Rob is a Master Reiki practitioner with great empathic skills and has helped me greatly. His guided meditations are better than any I have been to.I just had the opportunity to attend Rob’s life coaching class “Foundations for a Spiritual Life”. It was superbly presented with a thorough PowerPoint presentation. Rob is a great teacher/facilitator and I gained some great insight into myself and the world around me and how to navigate the path of life. I walked out of the class with much insight and feel more empowered to deal with life’s challenges.Rob cares immensely for his clients and students and I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for an immediate mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual shift ROB is your man! After a mini Reiki session with him, I felt reconnected to myself, i had several AHA moments throughout the process and after. Working with Rob during this session helped me realize areas of my life I need to pay attention to. When I left the session I was full of energy, I felt fulfilled, connected and happy. As I write this review I am continuing to feel all these things and I will continue my work with Rob at the Healing Frequency. I will definitely write more reviews as I try the different healing modalities The healing frequency offers. There is no limit to how far you will go if you continue to work on yourself. Give it a try you will have no regrets!!! I feel blessed that I encountered Rob, thanks to Uma from the Lotus Wellness Center.I am not one to write reviews but in this situation I really felt it was necessary for others to know about the Healing Frequency and Rob’s work. This is your moment take that step. Start a deeper healing process and reach your full potential.

I took Rob’s new spiritual life foundation course. It was a trial run for the work Rob will be doing later on. There are a lot of life coaches but Rob is one of a kind. I went in thinking that I will get a few tips for establishing a spiritual life. With meeting Rob for a personal session and this one course showed me that I will always have lots to learn and am humbled by it. Albeit I am on the young side but it’s a nice realization to have for the sake of your own growth. These days there are so many things in this world that pull us apart that we forget the foundation for bringing it all back together to be our authentic selves. Rob not only has a unique approach but a friendly one too. A good teacher/spiritual mentor or life coach will not give you anything but point you towards the treasure that is innately your joy and most optimal life. It is up to you to make it your own and to use such tools. I am grateful to people like Rob that can point you towards your own personal treasure. Thank you again Rob! I look forward to future teachings with you. If you are curious and are in the area do consider Rob for a session. You will be thankful you did.

This was my first appointment with Arnel this morning. I actually spilled my coffee, accidentally and the staff was very understanding and nice about it. Everyone at Premier had a good positive attitude. And I also noticed that they are so so clean. After each of the equipment was used, the staffed wiped everything down. That definitely made me feel secure, safe and happy. I recommend Premier PT to help your recovery needs!

I had an acl repair and it was recommended that I go to premier by my surgeon. I have been working with Stephanie for a few months now (before and after my surgery) and I’m still going. Everyone there is very nice, informative and really seem to care about how you are doing. I wasn’t really sure what to expect since I had never been to pt before. Stephanie has really walked me through this whole recovery process. I highly recommend them.

My mother was in a severe car accident last August. We chose Premier PT due to the reviews. It was a great choice. Jen was my mother’s physical therapist, she was perfect for her. A wonderful feature of Premier is that after PT is completed, they have a small gym that you can become a part of to continue your strengthening. It costs a small fee, but so far has been such a great asset.

I cannot say enough about the Staff at Premier! They are extremely knowledgeable about all facets of physical therapy, especially related to Total Knee Replacement. I had gotten along pretty well with my in-house therapy but Premier really helped me get over the hump and back to walking as if I never had surgery.I would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing a physical therapist!

I have only been having PT at Fusion for about a few weeks, but I have not had a bad experience. In fact, everyone I have interacted with has been wonderful. I have a lot of issues dealing with bursitis in my hips and a torn hamstring… and going untreated for a long time has caused my muscles to compensate and not work correctly. I had my initial visit with Darrell, which he was very informative and personable. I have also seen Parker and Jared and they are fantastic as well. Jared even was able to fix my left leg being longer than my right leg by doing something with my joints. All this stuff is a little over my head, but whatever they do seems to be working! I’m hoping that I am able to be fixed so I can get back to my rigorous yoga routine and 5k walks without my hips being in pain.

I have been working with the folks at Fusion PT as a patient, for the past 4 months, utilizing the aquatic therapy section. A previous car accident decades ago, has risen with the spine in older age, all that catches up with a person eventually. I’ve also used aquatic exercise, therapy on and off for the last 32 yrs recommended by a spinal surgeon, to slow down spinal deterioration. This group is the best. That comes from utilizing about 2 pools in TX, 1 in Iowa, 3 in Maryland. The people make it all the while. I have other complications, and they work around it. Creating a great program. I am off of the cane nearly indoors, walking around more there. One week, I was able to do 7 days- go to a festival, and clocked nearly 12 miles of steps, most of it at a festival in two days. That hasn’t happened in a while. They all Jared, Karli, Parker, my main 3 are excellent, the assistants are wonderful as well. All respectful, they talk on the phone in the office, which is a huge plus to me!! So many medical places want you on the portals, to do all the work, sadly so no one ever calls you back at other places. But Fusion does!! I wanted to mention that, because other older/retired persons have mentioned that to me about Drs. offices in the past.Take the plunge, start to rebuild your needs in your life in mobility, it take’s work though!! And they will gently push you in the right direction. Call them wizards, magicians, or miracle-workers, I am able to see the light at the end of the tunnel with about 2-3 months to go. Come out of the shell of COVID- and join the group today!

Aquatic therapy with this team is saving my whole life! I hate pills and Fission has gotten to the root and are getting out all my kinksShame to say I went in with aches, cramps, pins, numbness, needles and pains. Today they are extremely lessened and I’m getting stronger and more active every day. Shelby and Jarred are awesome and have rebuilt my trust in physical therapy and my own ability to be healthy again. Both are professional, and resolved long term health problems for me. I’m forever grateful epically since they are easy to approach, knowledgeable, and non-judging. The students they are training are a Godsend too. Go Trivia”, Jordan and Derrick!!!I cannot believe the immediate results from the strengthening and stretching regimen they’ve designed just for me. They have defined my issues whereas doctors and specialists have generalized and called them arthritis and old-age. Again, Aquatic Therapy with this team is saving my whole life! I hate pills and Fission has gotten to the root and are getting out all my kinks. Everyone with ongoing skeletal, or muscular problems can see most immediate results like me. Go. Put down the nerve pills and get fixed naturally. (540)-710-5144.

Fusion Physical Therapy has dramatically improved my life over the last 2 months. Their customer service is outstanding. They tailor your sessions to meet your exact needs instead of taking a cookie cutter approach that many big national PT providers do. Darrell is the guy to request. He has incredible energy, listens to and addresses any concerns you may have every session, and he’s an absolute wizard when it comes to dry needling.

What can you say about Dr Travis Stoner, owner of Fusion Physical Therapy? Well, a lot of great things, that’s for sure. I am a chiropractor practicing in Woodbridge, VA, and I have known Travis since around 2013 or so. In my profession, we can sometimes be at odds with physical therapists due to bias against chiropractors. Dr Stoner not only showed me absolute respect and mutual professionalism, but also invited me to join him for a spinal injury research project he was doing with some of his patients. There, I got to watch the man work in his clinic, and let me tell you this guy is a cut above the rest. When someone owns their own therapy clinic with multiple staff members, they not only have to be a therapist but also a coach to instruct other therapists to help patients as well. You really end up wearing two hats (business owner and health care provider), and Travis wears both very well. I’ve recommended countless patients of my own to seek him out for their rehab needs, and he has always felt comfortable referring his own patients to me for any spinal care needs they may have.Excellent care. Terrific staff. See the guy if you’re in the greater Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area. – Dr Lewis Pauley, owner of Prestige Chiropractic

Travis has helped me rebuild a really ugly ankle. He’s helped me rehab more sprains than I can count & 4 operations. His wit & slightly dark humor has kept me moving through some really tough times. The ankle injuries have been complicated by an old neck injury and fibro, which don’t take well to crutches.

Vitality reiki is the first place that I have received reiki and after just my first session I instantly feel it love with it. Nikki is very educated, positive, and healing caregiver. She provides a comfortable, soothing environment and compassionate care that immediately puts you at ease. Reiki provides relief from the everyday stresses of life and its affects last throughout the day. It helped me to have more grounded, balanced, easeful mind, making it easier to achieve my tasks throughout the day. Whatever your knowledge level of reiki is whether beginning or expert I highly recommend you book with Nikki and give her a try! Will definitely be a long term customer and back for future sessions.

I went to this office after months of chronic pain from multiple traumatic injuries. They evaluated the causes with intersting tests, then started me on a custom plan of stretching, strength building and massage. The team here is amazing. They took time to explain the physical causes and gave me effective home exercises. If found it to be a warm and caring environment for the patients. And fun. I “graduated” generally pain free and with my life back to normal. My family and i cannot thank Megan, Sarah, Chris and the PAs enough.

I visited this facility with someone else, not for treatment for myself! When I first entered, the receptionist was very pleasant and ensured that the check-in process was followed. She had us sign in and collected our ! She was professional and carried in very small talk until the called back for the session. The session itself was about 45 minutes. There were a range of patients (men, women and children) of all ages during the timeframe I was there. From what I could see, the employees were engaged with the patients, very hands on, informative and great with children! The location isn’t very convenient for me personally but they do have another location closer to Mary Washington that isn’t quite as pleasant to deal with (which is why we come here). Overall, I’d definitely recommend this location for PT!

Being treated by Kristen at Hilltop PT on and off for the last 5 years, for various ailments and injuries has been a lifesaver! Most recently, I had 12 sessions of PT elsewhere and had had only a 10% improvement in symptoms. After my first session with Kristen, my symptoms were ~75% improved; after the 2nd session close to ~90% improved; and now after the 3rd session, pretty darn close to 100%! This is why I drive 100 miles to see her! She has an ability to evaluate and treat, like none other! All of the staff I have interacted with are friendly, courteous and professional. Kristen is conscientious, caring, and above all extremely skilled at her work. I am truly grateful for finding her and highly recommend Hilltop PT!

Smashed my finger in a car door and nearly severed it, broke the top of the bone too. The ER at Stafford hospital sutured it and referred me to a hand surgeon to reattach the bone. I found Dr. Constantine and am so glad I did. He listens, is extremely pleasant, patient and thoroughly explains optional surgery and treatment. He discovered I have cubital tunnel in both elbows and did ‘release’ surgery on one, healing very well with minor scars and surgery on the other elbow is scheduled soon. The negative reviews in here are for the office staff, NOT the doctors. Dr. Constantine is amazing – I have never waited more than 15 minutes and considering that the doctors may get called for EMERGENCY this is not a bad thing. The office staff is incredibly busy and wait times for them to pick up the phone are L-O-N-G and you have to click click click through phone options to get to the right department – if you hit 0 for operator it disconnects you and you have to call back. Plus the lady on the recorded line says ‘please listen to all our options as our menu has changed” Really, well it hasn’t changed for people who have NEVER called you before and I’ve been going here for more than 1 year and you STILL have that damn message on forcing us to click and wait so it’s no surprise if someone gets pissed off at the staff but this should not take away from the amazing doctors. Staff is not entirely pleasant, they need to understand we are usually already in pain and don’t like doctors offices to begin with so your attitude is going to turn people away.

Never coming back here again. The doctors ignore patients questions and concerns and just want to push pain meds and steroids with lack of regard for patient’s current health that would be contraindicative to their health. The drive to OrthoVirginia was definitely the best choice I made and leaving this crummy practice.

I have not received good care here. The first visit – dr. Baqai gave me muscle relaxants that interacted with my medications. The pharmacist was appalled by the prescription. Then I blew out my knee – I was referred to Dr McDermott. He took one look at the x-day and launched into his canned lecture on knee replacement. I tried to ask questions – he kept interrupting me – returning to canned lecture. Finally he said I would have to wait till the pre op appointment and ask Trish. I called twice trying to get information on the surgery and rehab. No response. Finally got to the pre-op appt and Trish gave me no answers – put me off to the hospital. The hospital said the doctor should have set up my post op care. They would not prescribe pain killers for my knee. Sent me to pain docs who required my records. Then the ortho practice could not get my records over. It took 3 weeks. My last appointment I had to wait 2 hours.I will be very happy not to see this awful practice again.

I used to be a fan but their customer service and scheduling is abysmal. Their are or were two doctors which I really liked but they left due to the poor climate. Whoever owns this outfit is doing its best to drive customers away. I overpaid on a bill and I called to get a refund but i have to receive it and it has been over a month. They told me they were merging accounting systems and I would not see a refund until July. They are very good about taking your money but not so good about giving it back. Would not recommend this place. Update. I submitted paperwork from the Veterans Administration yo have filled out by my doctors. They refused to fill it out. After I had already paid Fredericksburg Orthopaedic $60. I asked for my money back and I was told it was referred to another office with Mary Washington Health. No one has called me back. I guess I will have to wait another three months to get my money back. Ultimate FAILURE!

I have been trying to get an appointment for my Supartz shot sinceJune 28. I was told at that time that the PA was out of the office that week. They said they would check on my shot and someone would call me the following week (week of July 1st). I waited all week and finally called on Friday July 5th. Was put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung upand tried 3 other times and was put on hold all 3 times for 10-20 minutes.Today, July 8, I am still calling. Called at 9:39am, held for over 15 minutes, called again at 10:00, held for over 22 minutes. Doesn’t matter what number you call, whether for Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania or Stafford office, you still get same message to hold for their “Communication Specialist” – that’s certainly a title that needs to be examined. I have no other option but to drive to the office and try to make arrangements in person, since it is obvious that no one is going to pick up the phone and return my call, or even answer the call.

I cancelled an appointment over the phone because I was moving overseas. After I left America, they proceeded to send bills to my home for cancelling an appointment. They continue to send bills to an address I don’t live at. I never received care from this business, I’m not paying for service I did not receive.

They ARE NOT VETERAN friendly! My husband has VA medical & was approved by the VA to be seen at Fredericksburg Orthopedics for treatment. Fredericksburg Orthopedics told him he had to pay copays & he did every time. Over a year later they sent my husband a bill for over $427 that the VA was supposed to pay them. My husband checked with the VA to find out what was going on. Apparently Fredericksburg Orthopedics waited over 9 months to Bill VA & during that time the VA had changed the primary contract company that processes billing/payments. Per the contract Fredericksburg Orthopedics signed with the VA they are NOT to Bill the veteran! Not only are they billing the veteran for approved services with the VA, but they are sending to collections & threatening to have a warrant issued. They were also not supposed to charge the copays that my husband paid. My husband has personally called & gone directly to the Fredericksburg Orthopedics 3 plus time to try to get to the bottom of this on top of calls to VA where a case is open on this. Bottom line Sharon Z. At Fredericksburg Orthopedics told VA well this is the only way we can get paid so we bill the veteran. They are not only out of compliance with what they agreed to with VA, but they are breaking the very contract terms they agreed to & trying to damage a veterans credit. They said they would “try” to stop it from going to collections. Since they refuse to cooperate & are causing loads of stress for us, I decided others should know how they are treating a veteran who came there with VA approval for services & how they are not holding up what they agreed to with VA & charging the veteran something that is VA responsibility.

They were able to fit my appointment in quickly, which was great. The doctor was awesome, however the reception and phone staff seems to have slacked off. Upon approaching the desk at the Stafford location, I was on crutches with a broken foot. The receptionist mumbles everything she is saying and then proceeds to hand me a tablet and a clip board to fill out information. I asked her how I was to carry these items and she shrugs and says “I DONT KNOW”My appointment was 45 minutes late, they made me a pay a balance, they said they had wrote off from 2016, but they never sent me a bill. Said they don’t send bills out for under $50. I still don’t think I owe it, but you cant understand their billing pages.I update my information, give them my new pharmacy, they call it in to the old pharmacy. I call to get their help and they tell me the doctor isn’t in and wont be until Friday. Then I was told I could call the pharmacy and fix their office’s mistake.Think twice before going here. They were great when they were smaller and now they don’t seem to care about their patients now as much as they once did. If I wasn’t already being seen, I would find another doctor.

I saw Dr. Sokolow today for wrist pain. After reading some of the reviews, I was rather nervous to see him but he was the only appointment available this week. I thought he was terrific. Not rushed, not stern as some have complained. He showed me diagrams and gave a clear and simple explanation of my wrist problem. He offered me several different options on how to treat it, and gave his recommendation to start with a topical anti – inflammatory. His staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I recommend this practice and this doctor.

I have never used any sort of PT, but after having neck pains recently and having those checked by a doctor, he gave me a prescription for PT and I came here, due to its closeness. The folks that work here are very friendly and helpful and the place is nice and clean with what appears to be all the amenities needed to provide decent physical therapy.I’ll definitely be back!

I was referred to Hilltop due to pelvic floor dysfunction from my son’s delivery. I had no control of my bladder; not only sneezing, coughing, and exercising caused leaks, but throughout the day and night, I would have to wear pads for incontinence. This issue affected every aspect of my life, as well as became a burden on our finances, as buying pads every few weeks is no small thing. The first appointment I had, the receptionist set me up on a schedule, (twice a week) and booked all the appointments through two straight months so I would be certain to be seen. Leah was amazing in walking me through every exam and work out, telling me I was in control every step of the way, and to let her know if I was ever uncomfortable or in pain. She respected my privacy, explained the reasoning behind any intimate questions she had, and made me feel completely at ease in her care. Kristen helped fine tune problem areas, and gave me additional advice and exercises. I admit, her methods were less comprehensible to me, but no less effective. Both therapists were wonderful, and I highly recommend them. I am now at the point where I am progressing enough independently that today was my last appointment. My issue that used to affect about 86% of my life is reduced to a mere 25% issue. Because of the personalised work outs, therapies, and professional help I was given, I have every reason to believe I’ll recover fully by the time my son is weaned. I hope more women become aware of services like this to help restore pelvic floor function after childbirth. As Leah assures me, it’s a very common problem, but it is NOT normal, and you can repair it without surgical procedures or pessaries.

When I began therapy at Hilltop, I could barely walk into the building. At the end of my treatment, I could do stairs again and do grocery shopping without pain. The whole staff was knowledgeable, and addressed the issues as I described them. I never had a bad session and am grateful to them all from check in through treatment.

Great physical therapy provider! I tried two other providers in the area and was not pleased at all, they either just went through the motions or were truly not dedicated to your wellbeing. Hilltop Therapy does a complete evaluation of your range of motion, pain level and physical limitations and tailor a recovery plan to you! I have used their services for two separate injuries and have experienced tremendous improvement, I highly recommend them!

These guys are freaking amazing! While all my problems are soft tissue related, there were a lot of them and years of a sedentary lifestyle and chronic pain made my muscles tighter than concrete and my posture horrendous. Every part of me ached when I first came in, but over my time here I am aost fully functional again. These guys listen well to how you are feeling and always take the time to make sure you are getting the time and service you need to improve. Add to that the great, super friendly personalities and these guys are top notch. Highly recommend!
