Unfortunately she’s a scam artist. she’s very kind but will slowly try to milk money out of you. She will try to gauge how much you’re willing to spend by telling you that you need to spend money on special candles she will use that are $100 each and from there she will negotiate on a cheaper price to do something else. And then she asked me to buy a gift card at Victorias secret and wrote down my wishes on it. Weeks later she asked me to bring it in so she can do some work on it. She then called me to tell me there was no money on it (at that point I was onto her scam and had it cancelled). She was trying to use the card for heref!

From my first phone call for an appointment, thisOffice was a pleasure to work with. They were always accommodating with a time and day for me.They provided transportation for the few weeks that I needed it. The therapists worked so hard to make to me better and the office staff communicated with each other so they all new my situation. And I cannot say enough about the aides.Very compassionate staff not just with me but with the other patients there. Very clean office. I would highly recommend.

This is now my 3rd time in Physical Therapy (different issues each time), but All-Care has been by far the most impressive, thorough, and aggressive (in a good way). The team there has been excellent at evaluating my situation and building a custom course of therapy. As I have progressed they have gradually increased my activities and weights. All around very impressed. They also offer transportation to and from the facilities that has been extremely helpful as my current condition limits my ability to drive.

Dr. Robert Chickara is nothing less than WONDERFUL! He has helped my husband and I with out chronic back issues. He is the most kind hearted and caring chiropractor I have ever dealt with. He truly cares about his patients and his physical therapy staff have helped my 10 year old daughter and 9 year old son with various injuries and issues. Don’t go to this office for soft wave . they are doing soft wave on customers and have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE what level of waves that ligaments and tendons can withstand and will make you worse . Specific ligaments and tendons have to have a severely low frequency or you damage the ligament and tendon further . I had a few sessions and never went back because my ligament is way worse . I had to see a doctor in the city who explained to me that all of these chiropractors ask you where the pain is – and they take these wand and put it on whatever level they feel and just put it where the pain is. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS AND YOU NEED TO HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT LEVEL EACH LIGAMENT CAN WITHSTAND AND I ASSURE YOU THEY DO not…..

My bad I reviewed my doctor and physical therapist, but I neglected to mention the great staff that is the backbone of coordination. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They really try to accommodate you. Andy and his assistant are really fun to be around. It helps me make my appointments easier because I actually have a good time going there lol! Andy has a way of pulling all the patients together into this big conversation and we make new acquaintances while we try to complete our therapy together. We learn about other people’s lives during our rehab and that’s a strong incentive to complete your therapy. He always makes us laugh and that’s important when you’re committing so much time alongside your job and other responsibilities. I should of said this the first time I was there several years ago. Hope this review did justice.

My experience with Dr. Murphy and the staff at CJP&W far exceeded my expectations. For years, I had simply accepted the pain I was in. However, after consultation, clear explanations and a few weeks of treatment, i am now more mobile and given the skills to maintain this new and improved spine! I highly recommend this practice.

I went here for acupuncture treatment. The acupuncturist was very knowledgeable…I would see him again. However, the admin/billing department is so disorganized! I found this place via Groupon and before leaving I gave them my Groupon number. A few hours later I was called and they asked for it again. Today, I received a bill in the mail for not only my session but other services as well. The bill was over $400. The acupuncturist should find a new office to work out of. This place really needs to get their act together!

I’ve been to MANY chiropractic offices over the years. This office is 100% amazing. The office staff are kind, sweet, caring , helpful. The Dr’s are caring, understanding, take time to listen and do every thing they can to help. I went to a chiropractor for 5 months with no help! ! I changed and found this office *Thank God* they have helped me in a short time! I would recommend this office to EVERYONE that needs a chiropractor and/or physical therapy. Although I have not needed the physical therapy here.. I do have heat/ice etc in that section of the office. The physical therapist takes time with patients. Is friendly, caring. The entire office is amazing!

Physical therapy has taught me how important it is to not only move and stretch but also to have proper form. But it’s expensive and only so much is covered by insurance. I get the same results AND it’s fun here, and not limited to one specific body part, the whole body gets moving. Thank you, Sherry! Bonus, it’s almost across the street from Delicious Orchards. Get yourself a miniature pecan pie or gourmet coffee to celebrate when done. 🙂

I’m so glad I found this little studio in Freehold. It’s basic – just a yoga room without a fancy reception area but it’s spacious, personal and welcoming. Sherry is a great instructor and its clear that she has a lot of knowledge and experience in body/movement therapy. Even in a class setting, she is able to tailor the movement to individual skill levels in a way that makes it both safe and effective. I’m very comfortable sending my 78 year old mother who’s a breast cancer survivor to a class with her.

My boyfriend Greg and I have been taking arial yoga classes here and I have to say it has been a wonderful experience thus far. There is plenty of room to do all the arial poses. The arial yoga instructor Chelsea is phenomenal. She is thorough with her instructions and makes us comfortable and confident doing more challenging poses. Expensive, but look at all the amenities: unlimited classes, pool, sauna, steam.. Trainers, equipment, machines.. spacious gym floor .. weight room for serious bodybuilding.

Someone recently asked me why I chose CentraState Fitness and Wellness Center as my gym. I mean it’s really an expensive facility and there’s limited space at the free weights area, sometimes the pool is out longer than I care for, and the bathrooms can be a bit…. like a dormitory bathroom. I sometimes cheekily reply, “because it’s connected to the hospital. Faster and easier access in case of emergency!” On April 17, 2019, I was proven right. I finished working out and noticed the head sales manager at the time, had ran out to the front desk and shouted, “Code Blue!!” What that means is all available trainers must come running to a specific person because something happened and someone needs medical assistance. The manager (I believe his name is Ron) was out of breath and very alarmed. The nurse on duty was unfortunately on a break but when she heard, she quickly came running back and literally dumped her purse and water bottle down by a table in the front to assist with the medical situation. She didn’t even care about her personal belongings and demonstrated her first priority was to the medical situation at hand. Turns out an elderly man who has dementia was swimming and he forgot he was swimming and went down. Literally with a matter of 15 minutes, the EMS team showed up and put the gentleman who passed out was on a stretcher and pushed through the corridor and into the next building which was the hospital. While I do sometimes still complain the pool is out or the showers are filled with hairballs, the exercise equipment needs repair, when it comes to the important things such as life saving reasons, it suddenly makes me rethink my reply and now, I just say, “in case I’m ever in need of medical assistance, I can rest easier.”

I loved this gym. Clean and the people were great. I kept my membership for the weekend and late night hours because i work long days. However during covid they changed their hours and made them shorter. And i had to cancel my membership because it was no longer worth it. Go back to your old hours!

I’ve been a member at this gym for several years. The reasons I joined is because of the facilities and services that are offered with your membership. You get 4 evaluations. Each of which entails a nurse’s visit which evaluates your progress in terms of BMI and body measurements and 2 one hour personal training sessions with a certified personal trainer. CSFW puts about $1500 back into each membership. The facility is clean. It has a lot of cardio equipment and lots of classes, some of which are yoga, tai chi, kick boxing, Zumba, cycling, group fitness…..lots more. It has a sauna, swimming and lap pools. There is a free weight area but it is contained in a small area. There are Cybex, Hammer Strength and various other makes of machines. CSFW is expensive. So I tried a few others in the area that are considerably more reasonable per month. Weighing out the pros and cons specific to my needs/wants, I’m still with CSFW.

I’ve been going to this gym for years. I love it! It’s clean and the staff are always there to help you. I take a daily class and try different classes daily. The classes I take are yoga, morning rise, Pilates on the bar, Zumba, power, Body Blast 101,and spin. They open at 5 am and close at 11pm. There’s a pool and tons of exercise equipment on the floor. I was taking personal training for a couple of years. The fitness instructors are very caring and know exactly what you are capable of. I hope I never lose my enthusiasm for exercise. It’s great coming here.

I will be canceling my membership and seeking a Gym that value and respect all of their members regardless of race. I have had a few experiences when the doors to the gym were locked and staff members will see me locked out and not let me in or provide any other assistance. A staff member told me that the entrance doors to the gym lock at a certain time for security measures; although, the gym is open and they (staff) cannot let me in. Interesting, that such security measures are taken without regards to the paying members. The practice is definitely strictly enforced with me. I have witness white members walk up to the locked doors while I was locked out and waiting and they were granted accesses without being subjected to the same wait or poor treatment. Tonight, the front desk associate used profanity while address me. She create unnecessary drama, showed complete disrespect and never showed any empathy for a member who had been standing in the cold weather at night simply trying to get into the gym where I am a paying member to workout. Unfortunately, tonight’s ordeal was not an isolate incident and clearly the culture of this location. A member should never be told “I can’t let you in” by people employed in an organization. It should be common sense that personnel would immediately notify whomever is permitted to grant accesses that a member or person is locked out especially during business hour. Perhaps,, this treatment is intentional to target certain member and certainly had been my experience on multiple occasions as I had to stand in the dark and cold weather to call a front desk person only to be told “I can’t let you in.”

Fantastic rehab center. They take complete care of each patient and you never feel rushed. Starting with the receptionist Audra, they make you feel very welcome. My therapist Laura has done an amazing job guiding me through my recovery. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

After having a total knee replacement 5 weeks ago, Laura and her amazing team has done wonders for me. They are helping my gait, balance, ( which has been a big issue for me), and my confidence. I am continuing to do all the exercises they give me, and the change is amazing. After just 5 short weeks I am doing so well!!! Thank you Laura, Carrie, Carol, & Lori. You guys are great!!!

One of my friends recommended that I try Freehold Physical Therapy after I had full knee replacement of the right knee in Feb 2017. From the minute I walked in, I felt like part of their family. Lori and Carol in reception are wonderful. They greet you by name, make sure you always have appts booked and take care of all your insurance needs. The PT area is very comfortable and clean, beds are sprayed and wiped down and pillow cases changed after every patient. I’d heard that Full Knee Replacement therapy can be grueling, but Laura Squicciarini and her trained PT staff made me feel quite at ease under their care and direction. Their support, encouragement and enthusiasm towards my progress and recovery helped me through some really tough times. I would highly recommend this winning team to anyone in need of Physical Therapy. They are well trained and Consummate Professionals!

I first met Heidi while searching for a new Reiki master to further my study of Reiki. I was already a level 2 practioner of a different lineage but my current teacher did not offer any instruction beyond level 2. I took Heidis level 2 and 3 course and all I have to say is wow. Heidi is a very experienced, knowledgleable Reiki master, I had so many questions and she had answers for me. Her classes are extremely in depth and very hands on. I feel so incredibly confident now when I’m practicing Reiki, I feel like I can help people! Watching her patience, kindness and compassion towards everyone and every living thing has inspired me to do better. Ive made the decision now to become a Reiki master myself, and with Heidi’s instruction and support I know that I will be one. Check out her classes, you will not be disappointed. P.s. Her Reiki sessions are incredible. She has worked on not only myself, my husband and my 12 yr old daughter. She’s awesome!!!!
