Call for an appointment. Definitely worthy of the time and money. I have since referred two more clients to her that I am close to, and they are very much just as satisfied with their own readings. If you’re a skeptic, you won’t be after you see her.

I have waited months to write this review, because I wanted to see how things played out in my life. I had a reading and a healing practice with Elizabeth. Pretty much everything she gave me insight about has been accurate and true. The information she shared with me really helped me see things and people more clearly. I can honestly say my life improved since working with Elizabeth.

Have phone and sent texts . Said that she is out of town. Never did let me know if she ever returned !!

I received a reading when I was in the area for work. I had time so I decided I would see if there was availability for a reading the same day. I was able to easily coordinate my reading for the same evening. It is now about 5 months later and everything that was said is pretty accurate; including some of the things that I felt were random at the time all make sense now.

The best in town! Genuine and the real deal. She’s straightforward and helps guide you in the right direction. She’s helped me so much on my spiritual journey and has been such an amazing spiritual teacher for me. She is one of a kind and a great blessing. Definitely worth booking an appointment with!

These past few months I’ve been really stress and down. So then my cousin thought maybe I could go get a tarot card reading just to enlighten myself up a bit, and so I did. After hearing what the lady told me about my life. It surprised me soo much. She knew about every serious situation about me, and told me about my future. Basically she is a very good physic teller or whatever you call it, and I really recommend her. Her words motivated me to keep on doing what I’m doing.
Allie E. rated 5 stars on 3/2/2016
I’ve had reading done before for fun, but this one was very enlightening. Elizabeth is very warm, caring and truthful. I went in for fun and left with so much more. She gave me answers for situations I wasn’t even thinking of asking about. The reading was done just yesterday , so I’ll have to update with more if I see situations in my life happen that Elizabeth talked to me about. But I do have to say I left the reading feeling less stressed about life. Definitely, will go back in the future!
Amanda R. rated 5 stars on 9/5/2017
This was my first time consulting a psychic, I did a tarot card reading and it was an awesome experience! Psychic Elizabeth made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. She provided some useful insights and very practical advice. But what I didn’t anticipate was how empowered and inspired I felt after the reading. It was as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I felt so calm, peaceful and full of gratitude for days after. I am so glad I saw Psychic Elizabeth, I know I’ll be back again.

Our trainer was rude. Told my child that she would be further along if she came to all her appointments- well sir – you were closed one week for staff training , the next week you had jury duty … it was all you. Not my child .. also one would think you would look to see which leg needed the therapy ..,, YOU WORKED ON THE WRONG LEG. And moreover- you don’t talk to a child in that manner – her parent was available to speak to you at any time. It shows you definitely lack character and integrity

All the staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. Each person I have worked with over the last several months has been very professional and yet very personable. And as far as physical therapy office’s go, they are very effective and you see results.

My primary physician referred me to Barrows due to increasing pain and cramping in my left leg and foot. I had been to another larger facility for a different problem a few years ago and did not care to go back. Barrows was a welcome surprise. The Barrows facility and staff may not be the largest in Fresno, but they are not lacking anything in professionalism, knowledge or attentiveness. Chris Lopez was my therapist and was outstanding. The entire Barrows staff from the front desk to the aids were always helpful, friendly and caring. They took the time to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. The facility is kept clean and well organized. I would recommend Barrows to anyone.
Ritu K. rated 1 stars on 2/25/2017
Firstly let me begin by explaining my injury and how i ended up here.. I recently had an ACL reconstruction surgery by Dr. Peter Simonian. I waited 6 years to have this surgery done because at the time I didn’t have the expenses to afford medical insurance. So I spent a considerable amount of time doing my research and homework as I wanted the best outcome. My surgery was a success! I had no pain and I was compliant with my exercises and icing. I watched my nutrition and made sure I kept the swelling to a minimum as that will increas the chances of a fast recovery. So I put a lot of my energy into doing my homework and making sure I did my part as a patient. Initially Dr Peter Simonian told me I would need 12 weeks of PT three times a week (I asked). After my post op appointment the PA removed my stitches and assessed my range of motion. I guess it must have be good because I was given a prescription for 8 weeks twice a week as opposed to the 12 weeks for three times a week. (Great news right? I was stoked. My nutrition, icing, and exercises must have helped) I was ready to start PT with the knowledge a successful surgery is equally as important as physical therapy. Anyway I read reviews on Barrows and google had about 21 reviews. I felt good and confident about my progress, so I was ready to rock and roll. I was very clear during my consultation that I have high expectations. (Reasonably of course. There is nothing wrong with this as I’m investing in my health) I told Rochelle everything I’ve typed up here. She gave me 9 exercises to do at home. (3 sets each twice a day) I was compliant. This is more than enough as most patients don’t really bother to do the exercises at home. I was able to do all exercises three sets a day but only once a day. They were time consuming but I did them. I also set my appointments with her because it makes sense to stay with the same physical therapist as they would be able to track my progress successfully. My second day there i didn’t see my physical therapist at all. The aides took me to a stationary bike and left. After I was done she took me around and I was given very easy exercises to do. (I could have done these at home) saw Rochelle for the last 5 minutes. She massaged my knee and that was it. The third visit was the same. I understand that it doesn’t make sense to have a client lifting very heavy weights or given exercises that may cause inflammation or injury to the graft but everyone is different and unique. The exercises should be catered to the patients range of motion, how well they are able to tolerate pain (if there is any). I thought to myself “how are they monitoring my progress ? No one asked me how easy the exercises were for me , my PT didn’t measure my quad to see where I initially was and I get it they may not do things that way, so i inquired how they monitor the patients progress. I figured I would address my concern right away because I didn’t want to let too much time pass.I did let them know. Nick (another PT) came over and measured my quad and I asked why this wasn’t done in the initial consultation. His exact words “I’m just doing it to make you happy” and I said ” no. Don’t do it to make me happy. How do you guys monitor your patients progress” he said “objectively and subjectively” and I said well no one has been asking me or watching me. He was so condescending . Every encounter with him felt like I was getting push back from him . Remarks like “I know you want to recover fast but it’s quality over quantity” (in this case if he feels or felt I may have been doing the exercises incorrectly it’s his responsibility to check on me and educate me)And an aide said “oh you are in a hurry to get better. you want to recover fast huh?” uh…Who doesnt?Nick then randomly asks me “did you say the PTs don’t have degrees” (which I did not say) He was so rude. These questions may come off as very innocent and legitimate questions but they were very insensitive in their approach I wanted to go to a place where I felt I was going to be taken care and not harassed for my enthusiasm for recovery. This is a critical period in my recovery and i came in with a positive attitude. I wanted to make every PT session count. I noticed that I stopped doing my exercises at home 🙁 and I believe it has a lot to do with how discouraged I’m feeling because of the treatment I received here. Do the PTs here have skills and knowledge? Of course they do. Yes. Unfortunately they do not have any respect or genuine concern for their clients recovery. A friend mentioned that from a business stand out most places don’t want you to get better because they want the doctors to write a prescription for more therapy sessions now I’m not one to think this way but geez after observing how they run things here I wouldn’t doubt it … I’ve decided that I’m not going to subject myself to this treatment, and I’m going somewhere else.

If I could give Barrows a 10 rating I would. I was having insane neck pain with headaches and finally went to the doctor. He sent me here for physical therapy and I owe him dearly for it. Everyone from the front office to the assistants and therapists are wonderful. Friendly, helpful, well organized, professional, well trained. I learned something helpful from each therapist that I saw and was taught exercises to do at home to stay healthy. A friend that is a physical therapist gave them a thumbs up and a big recommendation. Getting that from a fellow professional is the biggest compliment of all. If you need physical therapy, go to Barrows. You will not be disappointed.
K F. rated 5 stars on 4/5/2018
This is the only place I can go where I feel better. I have been to other doctors and facilities and no other facility compares to this one. The front desk is extremely warm and welcoming. When I get to the floor the assistants get me started on my exercises right away. They even demonstrate them to me in case I forget. A special thanks to Hortencia and Maria!!! Each physical therapist has their own style of working with you and educating you. Rachelle is so knowledgeable and down to earth. A big thank you to the Barrow’s team for helping me on my road to recovery. A big thank you Sean, Denise, Marie, Gary, Christian and Dan too!!
Sierra S. rated 1 stars on 3/29/2016
Very disappointed with this place for many reasons. It doesn’t seem like they care for their patients. Many times they will walk you up to an area to do your exercises, not explain thoroughly and then they will disappear. I waited patiently many times in several different parts of the building once I was done with an exercise for the young person to come back, and they never did. I would have to walk up to them to deliver my exercise materials to tell them I was finished the majority of the time. Came off very unprofessional. They also came off as lazy and I felt like I was a burden. I am not the person to complain, but in this case it was necessary. I will be going somewhere elsewhere. Hello Dan B.,Since I can’t comment back to you I’ll add it to my review. My mother was the patient and I was expressing her concern and disappointment since she doesn’t have a yelp account. She has a different last name than I because I am married. I would not leave such a long detailed complaint if I were not telling the truth. But thank you not being concerned about my problem I appreciate it.
Judy S. rated 5 stars on 5/10/2014
As a 67 year woman with skeletal issues, I didn’t expect much relief when I was referred here. WRONG. These folks thoroughly get what needs to happen to help a surgical patient rehab. I had to redo a total hip. Prior to surgery they helped me strengthen the atrophied muscles which I believe made the ultimate recovery much easier. The therapists are without exception intelligent and thorough. The fact that the therapy is a blend – some exercise , some hands on, some rest and restoration sets them apart. At other therapy practices, the plan is set by therapist but you spend little time adjusting it. Not here – every session changes were made, noted and explained so that the final product is a healthy me. I cannot say enough good things about the group. Thank you!

Got this as a gift for my cousin for Mother’s Day weekend! My cousin has a newborn that requires feeding very often so I searched for a “traveling masseuse” and came across Jenn on yelp.My cousin loooovved her! Said Jenn had butter smooth hands, felt like she was being touched by a flower. Jenn listened and adjusted to what ever pressure was needed. My cousin has no complaints and no cons about this. Jenn was very professional and nice. She answered all my questions before hand. She came on time and brought her own masseuse table. She set up quickly in a private room and after the hour, my cousin looked and felt so much more relaxed. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a ‘traveling’ masseuse.

I highly recommend Jenn! Best massage of my life ( and I have had a lot of massages in the past )! I’m so glad that I found her on Yelp and made an appointment with her! She goes to your home, which is really convenient. She also does energy healing! It feels amazing!

Jenn came to my house and provided massages for my mother, my daughter, and me. We were all incredibly relaxed and feeling great afterward. It was my daughters first massage and a wonderful experience for her. My neck, shoulders, and back feel so much better after the massage. Jenn was friendly, kind, and professional. All three of us give her a 5 star rating!

I went to Jenn for a reading in hopes of clearing blockages and I was absolutely blown away by her and her abilities. She has a gentleness about her while also being professional. She explained what the reading would entail and made sure I was comfortable and let me know I could ask questions at any time during the reading. I felt very comfortable being in her hands and trusted her with my energy and reading me. Within the first few minutes of the reading she touched on some very big things that corroborated my experiences. This happened throughout the reading as she helped me with every single blockage I had without me telling her anything. She intuited things that were all true and confirmed things I had seen as well. I can’t adequately put into words the ways in which I felt seen, heard, and understood. I’m still processing the experience as it was so beautiful and healing. She is one of a kind and a absolute treasure.

Just finished up my massage, I am a health care worker and have been very stressed out lately. This experience was not anything I was expecting, I have had many massages from therapist from all over the world. And let me tell you that this session was nothing like the rest, it was a total mind, body, and soul regeneration. Jenn is amazing. I am so happy I had this therapy done I needed it so much. I definitely recommend her if you need some energy healing in your life, just wow.

Jenn, thank you for making my friend’s baby shower a hit! I messaged Jenn though Yelp and she responded back within a few hours. She was available, professional and courteous. She arrived right on time and brought everything with her. The massages were amazing! My friends stepped out completely relaxed, a few fell asleep. Her rates are so reasonable considering I pay more at a spa. She brings the spa to you and is less expensive! It was a great experience and I can’t wait to book her again. Thank you Jenn! You were the highlight of the shower!

I was referred to Phys Med for PT after I herniated a disc in my back. When I started going, I was unable to sit down or walk for more than 5 minutes at a time. With their support, encouragmenet, and exercises I was able to get back to running pain free. I’ve returned for other injuries as well. They helped when I broke my foot after a fall and tore my hamstring hiking. All the staff is friendly, knowledgable, and patient. I feel like they really care that I get better.

Don’t waste your time going to therapy at this place. Staff is rude and unprofessional. There is only 1 PT there and 1 PTA, the rest are aides. A plan of care is developed by the PT and the aides are the ones that show client an exercise and then walk away. They do not check on you, they sit on their cell phones, in the workout area. I witnessed HIPPA violations, and front office staff is incredibly rude. I would never recommend this facility.

They are the best place to go if you need physical therapy. The staff is friendly. You almost get individualized attention. There is usually three people who need physical therapy at a certain time. (They are good at scheduling people so there won’t be too many people at a certain time). There are two physical therapists there to help. They are still working on my knee. I am trying to bend my knee all the way back. I had surgery on my knee.

I was a little apprehensive when I was told I needed rehab after breaking my arm. But after going to Rebound, my fears were quickly put away. The entire staff is so kind and so helpful helping me to get the best that I can out of this process. Rolando, Sebastian, Ryan and Ashley have just been phenomenal. I couldn’t ask for a better staff to help me get on the road to recovery. And just a few words about Cassidy, she is so organized and on it. Still have a few weeks ago. I went to rebound previously when I was pregnant for tendonitis in both wrists two years ago. I really liked how knowledgeable Rolando was, so when my doctor recently suggested physical therapy for sciatic issues I told her I wanted to go back to rebound! For the first apt they do a thorough examination and I was there for almost two hours. I have been experiencing a ton of random things for the last three months which I have been seeing multiple doctors for and still not sure what the heck is going on. While telling Rolando what was happening with me he gave me a rundown on how certain parts of the body being constantly in tension can cause the majority of my problems which is crazy but makes complete sense. I was given multiple exercises to do and also a printout of every exercises I need to do at home on the days I don’t go to rehab. If you want a physical therapist that listens to your needs and actually provides relief.. this is the place. Nothing is simple and you have to put in the work and learn the tools to fix yourself! If you’re willing to implement the tools that rebound gives you then you are on the road to recovery! Thanks rebound!

For the last 35 years I have been to countless neurosurgeons, chiropractors, and physical therapists. No one has provided me with the help and tools that Chris, the owner, has done for me. For the first time since I was a kid, I actually feel like I’m finally heading in the right direction with healing. I have suffered from progressing scoliosis all these years only to be told there wasn’t much that could be done. I had given in to the fact that I would just have to live with the pain and discomfort for the rest of my life. Not now!!! He’s so good!! Everyone is very efficient from the front desk to anyone involved with helping out. I’m so grateful that I have found someone that knows what they’re doing and cares enough to get to know my situation!

I was diagnosed with PTTD (Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction) and suffered with this condition for almost two years. I received steroid injections and MLS Laser Therapy on and off for a couple of years. The MLS Laser Therapy worked wonders and relieved the pain until I stopped the treatment and the pain always continued to come back. My doctor continued to recommend Physical Therapy and I would always come up with an excuse I don’t have time this that and the other. Well one day I decided to give it a try as I got so sick and tired of living with the pain and thought what do I have to lose. I had exhausted every other treatment other than surgery. I had decided to go with Rebound Physical Therapy and am so glad I did. I am almost 6 weeks into treatment~ one hr sessions two days a week and OMG what a difference this has made it has literally given me my life back! I went from being in constant pain 100% of the day to six weeks later a pain level of maybe 5% of the day. I am confident though as long as I continue putting in the work even that will be reduced as long as I continue doing the exercises. Physical therapy has reduced my pain significantly and I owe it all to Rebound. Chris the owner is so amazing! He was always such a positive, beautiful, kind and humble spirit. He is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and was very clear and unintimidating when explaining the medical terminology of my MRI which I appreciated so much. His staff every single one of them were so completely awesome as well. Thank you guys all of you so much!

My DR sent me here for a frozen shoulder and warned me that it would be a painful journey to “unfreeze” it. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find the opposite to be true First of all Rolando Witrado greeted me and attentively listened . With pressure points and gentle manipulation of my shoulder he relaxed it before we began the exercises with the help of an incredible team of friendly and compassionate staff. Ending with a “tens” machine and ice. Amazing! No pain and more mobility. With an illustrated flyer of homework I continued. The next appointment was was even more reassuring as my shoulder progressed and my pain recessed.Couldn’t be more grateful to this incredible team and Rolando Witrado!!! The front desk was very helpful and friendly team too! It’s a win win

Yesterday I had my initial consultation with Chris. He was excellent! He thoroughly explained what I was looking at in terms of my diagnosis from my doctor and the recommended therapy. I felt very happy knowing exactly what my issue is. Sara was also very kind and assisted me very well. I’m glad I chose Rebound to help me recover!

My daughter is a ballet dancer and has used Rebound Physical Therapy multiple times. She has been seen for a wrist injury, and pre- and post plica and meniscus knee surgery. We have been extremely happy with Chris and Lisa and the rest of the staff. We have always been treated well and in a timely fashion. My mother-in-law has used them for multiple shoulder problems and has also been very happy with them. Our sports medicine physician highly recommended Rebound and both my daughter and I would do the same.

I’ve been getting treatments for several years. Love this office. The Docs are the best, personable and they adjust away my aches and pain. I took them up on an extended plan to really get at the issues three times a week, which I dreaded giving up the time, but a few weeks in, relief was amazing. The pain running down my legs, low back and neck was pain free and flexable. I go in about 2 times a month now. Give these young docs a try. The office is nice and clean and they get you in on your appointment!Dr. Greg Crocker

I waited a few months before writing a review, I wanted to see how everything worked out. I’ve been going to Dynamic Integrative Health for a few months now. When I started going I had pain in my left knee, lower/upper back and neck. I can 100% say that during the time I’ve been going I have been relieved of my pain. The physical therapy, exercises & chiropractic treatments have greatly helped.I like that once your treatment is done they don’t just cut you loose. You walk away with exercises and stretches that you can do in your own to help with any issues and you also go back for monthly adjustments. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family, friends and coworkers.

This place is incredible. Much more than a chiropractic visit. Starting with Jacoby and Wendy at the front desk, you get greeted with a smile and politeness like an old friend. Coffee? Water? They make you feel at ease. Nurse Practitioner Sandy I’d friendly and knowledgeable and dies a great job of explaining the ” why” of treatment. The Doctors, Shane and Chris are very outgoing and knowledgeable and explain everything about your recovery. One of the very unique features is that you get to spend time doing stretching and rehab therapy every visit with Shane in the spacious workout area. You learn stretching and strengthening exercises that will stay with you after treatment to keep you healthy. A thorough and professional experience start to finish.

I’m giving one star because I was cheated by this office. While the people I interacted with we’re generally kind and appeared to want to help me, I was charged a lot of money, my insurance was never billed appropriately, and ultimately I was still in pain after months of treatment. After leaving I continued to follow up for some time and was told my insurance would be rebilled, which never happened. I should have received refunds which also never happened. It’s hard to write this review because I generally don’t write negative reviews and I feel foolish for letting them talk me into spending money I didn’t have. Be warned…go elsewhere.

Parking lot was a bit cramped with a handful of openings. Allot extra time to park and find the door leading to the right suite.Bought a living social deal for a massage. I was booked with Dana, who was very sweet and was an excellent massage therapist. Very open communication, asked multiple times about how pressure was, did a very thorough job with firm, sweeping motions (seemed like Swedish style). I really enjoyed every aspect- arms/legs/back while on your stomach, feet, flip over to back and have arms, legs done again. Face and scalp massage too. She was able to work on problem areas and I felt great after. Nice soothing music with comfortable room. Fairly quiet, though had noise from other appointments and front office employees laughing. The quality of the massage I would equate with that in a high end spa or resort (4 stars). The outside noise made it much more casual atmosphere; I didn’t mind, but others might. If you’re someone is uncomfortable in frou frou spas then you might like this type of casualness. No weekend hours for massage appts as it is within a office. When you leave they review massage packages – monthly enrollment option, or “buy in bulk” type deals with advance payment both of which offer discounts over single massage prices.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Long’s since 2005. Since then, I’ve moved a few times and now live in Visalia, but I love his office and the care he provides so much that he’s the only chiropractor I’ll see. In 2006, a friend and I were involved in a small little fender bender. I only had minimal soreness for a few days; however, my friend suffered from whiplash for months after the accident. I believe that my trauma was minimized due to the back care I had been receiving from Dr. Long for the year prior to the accident. The office staff are very kind and accommodating, and have helped me with all the questions I’ve had regarding scheduling, insurance, and billing. I highly recommend Dr. Long’s office for your chiropractic needs!

I have been a patient of Dr. Long’s for two years. I used to suffer from 5-6 headaches per week and was constantly taking over-the-counter headache medicine. I now suffer from, at most, one headache per week. My weekly adjustments have reduced my pain substantially and have increased my quality of life. Thank you, Dr. Long!

This place is possibly one of the nicest small businesses I’ve ever been to! Friendly staff, amazing gems and statuary, and such a nice store to visit overall. The more you go the more the employees start to feel like family. It’s very nice. I’ll support this shop every time I’m in town!

I have been coming to this store since I was a kid, when they were still in the old shop by Strummers. I go at least once a month to stock up on my supplies and have never had a bad experience. The staff is helpful and kind, and are very knowledgeable on all things metaphysical. Further, if they don’t have the information, they will always search it up in a book or online to help you out. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than if you purchased through an online retailer, but it is understandable since they are a local small business. Everything is well worth the price! I have seen many reviews talking about being followed around the store or watched, but I have been in that store dozens of times over my life and have never experienced anything like that. Kathryn, the owner, is always very helpful and her tarot readings are always on point. This shop is truly a gem and I always look forward to coming here! Have been coming here for years and will continue to for many more!

I’ve been going to Brass Unicorn since the age of 17 and I first was introduced to the Spiritual Counseling with Kathryn Barile. I absolutely loved it; I remember every word now, years later. This is my favourite healing sanctuary. Trans*, queer, quare, dyke, and pansexual friendly at all times. The friendliest the kindest the sweetest. I come here all the time to clear my energetic field especially when I’m drained. Just the energy alone fixes me right up. I’m a Shaman fully trained and I rely on the Brass Unicorn for all my crystals, tarot, books, learning cosmic ideologies that I need in my life. I found out so much about myself just by coming by and buying everything that jumped or stood out to me. Only peace and blessings here. Check them out. One of my favorite sanctuaries to go to. They have a website you can order from if you’re out of town! Everything is already cleansed for you!

I was in the Brass Unicorn last Wednesday at 1p or so. The store was not in the least super busy. I felt that the sales associates were in some strange manner so terribly busy, to answer questions for me. I got a sense that they just wanted to wisk me out the door as soon as I made a purchase. First of all, I felt disrespected. Secondly, there is nothing in this store you can not get ONLINE CHEAPER!! Thirdly, I am from Massachusetts. I have been to Salem Massachusetts; the Mecca of all that is PSCHIC OR NEW AGE OR PAGAN OR WICCAN, more times than I can remember. This tiny establishment is a far cry to the center of a that is MYSTICAL. This poor excuse for a mystic store is pathetic!! AT BEST! ***SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER ONLINE!!!!***

This place is so ridiculous. The staff is not knowledgeable OR friendly for that matter. I had heard horror stories but was in a pinch and needed some herbs. First of all – the products are way overpriced.Second: I went in for a very specific herb: rosebuds. They have a big jar of herbs- labeled ROSEBUDS. Tell me why my whole 1oz bag came with ONE rosebud and the rest rose petals I called to see if I could come back and do an exchange or something – but low and behold…guess who doesn’t do refunds on herbs?! Hahahah. Be wary y’all. I definitely will not be going back.

Still love this place, they still have awesome stuff. Priced a little higher now, to be expected I think with everything going on. They enforce masking, hand sanitizer use (they squirt a bit in your hands as you walk in) and capacity limits which makes me feel safer in their store. Wife and I feel it’s more important than ever to keep our money mindful and local, this shop fits those aims nicely.

My girlfriend has been wanting to check out this establishment for quite some time, so today we decided to check it out. Big mistake, the older lady (owner I presume) followed her around as if she were going to shoplift (a $3.99 bracelet mind you). She carried the bracelet as it was the only one in that color combination and we proceeded to check out the rest of the store. Asked a question to the gentleman manning the stone case (very friendly btw) and continued on to check out the book selection. At this time my girlfriend was browsing the jewelry case where she was watched like a hawk. She was very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. She placed the bracelet in the basket it came from and we continued to the door. Upon exiting she was asked if she left the bracelet in the store… as if we did not have $3.99 to purchase the thing embarrassing her in front of numerous customers who happened to be in the building at the time.We will not be returning and that’s a shame as there are some really neat items I would have liked to pick up but will be spending my money elsewhere. Totally ruined the vibe for the day.

I wanted to add an update to my review since I’ve had surgery again (this time to remove scar tissue). This time, I was sent to another place to get my physical therapy done (nothing bad to say about them, just a very different experience) and I appreciate Hand to Shoulder (HTS) even more! At HTS, the quality of service is amazing and what HTS does in a session is WAY more than what you get at other places. They start each session with hand washing (took that for grated too), and a session with the therapist. Then, after the therapist has created a few focused activities for your specific injury, you “work out” in the gym geared to work on your specific injury. After that, you have ten minutes of either light therapy or some focused electro therapy. Before you leave, the ladies who help in the back wish you a great day and you are on your way. I sure miss the people (who always remember you by name!) and the service I received at Hand to Shoulder. I actually found out yesterday that I could request to change offices (I wasn’t sure I could since it is a workman’s comp case). So, I requested to switch back to Hand to Shoulder and am waiting in the reply from the doctor. Fingers crossed.

All i got to say is WOW.. She is great.. If your hurt you need to go there for physical therapy.. They are amazing.. I was not able to use my left hand at all.. After all my sessions, my strength came back.. My hand opens and closes.. And I fell good again to have my hand back.. I’m an actually patient.. Worker’s comp paid for everything.. Without my therapy.. I would only have one working hand right now.. Thanks you Lindsey… I made new friends there..

Her staff, always has a smile and treats you like you’re family making the therapy so much easier! Since I had began this journey, I would like to say I’m back to 70% and being on track to being at 100% again before the injury. Thank you to Lindsay and to her amazing staff!!!

Thanks to her, I have full use again. The kindness, concern and knowledge of therapy is beyond anything I’ve encountered. They truly care.

I was so amazed from the therapy I receive by Susan B.! I have been in twice a week for the last three weeks. I get bad back spasms and she knew exactly where to treat me! She has been working on my flexibility and it has improved so much! The only bad thing is that Susan is on rotation and I’ll be getting someone different next week. I’m sure the next therapist will be as awesome as Susan was. The facility is really clean and they have soothing music playing which puts me in a calm and comforting mood. Oh, and the staff is so friendly and treats everyone very warm and courteous.

If anyone needs a recommendation for a really great physical therapy place, I recommend this place. I hurt my knee and had surgery for a torn meniscus. The people at advanced physical therapy are so caring, kind, and helpful. They set up a series of different exercises designed for each person to help accommodate their needs whether it be their knee, shoulder, etc. They guide you along the way to be sure you were doing it right. The people are very special and wonderful and awesome helping each individual. I had a great team from Taylor, Emily, Lanthan, Nic 1, Nic 2, Jenn, and Daniel. They immediately welcome you in and help with your exercises and treatments to get you feeling better and achieve your goals. I adored my team that helped me and I thank them all. My first experience with the front desk was great to set up my first appointment. The young lady at the front desk is always so sweet and informative. Everybody I encountered here was so nice, down to earth and made my first ever experience with physical therapy a good one. I look forward to future appointments.

Post Op therapy at it’s best. My therapist, Lanthan, was terrific. So gentle and knowledgeable. I asked questions about my recovery and he answered in a way I understood more about what was going on in my shoulder and what I could expect. Of course the massage was helpful and very much appreciated. What would I do without Eric & Dante? So helpful and made sure I did my exercises properly…keep my back straight huh Eric 😉 If you need therapy consider coming here. They will take very good care of you…… with a smile

The people at Advanced Physical Therapy are absolutely awesome! They are completely professional and obviously know their stuff, but they are also fun and make working out a pleasure. I would highly recommend this great staff to anyone in need of physical therapy. Relondo was my therapist, and I can’t imagine anyone better! This office is not a “big box” operation, so each client is given personal attention. I was sad to see my term of therapy end. That’s just how good they are!

I love this place. I had a meniscus repair. I had no idea about physical therapy because I’ve never had this type of an injury before. These guys are great. I’m in the Medical field and had lots of questions. They are knowledgeable about their answers. They explain why they want you to do certain exercises to help you recover from your injury. You do not wait for your appointment. I see the physical therapist every time I go in there. The PTA’s are also very knowledgeable . I am getting better faster because of these people. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 5 stars without hesitation.

If you are looking for the best place to recover than you are looking at the best place. From the minute you walk in or call you will be dealing with Christy would is amazing and always makes sure that you have all your appointment and completely takes care of you. Nick and Mason will come and get you from the waiting room and they take care of you walking you through getting your heating pad to the one on one work of each and every one of your exercises. These guys take care of you until it is time for you to work with your therapist. My therapist Rolando has done more for me in just the 6 visits that I have had to my once a week massage therapist for the three months. I feel as though I am ready for my surgery and then my recovery. Every single person makes you feel special and the one on one treatment you receive is amazing. Rolando and the staff he works with are the BEST so if you strive to be the best you, you will choose this amazing place to recover, Thank you everyone for making my pre-op surgery the best ever. Bring it on because I can handle anything with them in my corner. Take advantage of their gym rate too!!! I PROMISE they will NOT disappoint you!!!!
