Though I live in Cincinnati, it is not too far to go to Reiki in Light almost every week. A lung condition from birth, has improved since I have been a client of Sarah’s. Feeling stronger, I have greater ease in my body. I am very grateful. Also, my left knee hurt every time I did knee bends at exercise class. The instructor noted the pain that registered on my face. For years, I had hoped that by working through the pain it would get better. Never happened. Eventually, I’d cheat on that exercise by doing it superficially. Once, I casually mentioned it to Sarah. Placing her hands on my knee in the one session, I never had another knee pain It was two years ago. Now, I can exercise more than I did before.

I was very comfortable with Sarah as my Reiki practitioner. Sarah is soft spoken, sensitive, caring, empathic, spiritual, intuitive, and perceptive. I connected with Sarah immediately. Receiving Reiki from Sarah was like receiving Reiki from a close friend; I experienced a special bonding with Sarah. I highly recommend Sarah as your reiki practitioner.

Sarah is ‘the real deal’ in Reiki healing. I’m in Florida so our sessions are done remotely. We start by talking, then, when our minds are synced, we drop into meditation together. Her energy has helped me work through life changing events with grace, light – and happiness. Sarah, I am so grateful for you! Thank you for sharing your gifts!

What an amazing find! Not only is Jimi an incredible custom jeweler that can design and refine and piece of jewelry or anything metal for that matter, but he also has a divine line of healing jewelry made all with sterling silver and semi precious stones! AND you can custom order with ANY gemstone you choose too! He also is a talented psychic/healer and hypnosis. My session with him was profound. The space is super calming, and I felt 10times better then when I walked in! If you’re looking for quality designer jewelry or custom pieces, or even a psychic/healer who does powerful hypnosis sessions…this is your guy!

If you are searching for clarity and insight into your life or would like to heal or resolve inner issues, Jimi can do this for you and more. I will be booking future sessions. I highly recommended Jimi and his services!

I’d been interested in this idea – floating, weightlessly, in a warm, low-sensory environment – for well over a year when I finally booked my first session.Wow! I get it. In fact, I think I felt better leaving Think Tank than I do when I leave my massage appointments . . . and that’s saying a lot.Joe, the owner, was super friendly and a gracious host. His exuberance for the product he offers is genuine and his desire to create the best possible experience for me was refreshing. He explained everything thoroughly, took good care to emphasize any safety issues with getting in and out of the tank, and I could have stayed and talked with him for hours. I would have, too, had I not another appointment looming. The tank itself was much more comfortable than I’d hoped; even at my large size (6’3 and generally big), I fit quite nicely in the tank. The door was huge and once I lowered myself into the water, I found it easy to navigate the process. It took me about ten minutes to relax; in fact, I opened the door to the tank (it felt a little warm and a little claustrophobic for me with it open) and sat up twice as I tried to get my bearings. Once I relaxed my neck, let my ears fall under the water, and let go of the tension in my body, I realized why Joe was so excited about floating. It was almost magical.I highly recommend you try floating; I walked away feeling lighter, more relaxed, and even traffic on the way to the cell phone store couldn’t upset me afterward. That’s pretty epic.

Fantastic experience today floating at Think Tank. It was our first time doing it and found it to be fabulous. My husband and I received as a gift and grateful to our son for sparking us to do something new. Joe the owner and Chris an associate we’re both super warm, inviting and friendly. Highly recommend trying it out! Becky and Jim

Loved my visit! The owner checked me in and was incredibly friendly and funny. Completely authentic and transparent about the ins and outs of doing my first float tank. You could either have music on or not and he recommended to not have any sound and not be distracted for my first time. It was a very interesting experience, worth trying out if you have any mental health inquiries or need a nice peaceful hour to yourself.
Dawn B. rated 5 stars on 7/9/2019
I’ve always enjoyed a good float in a dark tank. I’m glad to see Think Tank open in Newport, closer to home and a much shorter drive than another place I like that is north of the city. The tanks here are simple, not the clam shell shape that I’m used to but still nice and dark. They have two tanks, each different, one is slightly wider than the other with a light inside that you can turn off along with a speaker inside for piped in ambient music if you like. The other tank is about 6 inches narrower and without a light or speaker inside. I like the wider tank as it gives me more room to to get comfortable while not worrying about bumping into the sides. Showers are in the rooms with soap to use before you get in the tank and shampoo and conditioner for use after your float. Yes, you take two showers, before and after. I would also recommend using the earplugs provided to keep the salt water out of your ears. Otherwise once the water dries, crystals will form and if you have any issues with vertigo this will most definitely affect you. Floating is a great way to de-stress, relax, meditate and help sore muscles. And if you fall asleep, your body needed the rest.
Theresa S. rated 5 stars on 5/30/2019
To me, this place is wonderful. BUT, it is not for everyone. You must know that you are signing up for an hour inside a sensory deprivation tank, and that means a couple of things: You shower before you enter using the specialized soap – to better keep the tanks free from oils, etc.The water you float in is perfectly warm – about body temp – so better help with the “sensory deprivation.” You don’t focus on being too warm, too cold, etc. You just ARE.You can float in silence or listen to soothing music. Apparently, you can bring your own, which might be better than listening to what they provde (as it gets repetitive). You will probably kink your neck and get salt water in your eyes the first time. You will be amazed at how bouyant you are and how strangely the time passes while you are in the pod. It feels like forever and no time at all.Be careful getting in and out! You don’t have to be naked, but you probably should be. You don’t have to close the pod door, but you probably should. It is not for everyone, mind you. You must be comfortable getting into a fairly tight space and floating in water for an hour. But if you have ever been curious about alternative therapies, meditation, or stress relief, please give Think Tank Flotation a try.
Mallory B. rated 5 stars on 7/24/2020
This was my first time floating, and I was kind of anxious about it at first, but once I got there they were so accommodating and helpful and walked me through the process. It was an amazing experience and I felt like I was floating on a cloud. They even knocked $15 off the price since I’m from out of town and was just here for a couple days. I’m glad that I went to the Think Tank for my first float, they were very accommodating and it was a very clean and relaxing environment!

If you’re looking for a yoga studio that’s actually meditative, this is your place. Based in a beautiful old church in Mason, I can’t think of a more perfect space for a yoga practice with the light shining through the beautiful stained glass and the acoustics perfect for all your Oms. Pamela is fun, super knowledgeable and offers the only Kundalini class I could find in town. Was ready to move away from all the studios focusing only on the physical aspect of yoga, who played rap and pop music during my down dogs. Exactly what I’ve been searching for!

First, it’s good to know that there’s more than one Elemental Om. Make sure your gps is sending you to the right location. Second, you’re going to feel like you’re going to someone’s house. The studio is on a residential street. The building has a side entrance and street parking. Inside, there’s a small witchy/crystal sort of store. The instructor told us the store is only open during studio hours. Upstairs there are so many plants! This studio is really a gorgeous space. It’s big and bright. The instructor moved us through having a nice stretch and a gong meditation. There are a lot of steps at this location. I don’t think it’s handicapped accessible. Signing up for the class was really easy. The website is very comprehensive and very well set up.

Ohio Book Store is by far the largest bookstore I have ever seen. Five floors, including a basement and a book binding area. We explored for almost an hour and it felt like time was stopped while looking through the books. All used books and filled with low priced books. I ended up purchasing 2 cookbooks at $3 each. I could have looks for several more hours if I had the time. If you have the time you should definitely carve out an afternoon for browsing.

This is by far the best place for great old (or not)Bookson the PLANET!!! The family that owns the store is often buying large collections and sometimes individual books over the counter!!!They truly care for the store as it is kept very clean. The whole group of them is kind and always willing to help customers find or order what they are looking for. The binding operation is relaxed while at the same time exacting on high standards the binders set for themselves.Large selection of Catholic and Protestant books in the Religious section. Some of these date to the 19th Century. A worthwhile trip jor a book lover!!!!!

I initially found this shop on a Yelp search specifically for stationery. While I had some other local shops specific to that on my list, I’m glad I made time to get in here.At the entrance, the first thing to catch my eye was the rack of old postcards from all over. Most of them aching to be used. Now, I didn’t really come looking for books but their collection is incredible. An absolute slew of both old and new books. The first several sections featured Ohio-specific books, mostly nonfiction. Then there’s an array of classics, modern reprints, leather bound and beautifully presented. At about the middle of the store were some glass cases with more than just books on display. There I came across the most captivating “Mutoscope” cards. Behind these displays was a colorful collection of old magazines from Life going back to the early 1900s. All of this sapped my time and I never even made it to the basement or second floor. The guys working here were very friendly and great to talk to, even giving me advice on where else to check out in Cincinnati. I would highly recommend a visit for all.

I am going to post a short review because I did not get to browse as much as I would like to. My friend that was with me is not into books but I certainly am and I will be returning to this store to go through some of the stacks of books they have. I still ended up purchasing several books before we got out of there and they were all at good prices for hardback books. There is plenty to see and everything I asked from the clerk he knew where it was. I do know there are some places to sit inside and there is a restroom available.
Jessica C. rated 4 stars on 2/8/2021
I was hoping this would be a bit like the Book Loft in Columbus. Yes and No. It’s a little overwhelming and doesn’t seem to have a flow. It’s seems like there’s an attempt to keep some genres together but if I am looking for SciFi I would think it would be in the same floor with the rest of the Fiction not in the basement with Military History. I’d expect all the history to be on one floor but I feel like it’s on every floor. Areas are sometimes labeled clearly , sometimes not. I wish there was a map. They have a TON of books most are older (think library sale). When I say a ton I mean it, floor to ceiling, stacked in corners. I don’t know what their process is if they rotate the top shelf books down so everything can get looked at. They do provide ladders on the tall shelves. They have a lot of local history books and items which it really cool. They also still do book bindings. There’s a whole workshop in the basement. I found a couple things but like I said it’s a little overwhelming. After my first walk through just browsing I went back and found some sections I wanted to really look through. Make sure you have a few hours chucked out for your visit. The building itself is really cool. Being in a whole floor full of books by yourself is neat and kinda weird. No bad creepy vibes felt in the building so that’s a plus. It’s definitely a cool place to check out just be prepared to spend some time there.
Theresa S. rated 5 stars on 12/11/2020
Wow. Wow. Wow. This store is AMAZING! It’s an absolute paradise for book lovers. How has it taken me this long to visit? It should be first on your list of cool places in Cincinnati patronize. First of all, it is cavernous and fills three full floors – plus, a basement. The ground floor has cases of first editions and other bookish ephemera, making it a collector’s dream. The entire store, in fact, is filled with hints of the past, from framed prints and maps to a mysterious vault door to an entire section dedicated to vintage Life magazines. In so many ways reminds me of Acres of Books in Long Beach, a sadly defunct, much beloved bookstore. But Ohio Book Store is still here and going strong. It makes me so happy to know that places like this can survive. I’ll be spending hours here I just know it.
Katie J. rated 4 stars on 3/13/2021
What a cool bookstore! And I had no idea it existed so close to my workplace! I didn’t have time to browse as much as I wanted, but I will definitely go back. It’s in this very old and unique building, and the store owner has had his bookstore there since the 1960’s. There are rows and rows of new and used books and multiple stories. I had almost as much fun exploring the building as I did looking at the books! What a cool spot, all Cincinnatians should visit! There is street parking and a paid open parking lot behind the building in between 7th and 8th streets.
Jeff S. rated 4 stars on 5/30/2022
I like the store and the staff are all very nice. But I do have one complaint. While I’ve heard that collectors like the store, I find their habit of blacking out the original price on paperbacks annoying. It is an old bookseller’s way of making sure people aren’t confused about the book’s price, but most of us are more sophisticated these days. They pencil in the price on the first page, which is enough. Defacing the book covers just isn’t necessary.Other than that, it’s a great place.
Taylor M. rated 4 stars on 11/12/2020
Nostalgic. By far this is one of the Best Locally owned bookstores in Cincinnati. Inside there are Multiple floors with a mountain of books to choose from. This place is for Book lovers and the likes. It’s wonderful seeing a bookstore of this caliber functioning fully, serving the community, preserving books, and history. The experience was lovely -loved it. Paid parking nearby. Parking rates begin around $5.

NMT releases Trigger Points (TP’s), a leading cause of pain and restriction, which were mapped out by Dr. Janet Travell, who was President Kennedy’s physician and is likely a key factor in the pain you are experiencing. ART releases Adhesions, scar tissue, which causes restricted ROM, increased pain, and entraps nerves, sometimes creating symptoms of pain, tingling and numbness. My passion is to help anyone who wants to get out of pain, whether you just want to be active or you are a high-level athlete, we will help you reach your peak level of performance.

I’ve had a constant headache for 18 months. That’s right, it never goes away. It just varies in strength from a 2-12 on a scale of 1-10. Had MRI, CT scans, and lots of tests. Had 2nd opinions. Tried over 12 different kinds of meds that normally help migraines, but not me. Actually made it worse. Now I’m on a list to see a headache specialist in April 2015…if I live until then. Lol That’s just a little history before I share my experience at Peak Performance. So I heard that Andy has helped many people that have suffered with migraines and in severe pain. Many were helped after one treatment. So why not try and see. I set up the appointment online. My experience was very easy. The only time you run into an issue is if he is completely booked. I like the fact that you can choose your availability compared with his.The building is easy to find. The lobby is comfy and elegant. Andy is super nice and very good at what he does. You see him right when your appointment is, no waiting. I was so impressed how he invited my fiancé in and even showed him how to help me get relief. He took time to show me what was going on and how much of a mess my muscles were….and how to work on myself. It’s better to teach a person to fish instead of just providing a basket of fish.I was amazed how he found trigger points, pressed in, found the release, and sometimes a referral of release. I thought he was easing up, but no, my muscles were easing up the pain. Thank God! By the time we were done I was feeling so much better. My neck, shoulders, and face were relaxed and loose…just like they should be. Yes, I said face. Who knew your face muscles needed a release of tightness to feel better. I even feel like I glow this evening. Sort of hard to explain. I just feel good.On that note of feeling good, he has warned me that I could experience pain in the areas we worked and even possibly a rebound headache. I’ve had a constant headache for almost two years, but I’ve head head, neck, and shoulder pain and knots for over 15 years, so if it works out that way, ok. We may need to do a few more treatments before complete relief. That’s ok with me. I’ve been dealing with this way too long with no help at all. Today was one big step in the right direction.

I came into town from Denver with a relentless migraine and needed to see someone STAT before attending a wedding. Andy was amazing. He fit me into his super busy schedule twice during my stay and provided some much needed relief. He’s highly intuitive and knowledgeable about pain and how the body works. I flew back to Denver but vowed to fly back just to see him again! He’s amazing.

Andy is simply the best. We were in town for a tennis tournament. My son has seen many different PTs in other cities but Andy was the best. He was able to get to the root of some issues that were causing pain.

Andy was amazing. Recently played in Cincinnati for a national squash tournament. My foot was hurting and Andy fixed it in one day! During the tournament, he helped heal my soreness and speed up recovery. He even went out of his way to come to my hotel to work on me. Highly recommend anybody to give his location a visit. I guarantee you will come out feeling pain-free!Additionally, Andy talk me a useful technique called bodytalk that helped with my nerves during my matches. He is a big reason I was able to take first place in the tournament.

This is my second testimonial re: Andy Shutterly. I’m not exaggerating when I say he saved my life. I am an incredibley active/athlete my whole life. 10 years I had a simple out patient procedure to get the arthritis (I have RA) out of my facets in my L3,4 and 5 vertebrae. Well the doctor accidentally cut off my spin is process and cut my Dural Sac (this houses the spine and carries spinal fluid to your brain) I got a MRSA infection that went into my brain. My family was told I might not live through this and to get my things in order. Thank God I lived through it. However, I ended up having the infection return 4 more times and I ended up having 5 total surgeries which built up so much scar tissue and more arthritis so my symptoms got worse. I literally had horrible quality of life living in pain everyday changes a person and it is terribly depressing. I’ve always been a happy go lucky girl until then. I went to Andy bc I had tried so many options, pain meds, physical therapy etc. NOTHING helped my sciatic pain down both legs. I went to Andy and for the first time in 3 years post 5 surgeries I walked out of his office with very little pain. The second time I went to Andy I walked out with NO PAIN! NONE, NADA. I took my 80 yr old mother and same thing! She walked out with no pain from her arthritis!!!!Fast forward in August of this year I had emergency surgery in a strangulated surgery. After the surgery I had crazy pain in my hip now! It was so bad I couldn’t walk. Again I went to Andy for help. In ONE SESSION I was cured. I have no pain at all! It took 2 days after he worked on me I walked with NO PAIN! Andy is a gift from GOD! His talents are life changing. I owe EVERYTHING to Andy! Thank you for giving me my life back Andy. You truly are a miracle worker. Everyone who is in pain needs to see him. He will help you live pain free and change your life too!!!!

Andy is able to find the root of the muscle problem and work it out more so than any other massage therapist. I’ve had arm pain for over a year and tried PT, needling, and steroid shots. But nothing helped. Andy is making headway on my arm pain and is helping with neck and head aches too.

Andy Shetterly with Peak Performance is fantastic. I went to him on referral and couldn’t be happier. His methods not only cured my pain but also will help me prevent future injuries. Andy is knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Peak Performance Sports Therapy. Even if you don’t have a current injury, these methods help with prevention. I plan on going back every few months.

After months of hard training and within a month of my first IRONMAN triathlon, I started getting knee pain that prevented me from running. Terrified of the impact this would have on my ability to finish the race, I reached out to Andy at Peak Performance Sports Therapy. He was able to diagnose the issue (IT Band) in the first visit and in very short time had me back to 100%. He also taught me techniques to prevent this pain from coming back that have worked for the past two years. Andy is great at working with athletes and is definitely someone you want on your team to get you to 100%! He’s a great guy and is a true expert!

I’m about as critical and cynical person as it gets when it comes to unconventional therapies. With that said, I wanted to take a minute (a long overdue one) and thank Andy personally for all the great work he’s done for my wife, Carol. My wife has been suffering (and there’s really no other way to put it) miserably with Piriformis Syndrome / Sciatica issues for around two years. She fell at home down the stairs and since then has had great pain in her glute, hip and down her leg. There were days when she would just cry from all the pain. As a husband and provider, that’s about the worst thing is to see someone you love suffering. The problem was hardly any doctor in Cincinnati knows anything about Piriformis Syndrome and how to treat it. We tried Chiropractic, exercise therapy, even Bowen Therapy and massage. Massage would help for short periods. Chiropractic did nothing but waste time and money (this is a muscular issue not a structural / bone issue she has). Finally, we stumbled across Andy in December of 2012. My wife, after a few treatments, went from a 10+ on a daily pain scale to around a 2 or 3. We knew that we were (or I should say Andy) onto something with the ART Andy performs. As a husband, I would sit in the room during therapy and chat with Andy as he worked (and he works hard) on my wife. I can now say, after a year with Andy working on her (less treatments are needed once the condition was under control), that she’s finally able to have her quality of life back. She’s not only feeling better, but working out at the gym five days per week (and she’s feeling more fit and healthy every day). I feel like I have my wife back and more importantly she feels like she’s able to enjoy life again. The cost of the therapy was a lot cheaper than potential surgery (or for that matter even probably cheaper than an MRI, which our family doctor told us wouldn’t tell much for nerve pain anyway now that her back has been ruled out). I can’t thank Andy enough. If you have myofascial pain, Piriformis, a chronic knee or shoulder pain (or a lot of other conditions that I didn’t realize could be treated with ART), you should consider Andy, you won’t be sorry.

When I was training for my first half marathon, my knee began locking during runs about a month before my race. I was so discouraged because I literally could not run; I had to get rides back half way through routes. I saw a physical therapist and was told that there was nothing actually “wrong” with my knee. The only thing she could tell me to do was rest it, but after days of resting and icing and feeling better, the locking would come right back. I searched on Yelp for sports massages and found Andy, who I now jokingly call my “voodoo shaman”. After just one session he managed to drastically reduce the tension around my knee, noting that it was emanating from my tight hip, calf, and IT band, none of which were even considered by the physical therapist. He then literally massaged and pressed out the tightness, which was so severe I couldn’t have done myself. I not only felt much better, but the functionality of my knee was restored just in time to make my first truly long run. (+10 miles) I hadn’t heard of active release therapy before, but it is a godsend. Not only did Andy correctly diagnose the real problem, but he helped me fix it and avoid it in the future. As much as I like him, after three appointments I haven’t seen him since. I recommend him to friends with inexplicable pains and injuries all the time. I was shocked how much real injury simple muscle tightness can create. My only note would be that scheduling an appointment isn’t quite smooth yet. He seems to prefer texting or phone calls to the online scheduler I found on the website and that can be a little difficult to keep track of. Still, it’s worth it.

A bookstore that introduces you to those authors and titles that aren’t usually on the shelves but should be. Also love that they carry core books in history and cultural studies from scholarly presses. Quickly became my go-to store for all my bookish needs and interests.

I ordered an (in-stock) book online yesterday and it arrived in the mail today! Even for a local order that is great! I’ve previously ordered not in-stock books from Downbound and they were really great at keeping me up-to-date with the status.

I still can’t believe this fantastic little bookshop is in my neighborhood; it seems like a dream. It’s well-lit, clean-lined, friendly, it smells good, and every time I go in, I find books I didn’t know about that I want. There are marvelous politics/history/activism books, very strong fiction, a small but remarkably up-to-date and excellent poetry selection, and sweet and unusual kids’ books for my nieces and nephews. There’s a lovely set of Cincinnati-focused books — trails, walks, history. If you’ve got a woodworker in your family they will love the beautiful traditional woodworking books from KY press Lost Art Books. Downbound runs sales in support of good causes (get on their mailing list). It’s a great addition to this city.If you don’t live in Northside, come on a Saturday and eat breakfast at Blue Jay or brunch at Littlefield, check out the records at Shake It, browse the vintage clothes at High Bred and Casablanca, and pick out a book or three at Downbound; you’ll have a good time!

Beautiful little book shop… but NOT kid-friendly!For Christmas, I was given a gift card for this shop. I went in with my four year old. There was a small corner of children’s books and small steps to sit and read. I sent my son over to that section to look at books while I browsed. The first employee (owner?) I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. While I continued to browse, an older employee (owner?) started to hover over my son and readjust books that were slightly moved or tipped over by my him. Clearly my son wasn’t welcome to look at the children’s books. So I helped put the books back and we promptly left. I had intentions of using my gift card and pick up a few books for my son, my wife and myself. But considering how particular they are, the gift card will go unused and I will buy books elsewhere.

I haven’t been able to make it inside, as the store has been closed to visitors during the pandemic, my experience ordering online has been wonderful. Their selection is amazing and well-curated, and their customer service is personable and proactive. I can’t wait to visit in person, but until then I highly recommend you check out Downbound Books!

A well-curated and beautiful storefront shop in Northside. Downbound Books may be be physically small, but their packed shelves make for excellent browsing, and the folks there are very friendly. Once the pandemic hit, they switched to a delivery service that’s been a real bright spot for our family’s quarantine. Northsiders get free “contactless” delivery for any size order, and they’ll ship any book order over $30 for free, too. A great neighborhood book shop in times both normal and not-so. Oh, and they have a great selection of puzzles — for kids and adults!

The Breathing Room is a quaint and pretty Pilates studio with different types of Reformer classes from X reformer, to traditional, to gentle. I was fortunate enough to try the classes with their 8 classes for $99 deal. The bathrooms were clean, the facility was clean, and the staff was kind. Some people got codes to the door so they could enter for their classes, but I didn’t get that luxury. The pricing for membership is decent (might be steep for others depending on your budget), but I wish they offered more medium/low income friendly options. Or at least extended the amount of classes you get access to. The scheduling is online which is great, but the availability was scarce for what I wanted to try. I’m recovering from an injury so the instructors were mindful and offered variations I could try instead that would’ve cause me pain. Still, I think gentle Pilates Reformer would’ve worked better for me and I didn’t get to try that because it was only offered during the day and never after 5pm.

I enjoyed my first class at The Breathing Room last week, I tried PHIT class, which is a mat class, which uses a variety of Pilates techniques giving you a great overall workout.Meghan and her team are so welcoming and friendly and I can’t wait to return to the studio soon. Parking is right behind the studio and I heard they will be expanding in the near future to offer more classes.

I’ve been attending (reformer, yoga and mat) classes for several years at The Breathing Room. Love this place! Parking is ample, right-at-the-door close & free. The facility is beautiful and well maintained; it is airy and spacious, so never feels crowded. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I easily book (and cancel) classes with the app. The neighborhood is also cool -my vet and favorite bakery are just across the street.

The best Pilates Reformer in Cincinnati. I’ve tried numerous places and this place exceeds them all by far. The space is beautiful and they have top of the line equipment. The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly. They all remembered my name after only one visit. It’s a very encouraging yet challenging experience every time I attend. I pay for unlimited and once you get past the price per month ($225 unlimited) you’ll enjoy it and want to keep coming back. If you take advantage of the unlimited it’s actually a great deal. If you want to try out the studio there is free yoga on Saturday mornings – you could tour the studio then. Parking in the back and lots of class options.

This place is awesome!! Parking available, attractive workers, cutting edge studio! Great prices. FYI- wear a short sleeved shirt because you will sweat! Don’t be afraid if you’re new to yoga or pilates- the instructors can teach anyone at any level. I have Multiple Sclerosis and feel better than ever because of my pilates instruction. Get active and join me at The Breathing Room!

The facilities are beautiful as you walk in the space feels open and clean. Each room is well tailored for different classes. I have yet to attend a class despite being given a tour but I imagine based upon what I heard that they are very well tailored to each individuals needs. The lady who gave me the tour certainly knew the ins and outs of what I would look for in a yoga studio. Her attention to detail and true love of her profession is transparent. However when you find yourself leaving feeling refreshed and good about yourself do not find your way down to the BonBonerie it may feed the body but it depletes the soul.

The best is that after few months, I’m already seeing and feeling the results of the pilates and core align classes.

Ralph Dehner is by far the most excellent Tai Chi master and Reiki therapist I’ve ever enountered. I’ve been taking lessons from him for a while now, and his thoughtful, collaborative, communicative teaching style really works for me. He doesn’t hide his knowledge base, freely gives all he has to his students, and continues his formal education abroad to this day to stay relevant and current with Tai Chi practices in Asia. I also saw him for a series of Reiki treatments after I had a series of losses in my life in the family, when both my physical and spiritual side were struggling. This undoubtedly help fuel my progressive return to being, and I cannot recommend him enough on all accounts.
