No one wants to go to physical therapy because going here means you’re in pain and need help, but these guys made it as painless and easy as it could possibly be. I worked with Chelsea and Tim who were both amazing. Chelsea did my initial evaluation and listened so carefully and was so understanding. I thought i was doing a terrible time explaining my issues but she just got it and immediately started me on a treatment plan that made me feel better right away. Not sure how she did it, but she knows her stuff so well that she did! As I started coming in regularly (3 times/week), both Chelsea and Tim each made an effort to get to know me, listened carefully to whatever I described, were incredibly attentive and truthfully fun to work with. Each of them responded quickly to emails with my questions and concerns and as much as I disliked going because the sessions were painful, they made it easy. I even came in one day literally barely able to walk (I was in PT for my back), and my session for the day was with Tim. He helped me find an urgent care, called ahead for me to make sure I was seen ASAP and literally walked me to my car. He also gave me his number to text him and make sure I was ok. He was required to do none of that and definitely went above and beyond. Scheduling was also a breeze, they have an app that texts you if something else opens up and Lisa who manages the front desk is easy and friendly. Wishing injury on no one, but if you find yourself needing some PT, I highly recommend these guys. Thank all again Chelsea, Tim, Lisa and all of True Sport! You made a rough experience as easy as it possibly could be!

So today marks two years since the day I first saw Angela. I genuinely can’t believe that amount of time has passed. When I look back to who I was back then, that version of me truly feels so very far away, but I’m grateful to her for feeling lost the way she did, for needing answers to some questions, because she’s the one that sought Angela, that needed that first reading, and that has become who I am now and gotten to where I’m at here.Regardless of whether I continue to receive services from Angela or not, the change she brought into my life is timeless and immeasurable. I had asked her two years ago today if I should stay here in PA or move to another state. I was practically homeless, and Angela had said that although Spirit doesn’t tell us what to do, she felt that I should stay. It resonated. So I did. That was my smallest question that day, but time has turned it into the biggest. I stayed, and I got a great job out of the blue that I was completely unqualified for. From there, came a career. From there, came my own home and apartment. From there, I advanced even more and now I am an immigration paralegal and am weeks away from moving to Philly on my own. I have no schooling. I’m amazing at my work. All the odds have been against me and my blessings are immeasurable because I somehow got the job, got the apartment, got the life I sincerely could not have anywhere else. Successful paralegals without schooling are unheard of. I’ve made it, somehow, and it’s a life I myself created but it came from the choice to stay. And it was Angela who gave me that guidance. I was ready to move away before I walked through her doors. I came to her looking for hope. I had genuinely no idea what to do with my life. She never told me what to do, but she told me what I could do, and that was something that was far too out of my own reach back then. Thinking back on that time makes me very emotional. That version of me doesn’t exist anymore. She’s grown, she’s more fearless now, and she’s still hurt and still has questions but now she has a little bit more courage to answer them for herself. Again, that all began with Angela. She was the first one to tell me that I truly did have options. Those came out in the reading, and when I got out of her space after the reading, I knew exactly what I had to do.It was exactly what I needed, and I have genuinely lived my life from thereon out in a direction that has moved only forward. There have been struggles, hiccups, and pains. But I rest easy in knowing I am exactly where I need to be in life. I can easily say that a lot of that is thanks to that first reading with Angela. That version of me had questions, needed answers. And I’m so glad she did.

Today was a very curious and exciting day for me. I didn’t want to come with ridiculous expectations. Yet, didn’t want to come with a negative mindset. I came to Samantha as a curious individual with an open mind. I was so nervous, a lot going on my mind. What will she tell me? What will I discover? With that said, I also came unprepared. I had no questions ready for Samantha. I just decided to walk in there and go with the flow. (I regret that now because I miraculously have quite a few now lol)So as the process began, she instructed me to ask her a question, and my unprepared ass tried to come up with one on the spot. I forgot what I said but it was a stupid question. We both laughed it off and she took charge from that point.I won’t go into detail about my reading as I like to keep this guide close to my heart as my life unfolds, But what I will say is that she was pretty spot on about the way I was feeling, my worries and what I thought about myself. This one particular thing I was worried about for a while, she consoled me saying that it was going to work out. It was SO SPECIFIC, this worry I had, but she knew. I felt so vulnerable (what does she know about me!?!?) and she urged me that everything is confidential which I didn’t doubt but I never really or don’t really share my feelings with anyone so that was something I had to get over as quickly as possible. I just wasn’t used to it and I hope I didn’t offend her.Samantha gave me some guides on what I should do with my current job situation, a book to invest some time into and overall, not to get too ahead of myself but start making moves. There are people all over the world with extraordinary talents. They can be of ones physical talents, ones intelligence or of spiritual means. There’s a man by the name of Daniel Tammet, who’s known as a savant that describes seeing numbers in his head that have particular colors and shapes and can solve ridiculous mathematical equations in a very short time. Sounds so “out there” but it’s real.I will see Samantha again in the future.Come with respect and an open mind.

I was sent here for physical therapy after a shoulder fracture and now that I’m done I’d definitely refer a friend who needed PT here. The office staff & therapists were friendly & professional, and I never had any problems with billing, delayed appointments or other administrative headaches. I’m not really qualified to judge the quality of their treatment (my shoulder turned out fine, that’s all I know) but the physician who referred me here seemed to think very highly of this practice.

Remarkable! That was the reaction I had after a month of physical therapy for my lower back when asked how I was doing during my electronic stimulation after doing some exercises. That does not mean the pain goes away forever, but you are given the tools, exercises and stretches to alleviate the onset of pain during physical therapy and to use after you are discharged from physical therapy. The method used for lower back pain at Robert Feehley Physical Therapy is called the McKenzie method. You can look it up to get a preliminary idea of what it attempts to do and what exercises. The key is to centralize the pain and then it gradually goes away as you progress through the program. However, you want to do the therapy under the supervision of a trained physical therapist in the McKenzie method, as the therapist will help tailor the therapy to your specific problem and recovery rate. Robert Feehley Physical Therapy does a great job!I asked my wife’s doctor for a pain management specialist, Dr. Kotcharian, who recommended Robert Feehley Physical Therapy. Robert Feehley, the owner of the physical therapy practice takes detailed notes when doing the initial assessment and then you either see Robert or one of the assistant therapists during your therapy process. I met with Robert’s assistant Deanna twice a week for 6 weeks who coached me through the process and did an excellent job showing me different exercises to do, making sure I do them correctly and explaining clearly how and when to do them.  Robert then evaluates you after you have been going to physical therapy periodically to determine whether more physical therapy is needed or you can be discharged. I had a great experience overall and highly recommend Robert Feehley Physical Therapy, the rest of the staff that I interacted with when I was there were all friendly and helpful.

I love the salt cave, Nicky, and Nibana as a whole! I wish I had a picture because it is so beautiful and relaxing, but when you go in the salt cave, you turn the world off for 45 minutes, get your mind clear, and focus on yourself. Nicky is wonderful and communicates quickly and efficiently. She is kind and supports local organizations which is what I look for in a business. She supports the Ulman foundation and hosts young people impacting by cancer so we can focus on us and escape for a bit. My expectation is not that the salt cave experience replaces my medical advice from my doctors or care team.   I have been to the salt cave 4-5 times and then chose to host a birthday party in the cave with sound medication. I had the place with just my 5 girlfriends and it was so fun. Just FYI, I love the sound medication but if you have sound sensitivity know going in it’s a lot of different types of sounds and can get loud or high pitched. I will absolutely go back and book a private party for the salt cave. It’s an amazing atmosphere with a sauna and Nicky runs groups and has an e-mail blast with all the upcoming events. I am in no way affiliated or being compensated for this review, I honestly am just so thankful for Nicky, her support of Ulman, and her kind vibe. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I highly recommend this location for physical therapy and occupational therapy.I previously had my physical therapy done at the University of Maryland Medical Center itself, and was very happy with my service there. The only reason I tried this new location was because it is next to the office of my orthopedic surgeon. I figured it would be convenient to get my therapy next to where my doctors appointments might be in the future. Also I figured if I didn’t like it after the first few sessions I could switch back to the hospital. The team here is fantastic. The front desk are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. There’s a very clear new policy of co-pay at time of visit, which hopefully resolves the complaints of the previous reviewer. Scheduling on your way out is also very easy and convenient. The therapy staff are fantastic! Emily has been working with me for the past few months and I could not be happier. They have a great space with tons of equipment and comfortable adjustable therapy tables.I usually walk here, but I have parked on occasion. Is easily accessible from both downtown and the highway. Parking is $10 for as long as you are there.

Inside there’s a sign that says “Flourish Lifestyle Boutique” and indeed it is. I am in LOVE!! I was in the area getting physical therapy and parked in front of Flourish. After leaving PT I stopped in. I was greeted immediately with a warm hello and food cooking. It felt good! There was a small line (about 3 people) waiting to order food and about 3 of us looking/shopping. I didn’t order any food but I heard someone ordered a whole vegan cake to be picked up Friday. Someone else ordered chick n Mac and kale salad. Next time I’m gonna try that. I took my time checking out everything. There’s countless amounts of crystals, incenses, tarots cards, journals, keychains, jewelry, clothing, oils, serums, lotions, natural feminine products, sea moss, teas, Florida Water, alter candles, singing bowls, books on readings, healthy living, wholeness, spiritual guides, etc., ALL THE THINGS!! So many things I’ve never seen before. I purchased a few. Check out the pics :)I’ve found my spot! I have been going there for about a month now and I have seen results almost immediately. For example I travelled for two weeks primarily by car across the northeast and did not have the severe back and arm pain that I typically experience. I’m always able to get in and out in a timely manner no matter what time of day it is. The receptionist onsite is kind as well as the one who answers the phone when you call to schedule appointments. The doctor is attentive and provides a great overview so that you understand exactly what is happening with your neck, back and / or spine.I will update my review after I complete treatment. I also find the physical therapists to be quite entertaining and I appreciate that the diversity in the office reflects the community that I live in.
