would have to just pay upfront. I contacted a different place and they told me I actually have full coverage with no deductible by my insurance and only needed to pay copay. I’ll take my business to someone who actually puts in the effort.

I was glad to get a consultation, but it was about 2 weeks due to their high demand. Based on the previous reviews I knew I wanted to be a client at this location. They are spot on and pin pointed my injury.Therapy is about 45 minutes and you may/may not have a teams rotating you with various exercises. Everyone is qualified, helpful and friendly.

I didn’t have a great experience here at all. I had a few sessions here and my problem got much worse and I’m not really surprised. The place was really unprofessional. They were really late for the first session, I lost 30% of the time and they didn’t make it up to me. They constantly send me emails and texts. During my actual sessions, I dealt with 4 different people in the span of an hour. Someone would assign me an exercise and then leave and then a different person would see me at the tail end of the exercise and point out that I was doing it wrong. So during one of my sessions, I did every exercise wrong and nobody was there to guide me and I only saw them do it once really quick so I guess not a surprise that I didn’t do it completely right. I’ve had physical therapy at other places before and it saved me from a lot of pain and having surgery, this place made my pain worse.

“And the world can take care of itself.” This was my 3rd Meditation Retreat with the Legendary Goddess Warrior Diane Gysin and by far the most powerful! I shared an awesome weekend with 5 amazing souls all on a purpose driven path to greatness, healing, awakening, and it was such an honor to witness everyone’s transformation. We forged our path’s individually yet collectively (it’s what tribes do to support one another) through the Labyrinth several times, whittled sticks that symbolized shedding old baggage stories, experienced various forms of meditation styles, and journaled our revelations. I love that the meditation retreat took place in a secluded but beautifully breathtaking property because I was able to dial in easier into my higher self. My favorite part was the twin jump mediation: I met my physically fit sculpted-self, saw my inner child, and both sandwiched me into one of the most intense loving hugs I ever felt. Of course no meditation retreat is complete without delicious country-style meals (prepared by Diane), watching our illusions burn off in a bonfire and celebrating afterwards with S’mores, and stargazing in a clear starlit sky. I learned much this weekend, but none as important as letting the world and others take care of itself/themselves while I stay laser focused on what I want to manifest, one simple yet powerful thought at a time. Thank you Diane for always being of service with love and light, for your one of a kind healing meditation retreats, and for lovingly pushing me in true Diane fashion these past 4 years. If you want an example of just how powerful this retreat is, every restaurant/bar I have visited in the past 2 years, I wanted a Pink Squirrel but none had them or even knew what they were. Chanel is incredibly gifted, I simply can’t recommend her services enough! I often reflect back on my very first reading with Chanel because it was such a profound experience. At the start of the call she asked for a picture, my full name and birthdate, and what blew me away was that she knew the reason I was calling before I even told her. She was also able to tell me other things I was experiencing during that period of time, again, before I even started sharing the details of why I was calling. It was shocking – this experience completely opened my mind to the legitimacy of psychic practice. What I really appreciate about Chanel is her warmth, compassion, and her ability to balance that with delivering any hard realities. She has provided me so much insight, guidance and validation during my spiritual awakening journey. Since then I have met with a few other psychics, but none of these experiences have quite resonated with me the same way Chanel has. While I’m at a point where I am working on developing my own intuition and inner guidance, I’ll continue to check in with Chanel when I’m in need of a bit more support.

I’ve been going through some situations in relationship and came across her Yelp page, read all the reviews and decided to give her a try. I had another reading from an online psychic a few days prior about my situation. That psychic has been known to be mostly accurate for me, yet I still hold skepticism about supernatural power. Also her prediction this time was somewhat unbelievable to me so I contacted Chanel, who gave the same future reading as that psychic!!! I went to see a psychic for my birthday but only little of what she said stood out and with me yet it did with my friends whom I went with so over the weekend I was like let me give it one more shot. I found Chanel on Yelp and decided to text her my name and see if I could be seen. She text back letting me know that she does a 3 minute screening and I text her and said I was interested. She then asked me to send my photo, name and date of birth. After I sent those texts she let me know she would call me soon and sent follow up messages (which was really sweet). She finally texted me to call her when she was free and gave me a screening to see if what she was seeing resonated with me or not. It was as if she already knew what was in my head, my main worry and my questions that I formed in my brain prior to reaching out. She made things make so much sense and broke it down in the way I was feeling. She then asked if I wanted to continue with a further reading and I couldn’t help but say yes since the screening was so spot on and I felt it within me. She offers 10 minute, 20 minute and 30 minute readings and I went with the 20 minutes and I got so much information within that call and she left time at the end for me to ask her questions. During the reading she answered so many of my questions that I barely had any but she was able to tell 2 that I really wanted to know, she also broke down a really big dream that I have (no one really knows about my strive for it) and told me to focus on that because it is going to happen, that brought me to tears! Majority of my reading was on one particular thing that has been in my mind and on my plate for the past few years and she saw it, she knew things that no one but myself knows and she was able to tell me how I was feeling and she brought reality to life for me. Her overall vibe, tone of voice and approach at getting your reading to you was so chill, it was like you were talking to a friend. She often asked if it was resonating or made sense and would break things down if they didn’t. It was like she could feel my pain and confusion on certain things that no one else should understand. She took the time to explain things that you wouldn’t expect someone to do, but she wants you to actually understand what she is saying and to get your full success from and after your reading. She did not up-sale herself or her services during our call which made the reading feel even more real and personable as she wants you to actually learn the process of healing alone because you have the power within you.This call with Chanel was ever uplighting and enlightening for me. She recommended that I meditate and I did after our call, which cleared my mind and made me more at ease. I know that it is during the pandemic and we are unsure of how we can be seen over the phone rather than in person but the call was as if I was sitting in front of her for an actual reading. It has been a little over a year since I last came to float. The setup of Solivana is both relaxing and rejuvenating. I love coming to float whenever I am struggling with physical pain or just need a breather away from everyday life. Guests are given the steps on what to do before & after floating and the essentials that you need are provided for you. The entire spa’s equipment and set up with the different rooms (i.e. sensory deprivation tanks, infrared sauna & cold plunge, halotherapy salt room, etc.) is high quality and well worth the money. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good self-care resource to add to their list. I feel so lucky that this Spa is close to home, thank you Solivana!

Right from the booking experience to walking through the front doors you feel the love and energy in the room.Natasha was more than welcoming . She gave my friend and I the tour. Everything was so clean and organized I was blown away. I did the red light and plunge which I am not a newbie to and truly loved it the room was perfect, truly a spa experience. I ended up buying a membership and booking the next day to come back!

Elite Sports Physical Therapy is one of the best clinics I’ve ever been too the service is great everyone that works there is all striving for the same thing which is to make everyone feel normal again. I was an intern there for over a year and within that year I was able to learn a lot from Dr. Kim who is the head physical therapist and she cares for everyone who walks through those doors and believes no matter what the injury is your going to be able to feel yourself again in no time. Overall great experience from when you walk in and get to meet the staff and couldn’t ask for a better place to do my internship at thank ESPT this isn’t good bye it’s more of a see your later

I had the privilege of interning at Elite Sports Physical Therapy for a year, and it was an enriching experience where I was able to deepen my understanding of the field and improve my skills in patient care and rehabilitation. I had the opportunity to observe and learn many therapeutic assessments and treatments for various injuries from the many physical therapy students that rotated, physical therapy aides/technicians, and, most importantly, Dr. Kim. Throughout my experience, Dr. Kim was a great communicative and engaging leader, teacher, and mentor and I will forever be grateful for her offering this opportunity. Working alongside therapists, I was able to get hands-on experience in various therapeutic modalities, from applying ice and heated packs to using ultrasound and electrical stimulation. I was also able to assist with operating specialized equipment at the clinic such as the AlterG treadmill, Cervical traction, and Lumbar traction. One of the highlights of the internship was interacting with the patients, where greeting patients, resolving inquiries, and assisting them with mobility issues was a fulfilling aspect of the job. Another key takeaway from this experience was the importance of effective communication and collaboration. Building rapport with patients and working with a diverse team of student physical therapists taught me the value of tailoring different treatment plans to every patient, which also broadened my perspective and inspired me to innovate and explore different methods for assisting patients in their recovery journey. My time at Elite Sports Physical Therapy was a formative experience that not only deepened my passion for physical therapy but also equipped me with essential skills for a successful career in physical therapy. I feel fortunate to have been part of the ESPT team. It has been inspiring to observe Dr. Kim’s approach with each patient. Dr. Kim integrates a variety of elements into patient care, from yoga to tai chi to weight training, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic treatment experience. She focuses on “convenient” exercise that patient can easily incorporate into their daily routines. Her blend of caring compassion and extensive knowledge as a clinician and instructor shines through in every interaction. Really appreciate the quality of care I’ve received here. Yes, they do employ interns – who are generally very knowledgeable and skilled. Whenever I have a question or need further help – Dr Kim is always there and available! I have found her care to not only heal my injury but to also return me to my activities stronger and more knowledgeable than I was before!!

I had total knee surgeries on both my knees and had PT before at Stanford and 2 other PT offices not much improvement. AT Elite PT, Kim the Physical Therapist, and her very knowledgeable staff were so good at understanding my rehab needs that every technique worked. They knew the latest techniques to improve my strength my walking and even encouraged me to start running The surgery made me painfree but it was Kim that taught me how to live and function normally again. They spend so much individual time with me which helped me correct my mistakes. Other PT offices spend more time on modalities that feel good then but dont help my daily activities. Cherise at front desk goes out of her way to accomodate my busy work schedule. I wish I had gone here sooner and used their smart personal trainers instead of wasting my insurance at other PT clinics.

I have been to at least ten different PT offices in my life for several problems. This was the best PT office I have ever been to for one main reason: Excellent unparalleled level of care. Kim and her team of care providers take great pride in knowing the most current methods of evaluating and treating the patient. I went in with Ankle pain and weakness but they found my hips, knees and even my low back to be weak. They worked on all those areas and then taught me how to walk properly. Other offices I have been to will just work with one area ignoring the other problems and then your pain never really goes away. What good is it to get fancy home exercise programs all colorful as we all know it is no fun doing exercises alone at home or one whole hour of attention from someone who really isnt upto date on their knowledge. I preferred the quality time they spent with me, correcting my bad habits of doing certain exercises, walking and sitting. Just a simple written reminder of home program was enough, as the staff had made sure I understood what to do. That was the most important, invaluable part.The office is very clean, mindful of Covid, smiling warm receptionist with email reminders of appointments. Phone calls are not always answered by a live person but I prefer the live person calling me back or emailing my appointments rather than phones being picked up immediately by a person in a foreign country – Call Centers- that does not understand my situation!! Cherise always know what to do or will find out how to help you.

Reception was great. It was easy to set up appointments.But the clinic seems to heavily depend on interns and not consistent, thorough, attentive care from an actual PT. Dr. Kim was the only PT on staff each time I went (six visits), and her attention was divided, only spending a few minutes each time (at most) on me, while jumping from patient to patient and offloading care to her interns & aides. To her credit, she was friendly and cheerful and knowledgeable, but when working with me seemed to spend as much time teaching a (different!) intern what she was doing with me as she was diagnosing and evaluating me and making sure I was doing well. For each 30 minute visit, I got (at most!) 10 minutes with a PT, and the remainder with a PT student.Furthermore, post-appointment follow-up, including timely conveying of at-home exercises, was horrible. Not only did I not get my exercises until I prodded, they were low-quality PDFs sent over text messages.In sharp contrast, I’ve since switched to a different PT clinic (Silver Creek Physical Therapy in Milpitas), and I get the full attention of a DPT for the entire duration of each visit — in which my PT isn’t just checking in with me while spending equal energy educating an intern. Furthermore, in contrast to Elite PT, I have gotten access to a frequently updated video-based portal for at-home exercises in a timely fashion that helps me track & review my progress.My particular issue is shoulder pain, which Dr. Kim identified as rotator cuff strain. But my new PT — after a thorough, one-hour-long visit — pinpointed it more precisely as biceps tendinopathy. Which has since been confirmed by MRI. That’s the kind of precision I want from a PT diagnosis, along with corresponding care plan.If you just want to get some quick PT for a simple, straightforward injury, then Elite may do. But if you want devoted attention & follow-up for more ambiguous/unclear issues, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been with Dr. Flynn for several years and I have to say he has relieved so much pain from my back. When I need an adjustment Jackie and Dr. Flyn will always try to accommodate me for an appointment. He’s not only a good chiropractor but a great listener. He truly cares about all his patients. Jackie is great and on her toes about reminding me of my appointments. She is also a caring loving woman. I am so glad I found New Generations, it is so close to home, and they give there all. I definitely recommend New Generation!!! Very clean and still using hand sanitizer and taking our temperature and disinfecting the place. Thank you, Dr. Flynn and Jackie. 🙂 You guys are the best.Rita

I have suffered with severe neck and shoulder sprain for 4 months now. I called Dr.Flynn’s office and they were very busy but Jackie pulled some magic strings and got me in (thankfully). Dr.Flynn has an experience of over 30+ years and it shows given the thorough examination followed by the treatment which happened in multiple stages, using machine and hand techniques. It transported me to another world. This chiropractic center really puts in lot of effort in understanding the issues and works hard in fixing it. In just one visit I can tell the difference it has made in my day to day life. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting the right care.

Dr Flynn’s been our family chiropractor since 2006. He is the best chiropractor in town! Before I met Dr. Flynn, I’ve tried other chiropractors in the area and some of them pretty much had to make me keep coming back for a full body adjustment (1 day for neck area , 1 day for shoulder area, 1 day for lower back area, etc..); it felt like they’re in the profession to juice as much money out of the insurance company. It was so frustrating. Luckily for me, I found Dr. Flynn! He did my full- body adjustment in just 1 day! He has a magical touch. He can definitely make your muscle pains go away. Believe it! He knows what he’s doing, and he’s not just doing it for the money. He truly cares for his patients. He’s welcoming, kind, and very professional. I even learned about some rare, non-acidic tomatoes during my last appointment with Dr. Flynn. Thanks Dr. Flynn! You are the best!

Dr. Flynn and Jackie took so much good care of me. I trusted them to take care of my 13-year-old son. Came here via the VA out sourcing a chiro for me. Dr Flynn is super friendly and a great listener when it comes to what you are in need. I’ve been to several other chiropractors and usually in and out of my appointments extremely quickly and felt rushed, but I loved how Jackie and Dr Flynn really take their time to give a top of the line experience in terms of treatment. As of today, this office does only open 3 days a week, with limited hours, which might be an issue for some, but worked out for my schedule. Will be back Doc!

I called and made an appointment. I was experiencing pain in my lower back. I waited for over an hour and still no help. After I filled out all the paperwork she said you need to fill out more paperwork. I said I will pay cash and I don’t want to go with my insurance anymore but she insists on getting my insurance company so they can bill. I-got so frustrated that I asked for my copies amd left. I believe this establishment is running an insurance fraud or scam. I WILL BE REPORTING THESE GUYS TO BBB KAISER AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE. She try to sell me some shoe orthopaedic inserts like I’m some foreigner just fell off from back of a truck. What is wrong with people nowadays.

Dr. Flynn is honestly the best and Jackie is great too! Every time I get an adjustment I literally feel as if someone oiled my joints and feel loose! Plus the hot pad that they put on before the adjustment is so relaxing! I definitely recommend this place!

Jackie is a bit moody lol. But be patient with her she’s actually a sweetheart. I think this place is ran by Jackie and Dr. Flynn only so she’s got alot on her shoulders. Most of the reviews talk about Jackie, she ain’t that bad you guys! Dr. Flynn of course knows what he’s doing and if you keep up with regular appointments you’ll feel alot better. He gives “homework” to do stretches and techniques that’ll help so it’s good to keep up. It’s a hidden place, but it’s behind and between two buildings. This place is only known from referrals and isn’t really busy so that’s a plus. If you’re new, of course paperwork happens, your drivers license, medical card will be needed. First visit WILL take longer than usual. After that every visit will be shorter. You’ll always fill out a chart with a diagram of where the pain is, how you got it etc etc,.

First of all, let me say Dr Flynn is amazing at what he does, however he needs to fire the lady who works the front desk, I believe her name is Jackie. She’s unorganized, rude, has no customer service and zero patience. On 4/27/18 at 1000am, I called looking for a chiropractic adjustment and to see what Dr Flynn’s availability was. First she asks if I’m paying cash or using insurance? I felt this was a strange question I told her I’d be using insurance but paying cash for co-pay. (Maybe if I were paying out of pocket I’d be moved to the front of the line) She insisted they are really busy today, but will give me a call back with availability. 2 hours later, I decide to call.. and she stated she’s busy w other customers at the moment and will call me back. I finally received a call 3 hours later from her, with an availability at 6pm which didn’t work for me. She insisted on arguing w me about my availability, and my schedule. Who does that?Dr Flynn, you can do better! Get rid of the miserable troll who “works” the front desk, and find someone who actually cares about what they do.

I went here a couple weeks ago for a $59.99 adjustment/30min massage so i figured it shouldn’t take no more than one hour, but somehow they managed me to have me wait around for 2 hours and 30mins just putting me in different rooms. The waiting room is old and looks like a mess. the front desk receptionist was rude, going back and forth with calls. The Chiropractic doctor did my adjustment well when we finally got to do it. But just made me feel uncomfortable, you will understand if you do end up going there. The massage was not hard enough for me and put icy-hot or something on me (which i didn’t ask for) i have sensitive skin so it was hurting/burning and could not relax or enjoy this massage. *********I wouldn’t ever go back**********overall adjustments (okay) 2.5/5Massage (not happy) 1/5waiting room (dirty, 2.30 hour wait) 0/5customer service 1.5/5

I have ankle problem, and my doctor refer this place. I have not read yelp before choosing this place. (I should). I just randomly choose this place, since it is next door to the doctor’s office.This is my third week of physical therapy here. My main phsyical therapist is Jason P.He is very knowledgeable, polite, professional. He work with me. In addition, Robel also help me out for my exercise, and explain things to me. I have been to other physical therapy place, I feel this one is the “best”. People are very niceand also very customer-centric. (has great customer-service).Even only 3 weeks, I recovered a lot already, thanks again everyone there.(one thing is, I have not see my insurance bill yet, hopefully it is “billed” correctly,otherwise, I might have to have a new “update” on this review).

One star because Jason tries really hard despite the bad service from everybody else. The receptionist always insist on making me get a prescription even when my insurance doesn’t require it. I guess the doctors want to buy another Bentley. Anyhow Jason was good but he was told to only treat one of my problems at a time. I got tired of this and just went to another PT ( check my reviews) where I got better much quicker. If you don’t have any other option just demand improvement. They don’t care if you don’t ask

Horrible customer service. Just scheduling an appointment became confrontational. The office manager – Christine, should seriously learn the basics of treating people with respect. When I asked her what the typical treatments consists of, she stated “it’s physical therapy”. Bummer, I was looking for a more detailed response in regards to type of technique as many PT utilizes different methods. She was combative during the initial call, it’s unfortunate because people like her, the business lost a customer.

I went here a few years ago for a chronic shoulder issue. Definitely learned a lot of techniques/strengthening exercises from Daryl & other trainers. Now I use at my gym. I’m about to recommend them to my neighbor who has some knee issues from sports. These guys and the doctors next door treat a lot of top athletes. You can’t substitute the equipment & knowledge they have.

Waste of time and horrible customer service .. I spent 1.5 month and 500 USD but no improvement. Later I joined peak performance in Fremont which is way better than this facility. I recommend peak performance for any sport injury not sport clinic.

Therapy treatment does really give much attention. 75% of it was putting heatpad, ice pack and electrical stimulation. Then a bit of exercises n barely any treatment from the therapist.It did not help my pain and condition.And then they always bill quite a lot. Even with good insurance u end u paying a fair bit. Plus u probably pay certain amount for every visit up front.Add to that the customer service at the front desk is not that great.I would avoid this place. I m sure better care can be found.

I highly recommend this facility! The staff is Awesome! Esp Pono!!! Love his humor and he’s got great interaction with his patients. My daughter only has a few sessions left with him and she’s totally bummed. If I could give them 10 Stars I would!!!

In seeking a therapist in the Fremont area who practices Active Release Technique (ART), I visited Darryl Lopez for two stints over the past 3 years. I found the front office and therapy aides polite and attentive to my needs.With insurance reimbursements only decreasing these days, physical therapists are forced to overbook their appointments, so this sometimes led to wait times of 15-30 minutes. I didn’t mind this, as long as the quality of care was not compromised.Darryl is attentive and responsive to your daily updates, and when therapy was ineffective after a few weeks, he suggested discontinuing treatment. He then referred me to a few doctors/specialists who might better diagnose me. For this, I’m very grateful for his honesty. I won’t hesitate to visit Darryl in the future if ART would be a treatment option for me. Darryl was also helpful in recommending see his chiropractor partner, Dr Aiona for Graston technique, another form of soft tissue mobilization

For the last four years, I have been going to Sports Clinic to see Pono for Chiropractic Adjustments. He is really knowledgeable and always answers my questions with a thorough explanation that I {without any medical knowledge} can easily understand. Every time I go in, I instantly feel so much better after the adjustment. The environment is always clean, friendly, and welcoming. The office ladies are so sweet and remember all of their patients {always greeting them by name as they walk in the door}. You can honestly feel the family environment Sports Clinic has created.
